Berry Lumber is a full service lumber yard. If you want great customer service and good quality building materials this is the place. They are a locally owned business and have very knowledgeable employees that not only know what they are talking about, but are more than willing to help.

Need 9 Trex 1x6x8. They took 16s cut them to 8 footers for me and loaded my truck. Does not get any better then that.

If you want service, friendly service, knowledgeable service, THIS IS WHERE YOU GO! not to mention they will actually pull your order and LOAD IT FOR YOU!I spend my money with the smaller guy rather than the big box - noone to help you - store every chance I get.I buy my fencing products from there Redwood division across the street exclusively, or did untill this covicrap started.If you complain about not getting service but arent willing to go where you can get service you dont have the right to complain about service!

Hats off to Berry Lumber delivery driver Rocky for actually coming down to our front door and asking permission to turn his large truck around in our driveway before just doing so, unlike most large truck drivers who end up on our single lane, dead end mountain road with no where to turn around. We greatly appreciate that he took the time to respectfully ask first which reflects wonderfully on the company he works for.

Prices are higher than Home Depot or Lowes or HD Supply.

Amazing staff!!! I wasn’t a customer my car had a flat in front of their store and at least 4 gentlemen came out to help assist me. They changed my tire for me which was more than helpful. If they went all out their way for me (who wasn’t a customer) I can only imagine the effort they would put forth to help their customers.

I cannot possibly express a higher opinion of the quality service I receive each time I go into this store. I have been dealing with these folks for years and this review is long overdue. More than once their sales staff has gone beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs, and although I cannot remember each of the employees names, I do recall most recently a gentleman named Nick that stayed several minutes after closing to make sure my order was prepared. As a home repair contractor it is folks like this that help me to keep my clients happy. Thanks!

Was very disappointed when I had placed a large order with Berry Lumber, and most of the lumber was far from perfect. They would not even look at the lumber to see if is was fair to return. I have moved on to another lumber yard that will take the time to listen when a client is not happy, instead of getting lectured.

Great quality, great service. Came here looking for quality wood for basic woodworking projects, the place had a great community feel. We will be purchasing our wood exclusively from here.

This is the best place around Sacramento CA to buy building materials for most projects. They have better quality products at competitive prices and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is a step above Home Depot and Lowes. Most contractors shop here too.

Nice going through lumber yard that actually knew what they had and where it was. Unlike every other Home Improvement warehouse / decorator store in the area. They were a little more expensive but well worth it.
