Had a great experience at this location. Friendly staff, great drinks, clean store and great vibe. The barista who made my drink was so friendly! Please visit this location and they play some great music! Get the toasted white chocolate mocha while you still can!

Friendly staff and wonderful beverages. I didnt feeling like drinking coffee, so I tried their grapefruit bubble water. Delish. Not too sweet.They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day so I sat outside and wrote a thank you note to a friend.

I ordered the same drink all the time and usually it’s on point even if it’s at other different locations. But today the drink seems to be different, so I asked to be remake and staff didn’t seems to be in a good mood…and the drink was done wrong again… didn’t want to be that person to keep asking it to be redone but not very happy with todays visit

I had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks today, the staff were wonderful and made my Venti Chestnut Praline latte with blonde espresso with great attitudes, I sat in the cafe to drink my coffee and after a while one of the staff members offered me a venti ice water which I needed after a hot cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I came in and ordered a grande toasted white mocha and a grande mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and my drinks both tasted like burnt coffee. I called and complained and told me I could go back and get a new drink so I did. And they charged me for my new drinks. And the girl at the window was rude and quick to close the window on us.

Went inside to get an order and they are slow! Seems like the drive thru customers were their priority and the barista guy acted as though he could care less about the customers…will not be returning!

This was one of my favorite. Starbucks but since they took my cinnamon latte out of menu I was very disappointed so one star goes off cause of that..!!

Everyone was very nice and incredibly patient ! I’m not one to buy Starbucks all the time but my wife and I decided to get a coffee and a pup cup for our dog . The ladies were very nice and were kind enough to help us decide what drinks to get ! It was a great experience !strongly recommend this location . Congrats to the staff!!!!

The line always moves fast and the baristas are always friendly.

Staff was SUPER nice, and they were very efficient.

Customer service is often on on point, both the order taker and cashier were very polite and professional. However, the food preparers were a bit off today. That is the classic oatmeal was warm so much so that my oats didnt cook thoroughly and my pastry was cold. Well, everybody has an off day now and again hope theirs are better on tomorrow. 😊

Employees friendly, store is clean. Wait time was reasonable, plenty of employees on shift to handle business. Unfortunately my drink was not customized as requested which wouldnt be a big deal if I didnt have to pay for those customizations. Overall, this is a great location and would visit again. If this were anywhere near my home or normal driving routes I would make this my home store.

A Barista do my drink pretty rude, and not polite at all when I came pick up my drink.

Usually Starbucks is on point, but lately this new guy has dropped the ball badly. He only takes one order at a time; what I mean by that is that you have to sit in the order menu board till the car at the windows leaves. Basically one order at a time from start to finish this guy cannot multi task and Starbucks is a high traffic cafe not good. Not being able to multi task also makes him slow in giving out drinks and he forgets the straws and I was so afraid to ask for one it might take in another 5 minutes to get it. Bad

Ordered a caramel macchiato and a cafe vanilla Frappuccino.The caramel macchiato was not sweet at all, tasted like regular, unflavored coffee, but BAD.Got a caramel Frappuccino instead of the cafe vanilla Frappuccino I ordered. Even that tasted bad.Won’t be back

Despite the long line in the drive-thru, things went fast and I got exactly what I ordered.

I shouldve read the reviews before coming here and ordering an iced matcha with light ice. The foam from all the shaking settled when I got to my destination. I was left with 1/4 of my drink gone...

Spent 30 min in the drive thru, got to the window and the barista handed us drinks without ice. She didn’t even tell my husband they were out until she asked for the drink back and say “sorry, we’re out of ice and only have enough for yours”. She the. Proceeds to hand my husband his drink back and then hands me mine without ice. Not only did she not have ice, but they also got the drink orders wrong. Just a little bit of advice, before taking someone’s order let them know that you’re out of something, especially if it’s something like ice and they order an ICED coffee...

Niece went inside to order one drink. Three people came in after her. Those three people has their order before my niece. Took 15 minutes for one drink after those people left. I went in and after the drink was made I asked if it was a difficult drink to make. It was not. Dont know why everyone was served before her. Was it because she is a teenager??? Not right at all.

The staffs are so rule (from the one took order to the leader lady). We just got off at there with no drink because I gave her some recipies which the lady taking order not correct write down and turn out my drink not like my request and all the leader said is “do you want it or refund, we did the best we can without see my request”. I never been in Starbuck with disappointed and now I had this experience. Please go to another location.

It depends on the day. Sometimes its amazing and sometime you spend 45min in line.

After waiting for COFFEE 10 minutes SHE GOT MY ORDER AND MY NAME WRONG BECAUSE SHE IS NEW...White chocolate mocha/my order and Salt caramel mocha/order SOUND SIMILAR but when she changed my name from Alex to Alexis...for $6 I will not drink ANYTHING with disrespect and mistake NO WAY I BE BACK EVER AT ANY LOCATION.

This is a Starbucks location with really friendly staff. I’ve been working for two hours now (Friday, 03/08) and the staff has greeted every single customer that has walked in the door.

We went there exactly at 8pmI ordered carefully and remind them 2-3 timesFinally they still did wrong and when I asked them about that, the black thin man was very uncomfortable, he made it one more time for me and this is what he did!! In the first time I have received the quality very bad with staff in starbuckThis is my order: green tea frappuchino no whip! That is what he did

This location always gets my orders perfect and the friendly, welcoming attitudes of the crew make it one of my favorite places to frequent in person.

