Shady dealings over there these days. The business rental customers at this facility, some of whom have been there for over 20 years, have been given 2 months to vacate. SROA wouldnt allow these businesses to sign a lease when SROA took over from the last owners. Industrial rentals are scarce these days, and these people were blindsided. They are scrambling to find new suitable facilities in the area. Just yesterday, had the water shut off to the entire building for non-payment for three months.

This is by far the best storage facility in the West area! We have had our precious belongings in this facility for 3 years and have had no issues whatsoever. Very positive experience! Jeanne took care of me right away after she finished helping the lady in front of me. I observed how well she attended to her needs and how she went above and beyond to meet her storage needs. Jeanne was very conscientious in inquiring what I was intending to store and gave me some very helpful tips on how to store my items. She took the time to show me how to use the lock, which by the way are quite nifty since they cant be cut with a cutter. Then when I was ready she had her assistant, a sweet young man, go to the storage unit with me and showed me the ropes on how best to enter and secure the door open. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to friends and family. Thank you Jeanne and staff. The process was quick and easy. You didnt find yourself at the end asking yourself a million questions. Everything was sorted out for me.

I rented a unit for close to 18 months. The facility is well located just off 441 and very very clean. the manager, Jeannie, is very cordial, on the ball and always available to answer questions. The pricing is very competitive and more attractive per sq foot than any other facilities I checked in the neighborhood. Brian is wonderful and more than accommodating. He was able to accommodate my needs in such a short notice. I only used CubeSmart self storage service for only a month because I found cheaper rates elsewhere. Overall comparable to other units and a lot more accommodating than Public Storage.

Ive just rented an extra storage space at SROA. Everything was a breeze with Donnas help. While I originally signed up using the website, once I arrived Donna helped me make a few changes and the paperwork was easily finished.The units and grounds were clean and secure. Would definitely recommend this SROA in Royal Palm Beach, FL.

When I called to make a payment they said someone else had my unit. They were all mixed up even though I spent an hour in their office signing up. They couldnt find my account in their system.Also they charge you to phone in or online a payment. Thetes better places to go.
