Worst in store experience I have had. Not only were errors made multiple times that I had to keep asking her to fix (we paid to insure one of our boxes and gave her the itemized list of what was in there as she had asked for; and when completing the purchase she only had listed one thing and it wasn’t even what we were insuring extra money toward. I asked multiple times for her to fix it and she said it was fixed. I get the receipt and nope, it’s still not there.) We finished checking out and as we were getting back home, the girl at the counter calls us and says she undercharged us and they won’t ship our items until we come back and pay the $45 difference. We had already paid hundreds to ship this stuff, but I get it that she doesn’t make the rules. I still don’t understand how her error resulted in our things being delayed until we could drive all the way back. We turn around and go all the way back to pay. She couldn’t even figure out what the difference was and I had to pull out my phone calculator to help her as she was trying to write the math out on a note pad of what we had to pay... I noticed that she had not marked them fragile as she promised, she said she was going to right then and to zip tie the zippers on our luggage we were shipping shut. I was told numerous times she was about to do this. I should have stayed behind and waited to WATCH her do this, but I thought asking three or more times was enough. Our luggage arrived at the destination and not only were multiple zippers NOT zip tied, but not a single bag was marked fragile. Luckily we had wrapped up the technology and glass inside well enough that it did not damage, but one of our suitcases was severely dented and was obvious it had been thrown. I would never go back to this store. As I left I had a terrible feeling that our items would not arrive at all or be ruined because of how clueless this employee was.

I usually bring my Amazon returns and on occasion my own shipments and I must say the staff here is the friendliest and most professional out of all UPS stores Ive been too. Please keep it up and dont ever get discouraged. Customers appreciate your service and dedication!

On May 3rd, I took an antique clock into the store to have it packaged and shipped. James looked a little scared when he saw it. I teased him that my great grandpa would haunt him if it didnt arrive safely. He went above and beyond to package it. It arrived in perfect condition. He watched the tracking number and when he saw that it had been delivered, he called me to make sure it arrived safely. Ive only used your store a few times, but each time all your employees have been great. I just wanted to give James and the rest of your employees a BIG SHOUT OUT!!

I have returned a Amazon orders to this UPS office on several occasions and sometime had a but if a wait with social distancing but only a couple of minutes. I have only encountered pleasant helpful staff and efficient service.

Im a bit torn about this review but think its warranted nonetheless.The employees at this location are fantastic. They know me by name, give me a warm reception when I come in and are very helpful. I cant praise them enough.On the other hand, Im very dissatisfied about a somewhat recent change in policy that requires I sign for every package no matter the size. I rented the large mailbox box for the purpose of being able to get small and medium boxes and envelopes when its convenient for me. Now I feel like Im wasting the money and dont want to change to another box because Ill have to update my address everywhere. I am considering not renewing my mailbox because of this.ETA: I called after receiving a reply and we worked out an acceptable arrangement, thank you.

Wonderful service. I was concerned if I would be able to get my mail & packages timely during the Holiday. However, Im happy to say Debbie and James go the extra mile in customer service. They not only handles the Holiday rush, but did so with such grace and excellent service - Im a happy customer and will for sure be back! Great store - great people!

Went to ship a couple packages today and they told me if I ship ground it wouldn’t get to its destination until January, but if i do the guarantee 3 day shipping it would definitely get there in time for Christmas. I asked why is ground taking so long and the worker said they are HOLDING ground shipments so people will do the 3 day shipping WHICH IS MORE THEN DOUBLE THE PRICE. That’s unethical!! You guys are literally holding packages so people will pay more. People GO TO FEDEX!! They are cheaper and my packages will arrive on time. I know it’s that time where it’s busy especially this year I understand that but this company is making you pay more when you don’t have to.

Went in to see the notary Roxanne and what an absolute joy! The store was quite busy at that time but Roxanne helped us all with ease!I made few mistake on the document I was filling out and Roxanne was very understanding, helpful, and quite funny too which was a nice added perk! I almost wish I needed to get notarys done more often! Lol

The clerks here are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had an interesting experience at another UPS store, and proceeded to seek this store out. They helped me with my issue easily, making my experience a pleasure. Since then, this is the inky UPS store I will go to.

This store wanted to charge me 5 dollars to print an Amazon label! A piece of paper is 2 cents. So I had to go home, print and return to the store. This is crazy and they have lost my business forever.

James provided me with excellent customer service!! Truelly great customer service is hard to come by. Bottom of my box got wet. Hes drying right now and taping it so the bottom wont break. I received a cheerful hello fromm both employees. I will definitely be using this store from now on.

Refused the Shipment of a Barrel for a Shotgun. Not the gun, a replacement Barrel, a component part. Said it was in violation of UPS Policy but yet we receive them every week from UPS at our business from other gun shops. Avoid this store as they are not up on simple to understand regulations. There is no telling what else they will refuse to ship an any given day. Why wouldnt you ask upfront what the customer is shipping before you collect their personal information?

Easiest transaction ever and at Christmas time nonetheless! I expected long lines and grumpy service but I was very pleasantly surprised. Although there were two customers ahead of me I was politely greeted and advised Id be helped in a few minutes. I waited only a couple of minutes before being helped by a friendly professional lady. She scanned my bar code (Amazon return) and printed off my label, thanked me for coming in and gave me a coupon for a future visit. I asked if she needed anything else and she just smiled and told me no theyd get it mailed off right away. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend using this store.

