My son bought a phone less than 2 weeks ago and it does not work (manufacturer error) but we have to call the manufacturer and send it back. They only have a 7 day return policy. The guy tried to help us but... We are likely going to jump ship and go with anorher provider. I bought a case there and it was supposed to include a screen protector but there was none.
