Be very very careful ordering anything from this company. If you need to return something they will charge you a restocking fee and may not cover your return shipping either. Better to order from a more customer friendly and reputable company then take your chances with this one.

Terrible customer service. Ordered $500.00 running boards for our Harley on a Sunday evening. I realized that they were the wrong part number and called on Monday morning to cancel/correct order. I was told that it was too late to cancel or correct. Received the package and sent back just like they had said with a RMA authorization. I was told I would receive a store credit. Have not received the store credit yet because “The owner is on vacation”!??Ridiculous customer service!Not impressed at all, first and last order.

VERY BAD customer service on returns. I tried to exchange a product the day after it was delivered and they wouldnt work with me. They said they couldnt return it because I had tested it. They said that it was installed because I had tested it. But they said that testing it is considered installing it, even though it was never actually installed in the vehicle. What a horrible experience. I went through them because big companies usually have bad customer service. This place is worse than the big companies!! Be aware that if you buy something, they will look for excuses not work work with you after the sale. Just look at how they respond to negative reviews: they criticize them instead of trying to work it out. They are even rude to the people leaving negative reviews! Anyone can get good reviews, but it takes actual customer service to avoid getting a bunch of bad ones!

Been shopping online for suspension parts and finally placed an order Tuesday Night. Item arrived at my door Thursday Morning. This place is awesome! Jacob took excellent care of me and answered all my questions. He had to contact the manufacturer to confirm some details and got back to me very quickly. I was able to place my order same day and then, to my surprise and amazement, they shipped my items the very same day to me. Not to mention, they were also a full $100 cheaper than the competition for the Vance & Hines true dual headers I ordered and free shipping was included. Im leaving here my one star review because of the extra 20% charge which wasnt my mistake. UPS never tried to deliver me, I contacted motomummy beforehand, saying the shipment was having a problem, even in the UPS website said to correct the address and then it was saying to contact the sender. I did that. I provided all the proof that I didnt reject the item but they still charged an extra 10% on top of the 10% fee to return an item. Makes no sense after all the proof but it is what is it. For me its a lot of money, so Im not buying again from these guys.

The order for the two “new” Dunlop American Elite tires processed and were delivered quickly, however, the rear tire was manufactured 3 years ago and the front was manufactured 2 years ago. Very unhappy about that. Maybe that’s why they were a little less expensive from motomummy. Wish I could be more positive. I have photos of the manufacture dates.

Awesome Team! I ordered an Austin Racing Exhasut from MotoMummy after some serious shopping and they had the best price by hundreds and free shipping. Austin Racing being hand made and from the UK required about a 7 week wait. Ive walked in quite a few times and have asked a plethora of maintenance related questions regarding my bikes that I wasnt sure about, with confidant answers that put me at ease. Ive asked about plenty of other menial things regarding my bikes in the local social media pages, with their staff responding in confidence. Ive walked in and gone through the process of finding the best products I can for my bikes with absolute no hesitation with the help of their staff.Got fitted for a suit - no problem. Their staff explained what I needed to know about how to care for and maintain it over the best tangible period of time. The few staff that I worked with went out of there way to make sure I was getting correct sizing in order, asked questions regarding my purpose for the purchase; provided an exceptional offer to go along with the purchase of the suit. They even contacted ME - keeping ME updated on the logistics of where my items were!Got my tires changed - no problem. Rode in, and dropped off a new to me bike and got my tires changed. Took explicit care of it, took video of it upon drop off for what I assume liability purposes. One of the staff even pointed out a few things that I looked over upon my initial inspection of the bike (prompting me to get them fixed!)Got many small fluff care products - no problem. Oil, filters, cleaning sprays. I had so many questions regarding these products pertaining to my bike that I just couldnt find through my own research. Answered with relative ease - even when they couldnt provide the product in their inventory, providing me with contacts and abilities to obtain the product for me through their store.Honestly, I have never experienced this level of trust in a business before. These guys have have an exceptional base of hard working individuals that know their stuff, and in equally level of empathy in helping any level of rider out there.I highly recommend using this establishment as your place for anything parts, gear, or minor service related!

Theyve got a fun and helpful staff with great prices! I went in looking to compare some helmets and get sized up; i had no intention on buying that day. After trying on 5 helmets in 3 sizes from 2 different makers, i found the perfect fit, but it was expensive. They gave me an amazing deal, about 20% off MSRP. I went in with no plans to purchase and walked out with the perfect helmet at an amazing price.They are super helpful giving advice on gear and riding. They even referred me to a good MSF course and got me a small deal! ($10 off the course, lol).They are tricky to find, but once you get there, youll be pleasantly surprised by their good service and competitive prices!

Positive: got a good Black Friday deal... and they have a lot of good gear in general at sensible good prices.Negative: my order got lost by UPS... now I did not blame Motomummy one bit for UPS losing the package, however all items are sold including postage so the issue clearly falls on them as the owner of shipping. My order was shipped on Jan 20th, scanned at UPS Jan 21st and never seen again. Once the package had not arrived on Jan 28th (3days after it supposed to) I opened a PayPal item not received as to honest I was massively disappointed with the lack of comfort I was getting. We patiently waited for the 10 day UPS investigation it was acknowledged as a ‘claim’. But still communication from seller was lacking - customer service and assurance is very important to me. I asked on 5th Feb for some feedback - response on 6th was UPS are still reviewing the claim, I responded on 6th saying please can they refund me as the package is in claim status and they can handle that with UPS, it is not my issue... I asked again on 7th. On the 10th I escalated. Zero response from Motomummy until 18th and PayPal instantly found in my favor and issued a refund.My issue is the after sales customer service and poor communication. For that 2 stars. Good upfront prices etc are all very well good, but if it does not come with the assurance of excellent customer service is it pointless in my opinion.Should the business response to this rating with something to the contrary I will happily share all communications to perspective buyers.

I bought a helmet from their website. The listing, my order details, my invoice, everything listed the helmet as a Medium size. Im from Vancouver Canada so I shipped it to a package holding facility just across the border (which costs a fee). When I received the helmet I discovered it was SIZE LARGE, not medium. I emailed motomummy and they explained that the listing was wrong. They offered to refund me if I ship it back and to reimburse me the shipping cost. I tried to sell it locally to avoid the hassle but no one wanted it. So I shipped it back to them. And they reimbursed me but I lost money on the exchange rate, not only on buying the actual helmet but they reimbursed my shipping costs in USD as well. Why wouldnt they email me a printable shipping label or something? I voiced to them my disappointment in the entire experience and they did NOTHING for me. The bottom line is, THEY made a mistake and I ended up paying for it both in currency exchange fees AND TIME and hassle to package and mail this thing back to them. what kind of business Doesnt CHECK the merchandise theyre shipping to a customer before shipping it? They should have caught the mistake before shipping me the helmet. Needless to say I was not pleased with my experience shopping with this retailer.***EDIT: I cant seem to figure out how to reply so Ill reply here. I have an extensive email thread with an employee named Danny. My RMA # was RMA 54UJKL and my original order # was order #321721. It is all kind of moot at this point. The time to solve this problem was when I expressed disappointment over Motomummys mistake and that fact that I was paying for that mistake (in money and time). Danny chose to ignore my comments and thus here I am expressing my disappointment with my experience shopping with Motomummy.