I’ve been ready to make this review for the round rock ups store once my issue was resolved. I shipped a very expensive car part through the UPS store because the price was better than FedEx and they were very nice and willing to help. My rep was Roxanne and she did everything in her power to be sure that everything went smoothly. I insured everything did UPS package guarantee. Well the package left fine, made it to it’s destination broken. Roxanne and Debbie did everything in their power to help me get this resolved. Kept me updated and worked hard and made it happen. They helped me with all the investigations that UPS wanted and got me the full amount I insured my package for. They have a forever customer. Highly recommend and they are super nice and energetic.

We have rented a box with this ups store for about year, and I cant say enough good things about the staff at this location. I see them almost every business day, picking up our mail and see how they are not just friendly to me it is just how they do business.Debbie the manager and her staff are amazing.. If you have a choice between UPS Stores to get a box I highly recommend this one.

I just had James help me print out some documents after their computer was not syncing with gmail. He was super helpful and I had a great overall customer experience, even though the computer wasn’t working properly. He took take of me instead and I left extremely satisfied. Will be back again for all of my printing and mailing needs.

I had a great experience when shipping from this UPS Store location. The young lady that helped me was cheerful and friendly. I didnt have any tape, no problem - instead of handing me the tape so i can tape it myself, she did it herself. Definitely will go back to this location again...

The staff is nice but they do not know how to package at all. You better pack your own shipment and put your own box and tape on it. They just try to milk you for some extra money that you dont need to spend on packaging.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Went in to notarize and mail a package. Unfortunately, due to operator error (me), they regretfully informed me that I needed to reprint the form, since my wife and I had already signed it, and that we both had to be present (it was just me). They were very apologetic about it, but it was my fault, so no worries.I came back in with a fresh form (and my wife) a few days later, was served by the same person (although everyone on staff is a notary) who remembered me, so I didnt have to fill out the secondary forms again. Got the form signed, package mailed, all in under 5 minutes.Very pleasantly surprised, especially given all the negative reviews. Will definitely use them again for shipping and/or notarizing needs.

My printer isnt working and I needed to return a package to a vendor. When I went to the UPS Store in Round Rock #3315, I received help in several ways. Chuck, the owner, graciously helped me log-onto their computer, helped me e-mail my return papers to him and then ran them off. I needed to use his WIFI and he remained patient with my lack of computer skill. In the end, my package got sent and I was a very pleased customer. For all of his effort there was only a minimum charge. Thanks, Chuck, for a very positive experiencey

We got a box in this place so we could receive packages in a secure manner, rather than our front porch.First package was a heirloom Christmas gift, impossible to replace, of zero value to anyone else. It arrived on-time Christmas eve, and they texted me that a package had arrived.The next business day after Christmas, I arrived to pick up my package. The clerk couldnt find out account in the computer, and insisted that they would have returned the package. She was very gruff with me, as if I had done something wrong, or was wasting her time. I didnt have my key with me on that visit, and showing my drivers license did me no good. She also mentioned that the box I claimed to have was too small for packages, that perhaps I should get a larger box.The second attempt to get the package, I brought my key, and the paperwork from setting up the account. This time the clerk found me in the system right away, but insisted that no package had ever come for us, saying the text must have been an error.The third attempt to get the package, I brought the tracking info showing it had been delivered. I was told that my wife must have picked the package up... I explained my wife cant walk with a package in her hands, and that she would have never come by to pick it up, that was /my/ job...The items in the package were irreplaceable, but of minimal dollar value. If someone stole the package, they would have found stuff that they likely would just throw away. It was personal family heirloom stuff, no value to anyone outside the family.Im guessing that someone on the staff helped themselves to some Christmas presents, and deleted any trace the package was there from the computer... But they couldnt unsend the text, or delete the tracking number.This store is neat and clean, and the staff at first seemed organized and professional. But they clearly cant do the job they are telling the public they can do.

This store is owned by a thief and is extremely unprofessional.I tried to buy tape for my box and Chuck kindly offered to tape it for me. When the box arrived to my dad, his present wasnt inside. There was no sign of tampering or un-taping. Instead, candy that had been floating around in the box had been put in the gift bag as a cover-up for stealing the pricey items. I obviously wouldnt pack a big box and pay ~$20 to ship 1 little bag of gummy bears. I have called, left messages and emailed Chuck - he doesnt answer or reply. He is apparently never in. Ive contacted the corporate office and they say he is the sole person resonsible for refunding shipping cost and paying me for the items since its a franchise.The items were stolen in July, it is now nearly December. Jerk. Do not use this UPS store if you want your items to arrive or you want recourse when they dont.

I have been here twice. Kaitlan helped me last week. She was very friendly, patient and helpful. When I went back today Debbie helped me. She was just as wonderful as Kaitlan. To top it off Kaitlan even remembered me and came over to say hello. Great Customer service!

This place is a rip off. DO NOT USE UPS!!!! This company is a completely incompetent company on all fronts, I have had terrible service from these guys so many times it has become commonplace. From undelivered packages (screwed so many times, it is crazy) to overpriced shipping, they have lost my business totally.I wish i could give them a negative star rating!The final straw was me bringing a college textbook to ship back to Chegg, the shipping was paid for by Chegg and I brought it to the UPS Store to ship it, they had the balls to charge me $5 for a cheap little bubble wrap package to ship it in. I didnt have the time to drive over to office depot to buy one for 50 cents, you can get a whole 10 pack of these for less then $5 anywhere else. They take advantage of their customers and the occasional need to be in a hurry.When I mentioned the price the lady behind the counter said is a rude condescending voice well, you dont have to ship it! I was not so pissed until this point, so I was not being rude to her.
