The Epic service center has not been very successful with the quality work by losing my 2.0 cyl DMV registration is different engine 1.5 and my car with me I bought 09/14/2021 @ Hertz Sales lol and JB one who sold be the car was killed.I believe my car was stolen and wreaced by to drunk drivers. One got 99 yes. This car keeps a millage than the other one 61000 & this last one to day has 99000ilesWheres is this coming from? Should I just eat it the false faction ? With DMV ? Where is my car? Refund my money cause this is not what I bought the 1.5 cyl. Where service contract I carried Fildility Warrity for the life of the car. With the rest of the filting automobiles have gone? So Dear Anne Launders please advise.

Ive had nothing but awful experience since Epic bought Kuni out .How can they schedule you and not tell you it would take a whole day or 2 and not give you a loaner !??! 2020 Equinox, 14k miles and engine light comes on whenever I drive to the Bay Area.I paid for extended warranty and maintenance up front and they made me feel like there is still going to be a charge . Really not happy with them
Find out they hella over charge me for my car after I mention I was homeless. My car worth 17g something and they charge me 23g something. Then saw what else they have for that price but newer! Hella took advantage of me And my kid. Should return to the car and get my money back.
Bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T from them. Minh Hoang and Jerry Torres worked with me to get me driving my dream car off the lot. I am so thankful that I was able to get the deal that I got on my new car. I seen the car online and came to find out if I could afford it and these guys went above and beyond to help me achieve my dream.
Wanted to order a 2022 Camaro Zl1. Ended up with Richard Pratt telling me it would be MSRP. Then I was told by a sales manager weeks later it would be some crazy mark up over MSRP. I considered it but wanted to know if they even had an allocation. I waited and waited but never heard back about the allocation. Fast forward two months later and I get a call saying my new Camaro had arrived! We never made a deal, I never put a deposit down, nor did I know anything was actually happening. I told them I had already found a car somewhere else. What really upsets me is that the car I actually wanted came in and I had no clue it was actually ordered. Epic Chevrolet Your on my list of bad dealerships I’ll never contact again.
Forgot i had a powertrain warranty. They fixed my car up within a few days and didnt have to pay. Everything went pretty smooth and everyone was nice. Definitely will be going again if i need another service

Don’t ever buy any auto parts from these people. I am in San Jose and I went to Sacramento to buy an auto part from these people. When I was buying the auto part I wasn’t sure if I will need it so I asked if I can send it back via shipping from San Jose if I indeed will not need it. The cashier, Miguel, said, “yes, that’s fine to send the part back via shipping from San Jose to Sacramento if you don’t need it anymore.”I came to San Jose, went to the mechanic to show the part and he said that I bought the wrong part. After that, I called the auto service in Sacramento to tell them that I want to return the auto part because the mechanic said I bought the wrong one.Someone else picked up the phone it wasn’t Miguel and said that I have to drive to Sacramento to return it in person because they want to check if the part is good before giving a refund. I told them that Miguel told me I can send it back via shipping and also offered them to not give me a refund if the part appears to be in bad condition. Even with Miguel’s promise and my offer, they told me I have to go there in person.To drive back and forth from San Jose to Sacramento is over 200 miles, that is why I asked the cashier if I will be able to return in. In conclusion, you should not ever trust these people or buy auto parts from them.

Brought car in for recall service only. Service writer tried to sell costly and unnecessary service for my car. $200+ for intake manifold cleaning on a 2 year old engine with 10,000 miles. When I declined, he said GM would charge me upon lease return if I didnt do it now. No, no they wont. Dont fall for it.

My appointment is for an oil change and regular service for certain mileage. My appointment was at 11am, my car was not pulled in for service until 1240pm. I will not be coming back to this location again.
Bought a new truck there. They were the only dealership with one available from Bakersfield to Sacramento. Dave was very nice and gave great service. Everyone was friendly.

This is a joke of a place. I found out that parts ordered have been setting there for over a week and never received a call. When I called and left a message still no call back and dont have an appointment scheduled for a new vehicle I purchased. Service is appalling and as soon as the fix the already delayed work order and recalls I will never return here and will do my best to warn others to stay away
