My car is 16 years old. The dealer told me that it required $10,000.00 in repairs. I love the car which is low mileage and in great shape, but couldnt invest this in repairs. German Auto Services and another shop saved the day and completed the work for less than $2,000.00! I am delighted.

Had them repair a wheel bearing on an Audi A4. Its been about 1000 miles since service and everything is spot on. They also did an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection and I was very happy with everything they did. Good price, communication and customer service. Definitely recommend

If you know what’s wrong with your engine they will play games with you to make money. This a place however to get something quick and little fixed like a wheel issue. Expect to pay at least 100 for labor though.

Great place to get repairs to your Volkswagen, Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, or other german manufacturer. Staff is extremely polite and willing to explain the actions they will take. Relatively inexpensive in comparison to most other mechanics in the area. I come here for all the needs on my Volvo.

I have been taking my wifes Audi to German Auto since we began dating about four years ago. I work with Corey over there who is always pleasant and professional. Im always given options and multiple solutions to issues with my car. I was/am so comfortable and confident in their service, I purchased a second used Audi for myself.

Larry is fair, honest, extremely knowledgeable and funny! His technicians and staff are respectful and skilled. Larry is always willing to offer assistance over the phone, they usually have a loaner car, always if you schedule it appropriately. Used Mercedes can be great values but only if you have German auto to take care of it for you. I have been a client of theirs for nearly ten years through two old benzs and am currently looking for my third to continue the relationship. If only all mechanics were as good as German Auto!

They word on my car fixing thing that didn’t need fixing, over charged me and said my car was fixed and it broke down on me the next few days. Not happy with the service here at all.

Thia place is horrible bunch of hacks they charged 3500 dollars to put a volvo s40 on the road with both side inner and outter tierods bad and bacd control arm buahings the car had so much road noise you couldint hear ypur aeld thing

These people are clueless. They apparently specialize in German cars but couldnt figure out how to reset the tire pressure sensor on my Jetta. I googled it. The very first result showed me how but for some reason, the professionals couldnt figure it out.
