The facility is clean and very well kept. The staff members are amazing 👏. Friendly and helpful. Its a hard find these days.

Jen is great, set me up with the perfect storage unit and made the sign up so easy.

The only reason I didnt give a higher score was because they kept increasing my rent even though I had auto-pay for more than 10 years. I was never late on payments, and I really believe they shouldve rewarded that instead of increasing my rent almost every 6 months. Other than that, the facility was always clean and never felt unsafe.

My things were still there even though I had water damage to my property. I love the staff and costomer services was a good tool in helping getting this matter solve be bless

Great place for storage. So nice that they allow the rescues to operate there and save these animals. It says a lot about management and their love for helping others. I found the storage prices to be fair and the facility to be clean. 👍

My unit was infested with rodents. We had to throw away many items due to them being covered in droppings and urine and our stuff with only in there 2 months. Absolutely disgusting

Your prices in the beginning were fair but as soon as you replaced all the condensers of the air conditioners outside your prices went through the roof maybe 10 $20 increase but then you got greedy and went to $100 sorry that’s not how I do business

The staff were fantastic and even helped me with moving out. There was a misunderstanding with a deposit and they allowed me to use the truck without having to pay the cash upfront and were great about waiting for me to return the truck then the keys as I forgot to give them back to the manager. Ill be using them again if I ever have the need to store anything again.

I experienced excellent customer service on Labor Day Monday from the Asst. Manager. Needed to downsize storage space asap, nothing was available but while driving home I got a call there was a unit that was just emptied & she would hold it for us. Thank you for saving the day for us while we had the help available to downsize.

I was pleased with the professional customer service provided by the manager Carlos Reder. He was very patient with me as I tried to figure out the proper size of the unit needed. He offered me several options and took the time to show me each one. I returned the next day after shopping around other storage units and truly the customer service given is what sold me on this location. I found the process to be easy as well.

We were there about 25 minutes before closing and we had spoken to Jose on the phone. When we got there Jose was leaving and left for the day (end of the shift) but left us in the hands of a very capable young woman Rebecca. Rebecca showed us the unit, made some recommendations and we closed on getting a unit before they closed. She and Jose were polite and professional. Thank you Guys !!

This was an exceptional experience. We have had storage places in the past at another facility and were never explained in detail or shown the sizes of units available. I had many many questions and Jose answered every one of them and more. Your staff at this facility are amazing. Jose and Bryan were very knowledgeable, informative and very welcoming. Have to say this location was by far the most helpful with all my questions and concerns. The store was well kept, clean, organized, everything was very easy to locate and visible. The costumer service was excellent, Jose was incredible assisting us with anything we needed!!

The managers and staff are top notch! Friendly, secure, caring, and accommodating that best describes this CubeSmart. They treated me and my family with kindness and also kept their facility very clean. Id recommend them to anyone including my family who will be using them again very soon. FYI their loading/unloading area is very convenient and can accommodate a 54 semi tractor trailer which in my case was crucial. Also they have 12x25 units on the ground level that are climate control which a lot of facilities lack.

Jose the manager is the sweetest man, very attentive, caring and respectful. The staff are always courteous, respectful and sincere. I would recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

This place is perfect for me because since I dont drive nor have a car being new here in Florida Im still able to access my belongings everyday with just a 5 minutes walk. The place is always active with very nice people who are happy customers as well. It may seem funny to say but I do enjoy coming to my storage unit. Our rescue group, A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, has had a storage unit at this facility for 7+ years. We have upgraded three times to larger, and larger units. We currently have two units as well as a parking space for our rescue vehicle. The staff that work there are always very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and general building itself are always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us in choosing the appropriate sized storage units, adding a second unit nearby when we needed to move additional items and then facilitated the move in and auto-payment process very efficiently. The facility is very clean modern, well lit and maintained and feels safe. Nice to have bathrooms and water fountains on each level. I have used storage units around the country and this is by far the nicest.

Nick helped me while I was there and suggestion the perfect storage for me which was at another location at a cheaper price. Nick was very pleasant courtesy and clearly explained my options! Asked.associate if I could move to another unit and she told me NO. The unit where I am at had two lights that have been out since I moved in.

Jesus is the best! He helped me get the best storage for the best price. My mom recommend me and he is the nicest guy. The place is quiet and very clean.

I have been a customer for over a year. I recently rented a larger unit and Bryan, the manager, was great. Very polite, proficient, and competent. My only negative issue it that they have a moving truck that has a wrap on it that states, “free use of truck...”, however when I inquired on using the truck, I was told there was a $39 rental fee + mileage and gas. When I questioned the manager on this point, he was quick to say that the wrap states, “certain conditions apply,” which is true it did have that verbiage. So, what’s FREE. Nothing. That’s B.S. Don’t state on the wrap that useage of the truck is free if its not. Nothing is free with using that truck. That’s a load of BULL.

Be very careful about what corporate promises on the phone and what personnel at the site you choose actually do.

Went in and knew what I was looking for and unlike many places- they were not pushy or trying to make me get more space when I didn’t need it. Jose Herrara was very helpful and informative and gave me the unit I needed and was also very quick (which was good as I was in a hurry.) I picked cube smart because of security and safety of my personal items. I was called by the manager that the AC system broke and leaked water into several units and mine was one of them. After going there and moving all my belongings to another unit and seeing all the damage to my antiques its been a month since entering my insurance claim and still no contact back. I called their loss claims department and was told they hadnt received information from the store and the store says they submitted it the same day. Very disappointed.

Brian was extremely helpful. He showed us the units before we signed papers. He showed how everything works and answered all of my questions. A very positive experience.

From the moment I made contact with Managers Jesus Nick Sanchez and Bryan Ramos I was equally impressed at the level of professional service I have been accustomed to with CubeSmart.Nick was very curteous and went out of his way to ensure all of my questions were answered. Although it was approaching closing time I never felt pressured or rushed.Although the monthly price was a little more than I originally budgeted to pay, after the seeing the cleanliness of the location, professionalism of staff and the customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance attitude I decided to stick with CubeSmart! The worst storage place I have ever been to no customer service no manegment very hard to get ahold of and no consistency these people are a joke I lost my unit to auction because these clowns kept playing games and noone could give me a straight answer I will NEVER use cubesmart again for anything and I pray that others read this and just go to a better storage facility

Good size storage units with easy access, but the prices vary a by location and though its one of the better prices by location, it still can be a tad pricy.

Nice facility but buyer beware. Ask lots of questions. Bring your own lock. They only sell 17.99 locks that stores sell for 11.69 I needed a small storage space for a week or two and saw the deal 1st month free. I didnt care because I only needed a week or two. I was told pay for 1st month and the 2nd month was free use it how you like. I then received a bill for the 2nd month. Called customer service and was told I paid a 24.00 administration fee, a mandatory 12.00 insurance fee, and the 17.99 lock and I owed the 2nd month b/c the 1st month was free. I have no idea why the employee totally lied to me its really weird. Well c/s was very nice and I was told the unit was canceled for me. I then drove over and took out the of no value items out of the unit and the employee asked me if I gave written notice I was vacating. Of course I said wow another thing that wasnt explained to me. )-: Again ask lots of questions.
