Winn-Dixie is getting a new upgrade. Which is much needed. They have installed self checkout along with their regular cashiers and has also updated their shelving instead of that brown khaki color now you have pristine white shelves...way to go Winn-Dixie. Im pretty sure there are more changes to come in the near future.

This was my first visit to this Winn Dixie since Im new in town. I found the store clean and staff was nice & very helpful. There is plenty of parking.

I havent been to this Winn-Dixie in a while due to my job taking me to a different area. I wont disclose that location. However, that particular location I will no longer go to when I need to shop. I do a lot of shopping for my clients and because I am already in a store, I will from time to time, pick things up for myself. In that particular Winn-Dixie, salads are always right near expiration date, veggie selection is terrible. Flowers are half dead or dying. I bring it to the managers attention and they do nothing. Now, I am back home and decided to return to this location. This was always my favorite store to shop. I was not disappointed when I returned! I am not sure what they do right at this store..management? Morale? Bonuses? Not that its any of my concern, but what ever it is, they should probably use this store as an example for others in the area. The flowers are not dying, aisles are clean. There are plenty of associates to help customers. There was even a young man that offered to help me bring salt to my car (I think his name was John). This feels like a completely different store compared to the one only a 25 minute drive away. Thats really not ideal. I think Ill just wait to shop here again instead of shopping at the one near my work. The pleasant nature of the associates in this store reminded me of why I used to love shopping here and why I will return. Maybe theyll see this, maybe they wont. But they really made a difference in a mundane task. Thats why I used to enjoy this Winn-Dixie & now why I will return. 😊

Very clean and organized. Well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I will be making this store my regular place to get groceries.

I usually go to buy my meats here. However, I bought a pork shoulder the other day and when i cut open the package, I almost threw up! The meat was completely rotten. I had to drive back to the store to return it with the windows down. Sadly, this happened once before with a rack of ribs.

This store saves me a lot of money only today they didn’t have a great selection of meats they need to stay more on top of their stock and the freshness of it it

Average grocery store. 3 star rating. Not the nicest of the Winn-Dixie stores. I’ve been to 5 star locations and this is far from it. Needs to work on its cleanliness and staff friendliness. Wouldn’t hurt to have a remodel either.

Im glad you have better management in this store. The store looks good now. Well stocked. Like the old saying goes, you cant make money with empty shelves.

I usually don’t write reviews; it’s been like 3 days ago that I went there N bought a package of meat 🥩, I paid like $61 dollars for it, it had more fat than meat!!! I don’t care how much I pay, as long I receive a good product!!!

I havent been to Winn-Dixie in a while and going there reminded me why. The store is messy, he meat department was very sad. No ground beef. Selection of roasts skimpy. Rang for near department service. After 10 minutes left, went and picked up a few other things. Came back, again rang for service and again waited. Finally had someone come out. Said there was no ground beef and few roasts to pick from. He came back out with a package of ground beef and asked what else. I believe this will be the last time I go.

Store is a mess! No wipes for carts,no hand cleaner,no flyers,no bogo in stock,highest prices Ive seen in the county, maybe they think theyre in palm beach? Needless to say will not ever be back!

This store is very hard to navigate. Items that should be included in one isle such as spices are not. Food isles are split up with cleaning supply isles in between

This store needs a complete remodel. Their bathroom is filthy on top of the condition is total disrepair. The countertops at the registers are barely stable. How can a corporation allow this?

This is a very busy Winn Dixie and they really need to invest some money in the location because its just old and dirty. The employees are all very nice though.

This store has gone downhill fast and its due to management. They are very limited on the brands and variety of foods/items they carry. The staff can be nasty. The beef and chicken seem have been sitting out way longer than their expiration dates, items that should be on sale never ring up with the correct price and when asking for price adjustments, the manager will argue with you, even if its only one dollar. I really hate this store.

Lovely local store.

Great Employees, they always take the time to talk with you as you pass by. Check out personnel are always friendly. No matter what their job everyone is always willing to help if needed. One young man in particular went out of his way, while collecting carts, to go inside and get me a motorized cart when he saw I was struggling.

This is a good place to get discounts and usually cheaper than their competitors. Morning is usually better time to shop, afternoons are busy! One of two WD in the area. The nicest checkout and helpful sales staff. Its nice to have people know you when you shop!

