The Manager was extremely helpful with explaining pricing options as well as how to use the facility for unloading items into the storage space. He took extra time to walk me thru how to uses the locks and keys and was very pleasant they the entire process!!

The service here was great. We were able to get exactly what we needed and had all of our questions answered.

Although the Lady that answers the the phone is very respectful, and kind. I started there paying 68.00 little over a year ago,( never late) it was owned by uhaul Then. After the new owners came in the price went up to 102.00 that’s a 34.00 difference the unit is a 5X5X8. I will move my things. My suggestion to anyon looking for a storage unit go down the street, look around because there about 40.00 cheaper for the same unit.

Used to be amazing before change of owners. Now they took away the water and electric use and up the prices. We have been here for years with our mobile grooming buisness. So use of water was amazing. They would leave gates open during the rain and also were very friendly. Before change. Now they are not friendly. The gates are closed during rain inconvenient and they locked electric and water. Upped the prices. Also the vegitation is so overgrown we are getting ants. As van backs up full spot. We paid 160 for a spot only to park. Now upped to 170 minus adminities they now upped it to $255!!!!

Extra space storage makes it so easy for their customers. Made it so efficient and convenient for my family. Love doing business wish them. This location is new and extra clean

Everyone I spoke to was very informative and kind. They explained things clearly which was helpful when trying to choose a unit.

Facility is clean with a good amount of RV and Boat spaces. They do have security cameras. Staff was very helpful as well.

Ive been renting a storage unit with Easy Self Storage for quite sometime now. The initial set up was easy and pleasant. Their rates are very fair and even better then competitors in the near by area. The facility is well taken care of with organized parked items, no visible trash like most storage places have, and coded gates so I always feel my unit is secure. The staff in the office are very accommodating and quick to help me when Ive forgotten my gate access code or if I have any payment questions. Ive also rented their U-haul trucks before and its always smooth sailing. Their documents are thorough and I never feel taken advantage of or ripped off. They also carry several moving materials such as a variety of boxes, tape, protective packaging and mattress covers. I highly recommend them for all your storage/moving needs.

Nasty employees. I made a reservation via uhaul from Washington state, I walked through our belongings with the uhaul representative and they suggested a size storage unit that would work. We drove down in a Uhaul, the storage unit was ofcourse not big enough. The office was closed no one was available on the phone. I sent an email stating how unhappy I was with the service and asked that the reservation be canceled as we would be using PUBLIC STorage instead (wonderful experience you should try them instead) then a WEEK later I get an email reminder of payment due. I send another email which again goes un-responded to. I finally call and the guy who answered the phone was less than pleasant told me he talked to my husband and he could tell him what size unit so he had to assume and it was our fault it wasnt big enough. Then when I told him I made the reservation for a 7x 10x10 on 07/6 he told me he never got it.(lie I have attached the reservation) raised his voice and said he will refund the money and hung up. I will be calling Uhaul next to let them know they may want to look into how these people are treating their customers.

If you want convenient than this is the best place around!I was looking for a drive up unit with climate control and this is the only place within 5 miles that had them. I didnt want to schlep inside with carts and stuff. I want to be able to get to my stuff and get out.Sure, it is a little more expensive- but well worth it to me.

Wow! Such a convenient self storage facilty! ! I loved that it was clean and modern but all the units were on the ground level. I used storage before that I had to go up an elevator and this was SOOOOO much more convenient- and still less expensive than the big competitor nearby. I was even able to get a drive up Air conditioned unit! So that was especially good for me since I store things for my store that I have to go to often. And the front desk people were nice too. I highly recommend Easy Self Storage in Royal Palm Beach if you are in the area!!

I picked up a trailer from this location. Paid the outstanding balance on the owners account. Explained to the staff that I the trailer would not be returning. Now they continue to bill my CC for a monthly service fee for the prior owners account. They are refusing to refund the cc. Beware!

