The employees at Battery Bills are always nice and polite, many of them usually have this upbeat, happy, outgoing attitudes. Whether it is hot or it is cold they are very helpful. Great prices on the new and used batteries! They come with warranties. I have been coming to Battery Bills for fourteen years, for over eight different vehicles. Before that, my grandmother (the one who referred me) had been coming to Battery Bills for at least ten years. I have children as well and the employees are always very safe, they are very understanding and patient, especially when I have more of my many kids. Now, during the COVID I have personally seen them take all the safety measures and precautions that I have seen everyone else doing (like at grocery stores, gas stations, ect) They also take extra precautions normally when I have my children and other passengers in my vehicle. Another great thing that I love about Battery Bills, is that you can recycle your old or no good batteries for credit towards your next one. They also take some kid electric vehicle batteries, which is great for me. I would and do personally recommend Battery Bills. Many of my family go here and our friends as well.

I ran into a serious problem recently, my F 350 2016 needed a Battery Harness, due to Covid, Ford did not havet this part. They had no timeline as to when prodiuction would be back up and the Battery Harness would be available. Ford decided to create a Harness that has multiple cables and electronic cable systems in one, no changing out a Battery cable but replace the entire harness. Thank you Ford engineer, searched all over for a resolution and was advised to call Battery Bill. Spoke with Josh and he asked that I send him the harness and he repaired the bad battery cable and sent back to me. It was isntalled and has run absolutelty great, cant say enough as to how great his effort and problem solving has been. Need a repair, call and ask for Josh, well done and thank you!

Came here to have the battery replaced in both of my cars. I got a new battery here that they installed, at a significantly less price than what other vendors wanted to charge. I paid about $85 to have my battery replaced at Battery Bill, when I was quoted $120+ elsewhere. Also, the customer service here was great. Shout out to Jay for helping us. He was great! I won’t go anywhere else in the Sacramento Area to have my car battery replaced moving forward.

I called three other battery places before I went here. Of the four, Battery Bill was the only place whose normal practice is to keep current going to the vehicle while replacing the battery. This keeps the cars radio and computer from loosing all memory. So, you dont lose your radio presets, or stored engine codes, or other types of vehicle memory. The guy at the counter and the mechanic who replaced the battery were friendly and knowledgable, and worked to satisfy all my concerns. The price was good. There was nothing I did not like.

This place is great they do all the work for you. In my case they test my battery before and they found out that the battery was no longer good so they changed and noticed that the clip of the negative terminal was loose so they added a deal so it make good contact with the battery without additional cost. They wanted to make sure that I dont have any problems in the future. They are very professional and their primary goal is satisfied their customers.

Went there today to get my battery replaced, Customer service was good and service was fast. Got a brand new battery for $60 bucks .

All I have to say is that even tho I havent shop there yet I was able to get a price over the phone, guy even went to go check to see if they had a battery in stock since computer said Out of stock just the simple fact they double checked makes me want to go in and buy from there, decently cheaper than other stores and they are very friendly, I never ever leave reviews but how cant I not when I was given the best costumer service over the phone in years

2yrs ago I got a battery for my 2002 VW GTI at 75% off the standard price. Havnt had any problems. Battery still strong. I Plan to buy another battery for my Honda.

The guy at the counter (Josh) and another employee (Bary) I overheard them talking and joking about someone and reffering to whoever they were talking about as a racial epithet .....They need to be careful when laughing and joking amongst one another that they not say certain words loud enough for others to hear.....and quite frankly I felt that they were both smug and rude. Wont be returning here after this and am letting the rest of my family and friends to go elsewhere.

My experience with them was great. So much so Im writing a review, which I never do. My battery was shot and corroded with acid. Other places quoted at me 150. They replaced my battery and clamps for only 80! The machanic even put an anti-acid gel on it. And they did it in less than a half hour! Cant beat it.

Had two great experiences with the staff at Battery Bills. The location is a little rough, but the staff was helpful and friendly. Although they were unable to find my particular model of battery due to the scarity of my motorcycle, not only did the front desk staff try for 30 mins, inspecting 5-6 batteries in stock, but their manager helped me personally afterwards. She even recommended and provided directions/hours to competitors, but said if they didnt have my battery, that I should return to Bills and theyd make a rig to get an alternative battery to work, which I did and it worked great! Im definitely going to go back if I ever need an obscure battery or help finding an alternative.

Have a 3 month old, manufactured Feb 2016, 6 volt HD battery (Bond brand) with a bad cell, which was purchased from Battery Bill in Sacramento. I am, and the car is, currently IN Coloradi. Upon calling I was told there was nothing they could do to help me if the battery wasnt in Sacramento. Awesome! 3 month old worthless battery, and no way to get resolution. Thanks Battery Bill!
