I came back after mailed something with them several months ago because liked thought cheaper—wanted to send Christmas presents to daughters, have it be cheaper than the post office; WOW YES the gentleman from Africa who helped SO nice, he chose the perfect box to fit 4 present bags perfectly! Highly recommend them, newer to Texas, couldn’t be more pleased. Can’t wait to come back next time.

I needed to ship a document over the weekend. Pretty much every other post office was already closed because it was late. The Post Annex wasn’t. The owner was very friendly and gave me a discount for being a new customer. I will definitely be back!

Every time Ive come in here to mail something, I am always met with fast, friendly service. Never had to wait in line and the guy working there is always so polite.They use all the major mail carries and will get your item to its destination in the quickest, cheapest way possible.They also sell various little things in store as well as some really cute wrapping materials.Notary services are also available.Once you go postal (annex) youll never go back! ;)

Rip off. Went looking for paper sheets size of a post card, I needed 100 sheets which would cost me $59, expensive already. Decided to buy 50 sheets and cut them in half so his price was $26, he ask for $30 if he cut it, was fair to me, handed him the $30. Then I realized that with just 25 sheets was enough, doing some simple math would cost me around $15, i asked for my money back, he said no refunds will be made and refuses to give my money back. He still kept half of the paper sheets. Very disappointed.

Shady folks. I asked about the USPS flat rate prices and they said they had to look them up once I packed it up and they put it in system. I thought that was odd as they are flat rates so they should know them. When they told me the rate I mentioned it seemed much higher than what I had seen online and they said it may have changed. Once I paid I pulled up the rates online and saw they charged me over 150% of the price listed. I showed them and only then did they admit they charge higher rates as they are a postal annex. I understand having a convenience charge but the way they handled it was not at all professional and came across dishonest. I will not be using this location again.

Best shipping experience I’ve ever had!! I had to figure out how to get my frozen breast milk from Austin to Philly and let me tell you... no small feat. Amit helped me every step of the way from planning to implementation! He helped with the right packaging (and gave it to me ahead of time). Helped with where to get the dry ice, and then even broke up the block of ice for me to fit in the coolers.He made part of the most stressful time so easy for me. I hope I can find service like this in Philly!!

After experiencing great amounts of frustration trying to ship a tiny package at a nearby store ($12 to ship a 5 x 4 x 1 box weighing less than 2 ounces? As if!!!!!!), I came here because I frequent the Randalls next door. The man helping me was extremely polite and even printed a new shipping label for me because my handwriting wasnt that clear. The total was a little over $3, and as I reached for my credit card he said, Oh, Im sorry, we dont allow card transactions under $5. I was pretty peeved because there wasnt any posted sign about this anywhere visible in the store, and I didnt have cash so Id have to go somewhere else instead! When I picked up my package in frustration, he took it from me and said, No, its ok. Dont worry about it, and processed my order anyway. This is EXACTLY the kind of customer service I expect from businesses I frequent, and I was so relieved I didnt have to go anywhere else.Kudos to these guys! Five stars for kick ass customer service. Ill be coming back here for all my mail needs. :)

Very convenient location with helpful and friendly staff. Ive never had any issues here and my packages have always been delivered on time. I would definitely recommend. They also offer Passport photo services which is great, so you can get that done and mail everything right then and there.

Accepts all major mail companies, and doesn’t charge you to ship packages with pre-paid labels. The height of convenience. The staff is nice, too!

This place saved me in more ways than one! I had to mail a LOT of packages, and by the time I finished boxing them up, the post office was closed. I looked for a shipping place that was open and found this place on Google maps. When I arrived, the owner met me at the door & helped me bring in all the huge boxes. He calculated the cheapest price for each one and ended up saving me about $60 in shipping fees. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. Fantastic prices. I waited a week once until I was back in town to send contracts overseas, because I knew Amit would make sure they got there. Highly recommended.

Avoid. They dont answer their phone at all. Tried to call all morning. Just needed to know if they had a notary on staff today before having to drive there. Simple yes or no question that would take less than 10 seconds if they bothered to answer their phone at all.

Stay away from this business! I used them to return a electronic system to a the manufacture only to be told from them that the product was never received. I called UPS and they said the tracking number was never scan by their system. I went back to the this business and several days of phone tag the manager said he didnt scan it on his system. I told him something happen to it Do you have camera so we can review that day. No our cameras are duds. He keep referring to UPS and I told him its not with UPS. Something happen to it inside his doors. He then question me ever going there. He would never call me back and was very inconsiderate with my frustration. The end result is Im out 400 dollars and nothing to show for. UPS also recommend to always us a UPS store as they can take action for any lost package. Dont take the risk especially when you have a UPS store within a mile from this place.

Avoid! Probably all of these positive reviews were faked by the owners. The lady at the front desk promised professional passport/visa photos but made several mistakes with their sub-par camera and printer (dots, imperfections, and wrong dimensions - all points for rejection for a visa/passport application). I asked for a re-print and re-cut of the photo but was given the look by the lady and told me to cut it myself. The 2nd photo came out with a smudge on my face and she refused to re-print when I politely asked (even offered to pay extra), and she got angry and offered to refund my money and basically said we cant help you. What an attitude. I realized later that the pictures had shadows in them anyway due to poor picture taking and lighting, would never come here again for any important photos for passports/visa or any postal for that matter.

I needed a notary service on the Fourth of July weekend and the owner was there to help me out. He was very kind, prompt, and knowledgable about what I needed! The store was clean and welcoming. Great find in Round Rock!

I asked to talk to the post master and was denied. The clerk was rude and denied that my mail wasnt being delivered properly. How would he know? I am told from several different sources my mail is being returned, with the correct address. My carrier does not come to the house for me to sign certified mail with return receipts, even on the first notice as is required. I never had this problem in north Austin???
