My last service (and most times before) was amazing! I took my 2017 Escape in for an oil change/tire rotation and feel that Shawn managed my experience and didn’t balk when I had to ask him and the service team to check out another “sound” it had. Shawn and the team checked everything out and he explained what they found. He recommended tires (that I’m guessing Ford service doesn’t carry) and we discussed a few places that might carry them. Great experience overall. And my Escape has almost 100,000 miles so Prime Ford must be doing something right!!

Michelle M. My service advisor Was awesome to deal with. Listened to all my concerns I had with my vehicle and scheduled an appointment. When arriving at the drive in service department I was greeted with respect and pointed in the right direction. Michelle had my information in the computer verifying the issues of concern, then came out to my vehicle to confirm what they were. Very efficient. I was on my way in 10 minutes. Service representative put plastic on the driver side for protecting the interior.Michelle kept me informed as the status of my multiple concerns. When picking up my vehicle all my paper work was done. She explained what the technicians did as well as going through my chargers. Paid my invoice and I was on my way. It was a painless experience as all my issues were addressed satisfactory, as I waited a few days to make sure this, before I did this post.Nice service department. The shop was very clean and organized.Prime Ford keep up the good work.

I went to Prime Ford for a check engine light problem with my Fusion. I originally booked the appointment with Rebekah and she was very helpful over the phone and had quickly given me a date of my choice. As the date came, I went to the service center where I was greeted by her with a beautiful smile and pure knowledge of what the process would look like and no gimmicks. I would highly recommend anyone going to this dealership for service contact her. My car was fixed at a very reasonable price and it was on time as promised to be delivered. Amazing service and amazing staff!

Truck was ready to go, Darren was friendly and informative and greeted me again when I returned. No hard sell, easy transaction. Although my car isn’t a Ford, I still bring my Mazda to this service station due to their outstanding customer service. They are always willing to work with me and my time constraints of picking up/dropping off, shuttles or rentals. The customer service liaisons are so personable and easy to work with. They consistently communicate time lines so I don’t have any questions. Since the last time I came they are doing technician videos to show exactly what they are seeing and recommending - such a great addition! I highly recommend going to them. Thank you!

Brought vehicle in for state inspection and the Works package. Called to check and Michelle informed me vehicle was ready, and she would send shuttle in 10 minutes. Shuttle picked me up in 30 minutes. Pleasantly surprised no major repairs needed for stickerMichelle was very friendly, and professional in dealing with me. My service at Prime Ford was absolutely amazing! I was on vacation when at some point I ran over a nail which caused a flat tire. I made an appointment using the online website. Within the time I noticed my flat tire, to walking out of the dealership with a fixed tire was less than 3 hours. When I arrived at the dealership, I pulled right in and they identified my appointment, I told them what was wrong and they went to work right away. While in the waiting room a very nice salesman and I had a great conversation about the Mustang Mach-e (my car) and how it was performing which has been great. He indicated that it was good to speak to someone that had owned one for awhile because you don’t often hear back from customers. He also told me about the EV chargers they had and that I could use them to charge up if I needed to do so. I was able to use my Ford Pass points (I think that’s what they are called) for the service. My family and I made it back home from our vacation (a little over 500 miles away) and the tire has been great in my first week back to work. The employees that I ran into at the Prime Ford in Saco are top notch and could not have been any nicer! Great experience! Since we vacation there every once and awhile, I will be sure to keep them in mind while traveling in the area.

I brought my vehicle in for Oil change and tire rotation and I must say I was impressed with the service. I got in about 20 minutes early and no problem, they took me right in. The whole process took about an hour and thats pretty much what I was expecting. In addition to the oil change and tire rotation, the tech also performed a complementary multi-point safety inspection. This complementary service is really great, it not only gave me a full report on my vehicle, but it also gave me peace of mind. Btw... my vehicle is not a Ford, its a Mitsubishi. Thank you Shawn, for an outstanding customer service! Now, why a 4 and not a 5 star? I noticed that the tech did not reset the service reminder on my vehicle. So now I have to drive it with the wrench 🔧still showing on my dashboard. Its not only annoying, but it can also be distracting. One other thing thats been on my mind since purchasing this vehicle from this dealership, is why THE WORKS (price for oil change and tire rotation) only applies to Ford vehicles and not all vehicles purchased here.

