Great experience from the beginning and all the way to driving my vehicle off the lot. My salesperson, Josh, was very helpful and I was very happy with everything. Although I waited a handful of hours even though I had an appointment, I was still going to give a 5-star rating.Now, why I gave a 3-star rating - the next day I got my license plates for the vehicle and drove to get them installed at Patriot Nissan (Patriot Subaru suggested I go there as I live near them). Upon trying to install the plates, I found that they did not give me a front license plate holder. At first this wasnt that big of an issue until I was told by the Service Manager at Patriot Nissan that 1. It should have come with the vehicle, 2. They would have to drill holes in my front bumper because I am missing the license plate holder, and 3. Upon calling Patriot Subaru, the Service Manager at Nissan was told that Subaru does not make them for the WRXs. I ended up having to drive over 50 miles to my nearest Subaru and pay out of pocket for the item that should have already been in my hands. In addition, Patriot Subaru lied to both the Service Manager at Patriot Nissan and myself. -1 star for lying and -1 star for not giving me everything that should come with my brand new car.Moral of the story: For this dealer specifically, do your research beyond pricing of the car, features, sticker, fees... make sure you get everything you SHOULD be getting from the dealer before they toss you away after they have sold you the vehicle.

My Subaru Outback that I purchased used from a private party had two recalls on it. I chatted with a rep at Patriot online, and we agreed upon a time to bring it in. I only knew about one recall, but they mentioned the other. I have never been their customer before, but the next time I buy a Subaru, it will be from them. The service was prompt, pleasant, and they didnt try to upsell me at all. I left with the documentation that the recalls are taken care of and a complimentary car wash down the street. Highly recommend this service department and will look into the dealership in the future!

I bought a used Forester here last week, and it could not have gone any smoother. Sara Elsberry made sure I got every detailed bit of information that I needed to make an informed purchase. I had a complicated situation having a NY drivers license, registering the car in MA, and buying in ME, but Sara and Tim helped me through every step of the process. I bought a used Outback from Corey at Patriot and I am very happy with my purchase as I drive over 32,000 miles a year for work. Ive never been in a vehicle that is so planted on the road in the middle of a blizzard as the outback. I previously went to a few other dealerships and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
