Was told that my car would be ready by noon and did not receive it until 4pm. Other then that the service was great with great people!
Weve been long-time customers bringing our Ford F150 in for regular oil changes and it has been hit or miss or the last few years in terms of getting the service done in a timely manner. Today, they almost lost us as customers for good. Weve learned to plan to just drop it off when we dont have an appointment, but I didnt have an easy transportation alternative and was given an initial 3 hour timeframe due to the cars in front of us (and I appreciated their transparency), so decided to wait it out and work remotely from the lobby. After 3.5 hours had passed, I checked in and they advised they had had to prioritize other cars ahead me a few times, even though I was right there sitting in the lobby waiting. But at this point, I was told I was next up, so I continued to stay and wait. Nearly 2.5 hours later (after the initial 3 hours), I was still waiting - I was fine to keep working but now I was getting hungry and frustrated so my patience level wasnt going to stay high for much longer. But then a tech came in to talk to me, and then the manager, DC, proactively came in to talk with me and took accountability for the extreme amount of time. I appreciated being seen and will keep this dealership as our primary service provider as they do go above and beyond to appreciate and value their customers.

A warranty repair that I was told would be 8-9 hours of work and take two days dragged on for nearly two weeks due to a shortage of techs. I was told tomorrow every day along. When another job runs long, delays will happen. But these guys are totally unprepared and disorganized.Sales department told me over the phone that Id get a call back with answers to questions on three occasions. I was there in person to follow up twice and told theyd have to call me. Not one phone call actually came.
To my knowledge the repairs were done well. However, the coordination with my insurance was rough and it took a long time for the repairs to be completed. Overall, not the best experience.
Total liars, sent my car in to have a free recall service, ended up having to pay over 300.?,
Left car for 2 weeks then they said sorry it would cost 1800 just to tell me what was wrong with car. Guess they didnt want my business.

Customer service is always great. The price for service is high but I dont repair cars so I cant complain
While my service Advisor Bon was decent, the rest of this place is dismal. It took them a week to even look at my car for an airbag light, but I needed it for the weekend and came to get my car. Then it wouldnt start. They didnt know what was wrong, then I had to pay for new keys and a reprogramming even though the car had never had an issue starting before. Then they broke my antenna when I went to come pickup my car. I had to call and ask if they ordered the parts, but they ordered the wrong parts. It look a MONTH and 10 physical visits to get everything taken care of, even though I came in for just an airbag light. The cashier was often gruff and rude, parts kept ordering the wrong parts, and at one time the lot attendances tried to get my car to me but it wouldnt start, so the tried to push start it, and got it stuck in the middle of the service road! All around poor service. There are plenty of other dealers in the area, go to them.
Ive taken my car for Sevice they provide me a ride to work and they provide me a ride to pick up my car once the work is completed
Left my vehicle there on Monday to take a look at the dreaded mustang tick just to give me peace of mind in case it really is a problem. I know there is a tsb out but how do I know which tick is normal and which isn’t? If they know that’s fine but if it blows up I just want them to know it’s there fault because I had it checked out. Also rear windows won’t go all the way up on convertible top. Called Thursday told they would call me Friday. No call back on Friday so I called this morning and was told they haven’t even looked at it yet. No option for rental, if I go and pick it up I have to go back in the queue so potentially another week wait.TL/DR waited a week for tick diagnostic and windows to get fixed. They never called back as promised. No rental option, queue system only no scheduled apts.

Parts gentleman was very nice and helpful, however the cashier Lady was grumpy and borderline rude she actually tossed the receipt in my hand. I am a person too
I have learned over time that some of the service advisors at downtown forward will get it done for you. There will be honest with you and they will take care of you. Bon Vang has been that service advisor. I have used other service guys and always came up short. Bon does not. He commits and follows through. Thank you downtown ford for this advisor.

I dont have anything bad to say about this place. I always come here to get both my car & truck serviced regularly & theyre always good to me. I always go & see Wade in the service department & he always makes me feel like a VIP when i come in & im nobody special. Im jst sumone that was in need of an honest mechanic & im glad ive found one here @ Downtown Ford.
I have been going here for over 20 years and have used several service writers, but they are all not the best. I only use my guy and his name will remain a secret. Ford as a vendor is having parts issues and poor designs in Detroit, so much of this is not a Downtown Ford issue. This dealership really needs an upgrade to their Facilities.
It a clean places and everyone is. Nice but there price is High but they do good work.
They fixed my recalled fusion..an it was easy not one problem..they were all great..I recommend them for all your ford needs..e excellent customer service.
Great service and great people. Beware that the diagnostic fee is $175, so if your repair isn’t covered under warranty, you could end up paying $175 for the techs to raise your car up and tell you they saw a worn tie rod.