Prime Ford has been such an amazing dealership to work with. Most notably Rebekah in the service department. She has been a tremendous help and has been really great to work with!I’ve taken my truck in several times for routine maintenance and repairs and she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.Most recently, I was having an issue with my truck making an unusual noise, the service team was not able to replicate the issue on their own but Rebekah invited me back to the dealership to go over the problem I was experiencing with one of the service members, Mike, who worked with me to identify the problem. After we replicated the noise, they worked fast to diagnose and locate the issue and fix it, now my truck is running like new! I’m beyond happy with my visit!I’ve had 3 Ford vehicles and have been to several dealerships for purchases and service over the past 10+ years, this has by far been the best service I’ve experienced. I’ll be sure to continue using them for all my maintenance, repairs, and (hopefully in the near future) new vehicle purchases from now on! My car broke down and that was very stressful. I work with a service rep named Michelle. She was very good kept me informed as to how the repair was going. Found me a loaner so I no longer needed to beg for rides. Michelle answered any and all questions I had about what was happening. She let me know as soon as I could get my car. Then when another problem came up post repair she got my car in and repaired same day. Actually the service dept. sent someone to pick up the car and bring it back after it was fixed. Michelle was the highlight of the whole affair. I was frustrated to get the car back after a engine replacement and then the air conditioner wasnt working. The problem was taken care right away and is fixed but it was just the point. Then also I question having to pay a $671.00 bill for what they tried to repair when the engine was the problem and was replaced. Other than that I was pleased with all that happened.

They figured out what was wrong with my Vehicle, fix it fast and “DIDNT “ try to aggressively sell Me things I didn’t need or play games with Diagnosing my vehicle.There was a mix a up WITH a diff type coolant needed for My car that did cost more. When I addressed the issue SEAN/Shawn at the service dept. Right away fixed the issue and resided my price. Very very professional. Dealerships typically do charge More But GOOD QUALITY WORK done right the first time IS WORTH a few more bucks.

Took my Motorhome in for possible service on my brakes. Turns out that the brakes were OK which is great but while they had it in for service the technician (who admitted knew nothing about motorhomes) broke the electric step motor by putting pressure on the steps before they were fully extended. Anyone that owns an RV with automatic steps know that when you open the door it takes about 3 seconds for the steps to fully extend and lock into place. If you try to step on them and apply pressure before they lock in it ruins the motor. Well that is exactly what they did. I was in and out of the RV several times that morning without any issues and even had to exit the RV at the dealership and they were fine. It was not until they called me to tell me it was ready for pick-up (and even then they did not mention a problem with the steps) and after I arrived back at the dealership to pick the RV up did they tell me they could not get the steps to work. I immediately knew what the problem was and took Rebekah (service sales girl) to the RV and explained what had happened. She told me to go ahead and get the parts and repair it and they would reimburse me (we are traveling full time and were leaving Maine). After I ordered the parts I sent them a copy of the Amazon invoice showing what I paid. Now that we are out of Maine and will not be back for a couple of years they are refusing to pay for the part. Rebekah even told me to go ahead and throw some extra in there for my time but I told here it was only about an hour job and just wanted reimbursed for the part (turned out to be just over $80.00).Im not upset about the $$$. I even told Rebekah that I didnt blame the technician because he probably didnt realize that the steps would likely fail if he put pressure on before extended. He just didnt know any better.I am an extremely honest man. I told Rebekah that the parts would probably be about $160 or so. Turns out I ordered a gear box and a motor for the steps (total over $190.00) which was higher than I thought, and sent her that Amazon invoice. Once I had the parts I found that I only needed to use the motor (about $80.00) and the gear box seemed to be OK. I sent her an email showing that and thought she would be happy that it cost much less that originally planned. Im guessing a dishonest person would have tried to still get the $190 reimbursed.After two emails to Rebekah and a phone call that was never returned I knew that I had been lied to and that there was never a plan to reimburse the cost of the part that they broke.Anyway the only dishonest people involved here are the people at Prime Ford. Please note that.As an afterthought Id like to mention that Rebekah was the most wonderful person and a pleasure to work with and talk to. After not hearing back for several days I called to talk to her and ended up getting another lady (presuming her boss?? possibly Michelle?? I dont actually recall her name). She was the most obnoxious person I have ever dealt with. She cut me off repeatedly and refused to even listen to what I had to say. She didnt use the word liar but pretty much implied that that was what I was when talking to her and I have to admit that I lost my cool after trying to reason with her and ended the conversation by calling her some names that I now regret. Only for that am I sorry.