I really enjoy having a Starbucks right up the corner from my neighborhood. The bathrooms were clean, the floor might of needed some sweeping, they were busy but not crowded. Had a descent line of cars at the drive thru. l just pull put my iPhone hit the Starbucks app and about 2 minutes later I am enjoying my Carmel Venti and Starbucks tunes. All the shelves were stocked well for the fall. The is a great place to catch up pn your work or school studies.

I was here 4/3/17 and went through the drive thru and I ordered from my app because its easy and quick. I got back to work and started to eat my breakfast sandwich and looked down to see this(see the picture attached) after eating a few bites. I am so disgusted. I contacted the online feedback team and they werent empathetic at all. They told me to call in for help. I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone and they wouldnt help me. My total for everything I ordered was $19 and they offered me a $15 gift card. I actually refused it because I will never go to Starbucks again and I want to see something actually happen. I dont want them to think its okay for this to happen. There are too many other places that serve much better coffee at a better price without boogers.

I love My Starbucks in Rowlett! Get my frappchino 4 or 5 times a week, and love my people that work there. They are awesome!!!

Parking lot is extremely small but the ladies that work there are super quick and nice.

It’s unfortunate when you come here like three times a week and they mess your order up. It is also extremely rude when you hear the staff say “Why get the Carmel ribbon crunch without whipped cream” Well rude boy who works at Starbucks... Because that is how I like my order and considering I spend more than you probably make a day at this store you should keep your comments a little lower. My husband’s drink is always messed up as well. Love Starbucks... Just won’t come to this location again.

If i could give 10 stars i would! i have never had a barista here who wasnt amazing! all of the employees are awesome..... the line is normally wrapped around the store and i never wait for more than 15minutes. they always make my guava tea PERFECTLY! my favorite starbucks by far!

Love this place! Starbucks is extremely straight forward. Everyone is very pleasant and very quick at getting drinks. The atmosphere is very professional and the coffee isnt too bad either! If you have the starbucks app, you can get free refills on their standard black coffee.

I work right down the street, so its convenient. Ive been going to Starbucks for over 10 years. This particular one JUST CANT GET IT RIGHT! I dont understand.

Went with a group of friends. I was told that this place serves the best coffee and find it is far from the truth. The cashier seemed to have an above others attitude. Better attention to the cleanliness of the inside of the place would have maybe gave a fourth star.

I ordered the salted caramel ice coffee. It was great! I wish I had been offered the treat for my dog. I called my friend to tell him where I was and he asked if Hey You got the pupicino. I had no idea such a thing existed. I recently adopted my rescue friend and this was our first visit together. I went back in and the barista said, oh I should have offered it to you. It didnt matter to me it was complimentary, I would have been delighted to treat her regardless. I like Starbucks but dont go there often. I downloaded the app that day but my experience would have exceeded my expectations with the dog treat being offered on such a hot day as we were sitting on the patio.

I really like Starbucks i recommend it when you are having a fun and good day and when you are just enjoying it because it just makes your day even better

Staff is super friendly and quick to make things right if you happen to have any issues.The one thing I wish (and this goes for all Starbucks) is that there was consistency with baristas. I hate going in and hoping a certain barista(s) is working because they make my drinks ‘right’ then I get someone else and it tastes NOTHING like my drink. I still give this Starbucks 5 starts because I’ve had this experience with every Starbucks I’ve frequented. The difference is this location wants to you to be happy and make it right.

This time the lemon cake was in multiple pieces, and got charged for a caramel drizzle that didnt drizzle at all!

I had come in and asked for something good because i received a bad drink from another Starbucks. Not only were the people nice to me, they made a special drink for me which tasted fantastic. Thank you, and they are pretty cute :)

It’s my daughters high school prom event, I needed a place to order her corsage & boutineer from. I had passed this location so many times before. So I decided to give them a shot. The owner at this location knew what it meant to me to get this right with or without calla Lilly’s....When my husband picked up the items, we were both pleasantly surprised. The corsage and boutineer are Absolutely stunning!!!! My daughter’s face lit up when she saw them. I will absolutely use this florist again for future needs!♥️

I change my order from grande Size to venti size with 4 shots espresso and 4 pumps white mocha but the one took my order misunderstand, the size wasn’t changed . And I ask the young girl who making drinks changed to venti size & put more ices pls . she did very madly, rude, she poured ice over, plash then she used the scoop bang ice many time .I have went Starbucks in wylie, rockwall, dalrock Rowlett, they all are very nice, not like the girl serving rude in starbucks in lakeview pkwy Rowlett .

(Edit: Went again today, and added the 5th star. They were quick, friendly, and the drink was great. This location has really turned around!)This location has improved a lot in the past few weeks. They used to take forever and have lower quality drinks than other locations. But now, theyre way better. It still sometimes takes a while to get through a busy drive-through, but its way better than it was and they always hand me my drink right away. Most importantly, the quality of the drinks has improved quite a bit.

The drink and pastry was very good however my pastry had been sitting on the counter for a while before they notified me.

This Starbucks always has fantastic employees with a positive attitude. They also have phenomenal customer service, especially when an order is executed incorrectly per dietary restrictions.

Ive never had any problems with this place. The baristas are great and so are the drinks. Theyre even patient with me when ordering and using my Starbucks app - when I have discount codes and star rewards.

The women that took my order seemed rushed even though i was the only customer at the drive through. Didnt repeat my order so i trusted she got it, i ordered a tall iced chai latte with a cheese danish. I didnt taste it until i got home and realized they gave me a plain iced coffee. I couldnt go back so i had to put in my own sugar. Worst customer service Ive had from this location. Please get better employees that actually smile at least.
