This was my second purchase in 6 months. I like the ease of purchase. I wanted the bottom line and not the stereotypical chase and thats what I got. Bottom line number and a deal in less than 30 minutes. Miguel and Ricardo were a great team.

Alex at Bunnin was amazing from the moment we got him on the phone to the close of the deal, he did a great job. He made the process of trading my vehicle in, and delivering my new vehicle super easy. He made the deal process easy and I really appreciate that. His concern was to get me what I wanted and He made it happen! He has a great professional attitude and his customer service was on point. and He was on top of getting back to me and made sure the signature process was done right

If freaks me out who it changes names it was frank hurling for decades. Then Kunis then epic within a few years. They fired my service manager as I was picking up my car my car has 35 thousand miles and needed a new head gasket radiator and transmission and brake fluid flush then a week later new cams.

Horrible customer service. They don’t care about their customers. They were very unclear about additional warranty details and didn’t care enough to explain it thoroughly. After I had an issue with my car a year after I bought it, I called them to explain the problem only to be told the warranty (which was told to be something it was not) that I’d made 12 payments on wasn’t going to work. I told them I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew what it entailed then I was told “but you did buy it.” That summarizes this place. After you purchase something, their job is done. Go somewhere that cares a little more about their customers and their image

This is a joke of a place. I found out that parts ordered have been setting there for over a week and never received a call. When I called and left a message still no call back and dont have an appointment scheduled for a new vehicle I purchased. Service is appalling and as soon as the fix the already delayed work order and recalls I will never return here and will do my best to warn others to stay away.