I am not happy about my experience. I waited 4 hours to have 4 tires replaced and an oil change. After 2 hours of my car on the lift with no tires and hood open I had to go inquire about what was taking so long. I did have the pleasure of an employee telling another customer to rate them 5 stars. Compliments and 5 star reviews should be freely given by a satisfied customer and not demanded because you want to win some contest or because anything else would make you look bad. My car then sat out front for another 20+ minutes after being completed before someone came to check me out. Im glad I turned down overtime for this.

To say that Prime Ford Saco went above and beyond is an understatement. Michelle was extremely helpful. She made my day.. Kept me up to date when my vehicle was in the shop, and even took the time to compose an email with all the different tires and prices. They inspected/check my vehicle giving me a piece of mind because I had a few worries. Assured me everything was an Ok! I switched over to Prime Ford because of my last experience with them when we bought our F350 there, and the customer service did not fail once again. Customer service agent Rebekah was very attentive to my needs and addressed all my comcerns. The only issue I had was that a few texts went unanswered. I received the answers several hours later via phone call. Dont send me a text stating that texting is a viable form of communication if attention is not paid to incoming questions via text.When I picked up the truck, Rebekah and I were chatting at the customer service counter and the tech who worked on my truck happened to be there and stepped up to answer my questions. I bought a car from this dealership with ‘interior protection’ for rips, cuts, stains etc. two weeks after I got my car my dog ripped a hole in my leather interior. I brought my car in for them to take pictures of the rip and get an appointment to get it fixed and they wouldn’t get back to me. I called over 20 times and tried to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. But they kept brushing me off and not really giving me any answers.They’re quick to sell you a car but Awful service after you drive off the lot.

They go out of their way to make sure our car is fixed right. We dealt with a new Service Adviser, Michelle. She was incredible, answering all our questions. She actually had something fixed on the car that we didn’t know was broken. When we leave the dealership, we know the car has been fixed correctly and is safe. Prime Ford is a great place to buy a car. The service department is the best we have ever dealt with. I highly recommend the Prime Ford Dealership.

2019 Ford Edge in for oil change and a few concerns to be looked at. The gentleman at Service Desk, Carl, was very polite and went over my concerns prior to car going in for oil change. There were a few things that needed attention and he went line by line explaining what was necessary now and what could wait. Overall the time spent waiting was worth the work and great customer service I received today. Thank you Carl for making my appointment a priority!!

Prime Ford in Saco did a good job servicing my class A motorhome. They actually found some metal straps that had rusted and were in bad shape so they replaced them with new straps that would last much longer. The only issue that i found odd was the price of an oil change was about three times higher than the Ford dealer in Arundel charged me in the past. Friendly staff and my service rep Rebekah kept me updated on the progress of work being performed.

Just purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT with sport package. Salesman...Chris ClaySales manager....Tracy West.Stopped in to check the vehicle out on Wednesday and negotiated a very fair deal. Told them I would think it over as I was looking at 2 other vehicles at different dealers. I had a pre-approved auto loan from Navy Federal Credit Union.After careful consideration, we decided to go ahead. I went to the dealership Thursday and Tracy asked me if I wanted a better interest rate if he could get it. I said sure, and he went to work and found me a better interest rate. I saved enough money with the lower rate to pay for a 6 year extended warranty! Never had a dealership work to help me save money! Will stay with Prime Ford and I highly recommend them!Thanks Tracy, Chri and Prime!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Once you buy the vehicle they pretend you don’t exist. Been trying to cancel my gap insurance since November. Took multiple calls and messages and finally in February someone reached out to me. I signed the gap cancellation form and Mike Madore told me it would “only be a couple weeks” before I got my refund. It’s now June and I haven’t gotten anything. I have reached out again multiple times to check on it and see what’s happening and haven’t had anyone return my calls. Ive left voicemails with salesmen and sales manager David Blanchard, messages with the receptionist, emails, etc and no one has given me a call back. I even have reached out to their Facebook page and the staff running that apologizes and say someone will reach out to me ASAP, but no one ever does. Maybe if I say that I’m looking to buy a new truck they’ll return my calls??