The only reason I give one star is because this reviewing system wont allow me to give less.Yes, the guys that work the desk and the facility manager are superdy-duper nice, when youre giving them money and not asking them to live up to their end of the contract....I was a client of this facility for over 2 years; had in excess of $25K worth of expensive household belongings stored here, which I had purchased over the course of time while saving for the down payment on a house.King sized canopy bed, luxury mattress/box spring, bedroom side chairs and tables, 7 foot tall, 3 piece China cabinet set, Tommy Bahama 9 piece dining table and upholstered chairs, 8 sofa and down filled throw pillows, multiple lamps with fabric shades, all my household linens, ETC. I had been living a disciplined life in an inexpensive rental out of 3 suitcases to achieve my goal of home ownership for over 2 years. In short, the place was tightly organized with everything one would need for a 3 bedroom house except the major appliances and people.This secure, climate controlled, indoor self-storage has very high walls between each unit, but all are open to the ventilation system at the ceiling - no screening like in *the other self storage facility around the corner*. At some point during the last month of my relationship with Easy Self Storage company, an unfixed feral male cat apparently had gotten trapped inside the facility and it figured out how to catwalk along the ventilation system. EVERY SINGLE ITEM in my storage unit was completely soaked from above with cat urine; he had marked his territory all over my unit. EVERY single item smelled as if it had been completely immersed in a bath of concentrated cat piss, and then baked in, because, of course, it was JUNE in South Florida....Let that sink in.2 years plus of storage and their insurance fees -- side note: renters can not obtain outside insurance on their belongings; I had checked with all the major carriers when I first signed the contract to purchase this unit space. All the expense of purchasing and getting each of these significant pieces of furniture to the facility (moving van/guys, 8 times) and in the end, the facility manager, CITING CORPORATE POLICY, indicated that even though I had had to hire men and a moving van to get my now-garbage (I have asthma and COPD; the stench sent me to the ER when I first discovered it) out of the unit and placed every scrap into their designated trash area, according to the superdy-duper nice facility manager and staff, THERE WAS TOO MUCH OF IT so THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXCESS TRASH DISPOSAL.To say that I had a bad experience is putting it lightly. They are not a local corporation so I couldnt even take them to small claims or any other kind of court. Yes, I contacted corporate. I even wrote a letter to Roger Penske (who owns U-haul) to complain, all to be told it is a franchise. It was a clown show with everyone pointing at the other guy. Im sure I was the only one new to their game.*BEWARE* *BEWARE* *BEWARE* *BEWARE*

Just rude. Reserved a unit online, my husband goes in to sign the paperwork and they gave the unit away. Or they never had that unit available?! I also called them to reserve a uhaul, and gave them my reservation number for the unit!! They claim the website is not up to date. And instead of being understanding and trying to help us out, the guy literally shoved us off and was completely rude. I will not even try to contact them again for anything.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, clean and well secured. Easy drive up with large moving trucks. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Easy in and out. Equipment was in great condition and it wasnt a busy location to get Uhaul items.

For the third or forth time, this place has charged me for the monthly rent without my authority. I AM NOT ON AUTO PAY. I am ready to get my stuff out of there and go somewhere else. Last time i incured $150 of overdraft fees in my bank because they did this. It seems like the manager does this frequently and not only to me. No one seems to be responsible for my overdraft fees.

Before starting my 17 hour drive to West Palm Beach, I set up what was supposed to be 1 month free at this location. (Their website says 1 month free) I arrive to this location and walk in to 2 guys smoking their e-cigarette, filling the room with flavored smoke, on Facebook looking up girls, cussing & bouncing a kickball all around. And to top it all off, I am told that they do not honor the 1 month free anymore. I show them paperwork from the reservation but they dont want to make it right. So, I am beyond frustrated at this point but I make the dumb decision to just pay and store my things here anyway. So $120 later, I have a storage unit. I took my belongings out two weeks later and as I walk in the office to turn in my keys, the room is filled with smoke, once again. E-move (the company that helped me book my UHaul and storage unit) tried to call the owner but he wont return their call! Shocker! Moral of my story: DONT STORE HERE!

Had a terrible experience here when renting a truck. Being charged for items that werent even in the truck when we had it. Its a he said, she said situation and a customer should not be charged for something that was never in the truck cause the manager assumed they were. Would not recommend renting a truck from here unless you take dated photos of what is and isnt in the truck so you have something to back you up. Still waiting for the charges to be removed and now have late fees accruing because I refuse to pay for things that were not in the truck when was rented!!