Their deli is just the worst... there would be 3-5 people back there, yet completely ignore you. I’ve stood there 5-10 minutes just waiting on acknowledgement. I was once told they couldn’t slice/serve me deli meats cause the inspector was coming and they needed the machine to be clean... lmao - like are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and go to Publix. You might pay a bit more but the customer service is A1!

Winn- Dixie is a great store. The quality of their products and their food is very very good.. Great customer service Im very adamant abot that and it is great. I will continue to shop at Winn-Dixie for my future shopping needs.

The service at this Winn-Dixie continues to decline. The deli provides the worst service of all their areas. Every time you want a cut of deli meats the staff looks upset and annoyed you are asking for it. Happens regularly now. Just today I was there. The lady looked upset that I was waiting to ask for a cut of ham. Then she finally came to assist. Ignored my request of how I wanted it cut and ended up giving me the wrong ham. This is the fourth time this happens now. I see why people pay the prices that Publix has.

I went for some shrimps and crab legs. Crab legs were extremely small, so I just got the giant shrimps. I had her cooked them with garlic, butter and old bay. They were very good. They should give her some help to to keep up with the flow. Not bad though

It was good and not too crowded at all but it has some kind of smell weird to it. But overall is clean but just a little smell.

I love my Winn Dixie, but sad to say I have been pick pocketed twice my debit card sold on black market of $175.00 charges. Today was assaulted in parking lot as I was loading my car. Please get a security guards day time and night

Great collection of fresh fruit and produce and the seafood dept had a good selection of fresh fish and shellfish. Just like my home store, this 1 has the $6 fresh fish and veggies steam packet.

Very well maintained and clean every time! The staff is nice and very helpful to customers! My first time here i was a bit confused but one of the staff members helped me.

An overall positive experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant: it wasnt too cold (then again, I was wearing too layers of clothing) and the people there were incredibly friendly.

Well here it is. They were TERRIFIC. Starting with the really nice lady stocking shelves even though I was taking things as she stock them. She just smiled when I apologized. The Cashier was very polite as well. Their shelves were not as full as usual but a lot of them were. They were stocking the shelves quickly. I really admire people that can deal with the attitudes from the public. They are to be HIGHLY COMMENDED & APPRECIATED. THANK YOU WINN DIXIE EMPLOYEES IN ROYAL PALM BEACH!!! First time in a long time, happy to be shopping at Winn Dixie again

It was clean and well stocked overall, with helpful, friendly staff and competitive prices. I do plan to shop there again soon.

Came in 9:08pm loaded up with my fee items. Proceeded to lane #1 (the only one open) waited for someone to check me out... Leaving store 9:17pm without groceries. No one came. I dont wait for store ineptness. Publix is looking even better and even ALDI is looking better. Been customer since forever... To bad at the obvious decline.

Exactly what you expect from a Winn Dixie. This location frequently runs out of their meat specials. Check your meat packages carefully as some seem to have been torn open often.

Pretty good grocery store. Well lit parking lot. The store appears to be clean and well organized. Prices are better than average. They usually have enough people doing check out so the wait is not real long. I wish they were open later so I could go at night.

My wife likes the buy one get one free deals. Especially on the chicken in the beef. Bonus points dont hurt either. Today its all about saving a buck! And my wife does that when she shops at Winn-Dixie.

I always shop at this Winn Dixie. Upgraded from the old style. Wing Bar, Salad Bar, Hot Food Bar. Couple tables to sit and enjoy a meal or just for Hubby to have coffee while Wife shops. Nice Cheese section and Olive Bar etc.

Wonderful crowd but good.

Express lane is for 20 items or less, which is kind of high plus had people with over twenty items. Also the cashier who is elderly lady was extremely slow.

Winn-Dixie has come along way. Its biggest downfall is they need more check out lanes open and people to help bag groceries.

I go to buy there home made salads like the coleslaw, broccoli crunch, cauliflower kale salad, etc.

Fresh products like vegetables are cheap and really fresh!!!. Chinese products are also available.

Did not have any Lysol spray ( which my wife uses in her classroom to sanitize) and no caffeine free diet coke on stock. I can understand the shortage of Lysol due to the covid pandemic but what does that have to do with coke products ? Seven months into this and still cant have things in stock ?

Ran out of sale foods too quick

Dont miss the freshly baked $1 ciabatta baguettes in baskets by the checkout. They come in whole grain or white and are a temendous value.WD has a nice seafood counter, and great meat section. I have often bought short ribs here. If WD was closer I would shop there more often.
