Della provided exceptional customer service especially in managing the 1 person at a time in the store. She was the only one working at the time and didnt make me feel rushed with all my questions. She was respectful when addressing customers coming in that it was 1 at a time, but shell service them as soon as she can.Definitely will be back to purchase from Della! Nice and cheery😊
I switched to Verizon during the iPhone 12 promotion and it went pretty smoothly. The only issue I had was the cost. It was my understanding that I would pay 130.00 down ( plus tax) but then there was a $40 activation fee for the phone and another $40 activation fee for my watch . Then I was told I would be charged $20 set up fee for the phone and another $20 set up fee for the watch .this total amount was a pretty big surprise! So get ready to spent a minimum of $240 to switch .
Crystal was extremely helpful. She installed the tempered glass on my phone in less than two minutes without any bubbles. Plus, she carefully explained the warranty and effectiveness of the product.

I was told twice to call and make an appointment. Once I did I was given a time to show. I showed and went thru the process of instruction posted outside. I waited 20 min and finally called.. I was told it would still be a wait to get in. Curious as to why we are making an appt if I’m still going to be waiting up to 40 min. Maybe make that apparent when making the appointment!
Crystal at Verizon was incredibly friendly and helpful in the purchase and set up of my IPhone 12 Max. Not only did she provide excellent customer service but she was also extremely patient. She did the set up flawlessly while handling another customer and greeting new people at the door on a particularly busy day. Kudos to her.

I came into this Location for a new Phone and Plan.REED was A Rad guy and didn’t give up on Me.For 3 days he helped me try and switch all my Info from my old Phone to my new One.He tried everything and not once looked annoyed or gave me any attitude.CHRISTINA helped me with a return and even took the time to walk me through the process as she was dealing with calls and setting appointments.I will only come to this Verizon Store from now on and will coming back just cause of Reed and Christina.Thank you both !!

Reid was the best!! We first went to this Verizon location because my mother, sis, and I wanted to start a new plan together. We got much information from the woman who helped us, with Reid’s input as store manager, and then we drove to ATT to compare pricing and value. We had the worst, WORST experience at this ATT location on Alhambra Blvd and decided we wanted to go back to Verizon. In the couple of hours that we were gone, Reid made a point to look into our future account further and let us know that he found even more savings for us! With transferring phone numbers from other companies and cancelling accounts and creating a more sensible account for the three of us together, it took quite some time, but Reid gave us the best of the best service. He stayed past his normal hours to make sure we were happy, even drove to another location to retrieve the phones we wanted! We joked back and forth to pass the time, and a couple of hours later, my family (myself included) left as content as can be 😊 Loved this service and would highly recommend to anyone!
He was alone due to another employee having to call in sick and was very busy. Yet even with it being busy as he was he maintained a professional manner about himself where as Ive seen many others falter,excellent job!

We were visiting the Sacramento area on Friday 2/7 and needed to purchase a phone for an employee as his device was stolen while we were at dinner, his line was already established and eligible for an upgrade as well. We asked him to meet us there he showed up at this location with my daughter at 8:45pm. The guy working there (Reid) had no other customers in the store and refused to help them. He said it was too late he was closed, and he questioned my daughter if she had a family. Not sure what kind of customer service this retailer is in the habit of providing for customers, we have a business account and pay good money, not to be treated so poorly and disrespectful. I can honestly say that in our local area we have never ever been treated like this, our business is appreciated and they are willing to stay an extra few minutes to help a customer, and not be so inconvenienced. Its unfortunate that he couldnt provide better service to Verizon customer. We were not local and had to make another trip to the Sacramento area the following day to an actual Verizon,not an authorized dealerwhere the gentlemen there were more than willing to help, and provided phenomenal customer service. SHAME ON YOU REID FOR YOUR COMMENT QUESTIONING HER ABOUT WHETHER SHE HAS A FAMILY OR NOT. Horrendous service. Store is run by a couple of bratty teenagers who don’t have any customer service skills. Absolutely awful. Sold me a defective phone, then when I went back within 30 days they refused to replace it. Go here if you want to get scammed!

Nick and Eric were super helpful and I would recommend their service. They day I met them was a memorial death day for a loved one when I broke my phone. Nick listened to my needs and recommended two phones. He presented the phones in their entirety (pros/cons). I made my decision and then he was step by step with me to set my phone up. Both he and Eric were incredibly personable which makes for an excellent quality in customer service. Nick was patient with my questions and had a sense of humor which I always appreciate (especially when having a challenging day). Big huge thanks to Nick. I was under the impression that if the store closed at 9 it stops doing business at that time I guess not. The gentleman stated he decided he wasn’t going to stop doing business after 8:30 it’s his rule he has a family and he can’t stay late. Please avoid this store at all costs. As service stores go, its way better than most. Of course sometimes theres a wait but its because theyre thorough. I know because theyre thorough when helping me. Makes me glad because I walk away reassured in the information provided. The staff are always friendly and never condescending, like some other places. If youre lucky enough to get Matt, then youre in good hands. Hes never steered me wrong.

I have never written a review before. But I just had the BEST experience with Chris at the midtown store. I thought I had lost 3 years of photos and was pretty upset. I was resolved on buying a new phone and moving on, but he went above and beyond to help me out. I have all my photos back and he spent an hour with me. Through no fault of his I did not buy the phone in store, but he was still amazing and super helpful. Thank you Chris!

I visited the store two days prior to my purchase. Sunshine gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. I returned to make my purchase but Sunshine was busy with a customer. I had no problem waiting and it was worth every bit of waiting to get the excellent customer service I received.
This is a review for the representative that helped us- Juan.So my boyfriend and I came to this Verizon store on February 15th because I needed to upgrade my iPhone. I decided to get the new iPhone 11 and he convinced my boyfriend to take advantage of the “free” iPhone deal. He ended up getting one as well and he wanted to get a new number, but Juan told us not to because there was a promo going on called the “port in promo” which makes us eligible to get 2 free $200 visa gift cards for transferring our numbers over. He never fully explained to us how to get these cards, he just vaguely said look on the Verizon website for “port in promo”. Well after we went home, we found out this didn’t exist. We called back numerous times and no Verizon rep on the customer service line knew what we were talking about. A rep at a different store said that they had that promo, but it expired two weeks earlier. When we finally got a hold of someone at the Verizon store, they gave us a code and a link to a website- however that code did not work. We went into the store, and Reid (who was as helpful as he could be) couldn’t find the code either- but promised he would look into it and follow up the next day. Juan finally reached out (February 18th) and said that he needed another week and he would follow up. Well now it’s March 7th and we called twice and still haven’t heard back or have been able to reach them. Very disappointed.... but that’s not it! We also requested NOT to have insurance ... but he ended up adding insurance on ALL 3 devices which I had to remove (extra $45 a month!). Also, when I asked if I could tether my WiFi only ipad to my phone for internet - he said I could only do that 5x a month and it wouldn’t work anymore after that/ my internet would slow down completely ... which isn’t true! I ended up buying a new iPad and cellular plan because he told me the iPads were half off....$200 off $600 is not half off...and lastly he said that the free Apple Music promo was for as long as we have our plan... again NOT TRUE.. it’s only for 6 months.Overall I feel like Juan was throwing all of these promos at us that were either not accurate, non existent, or expired. I don’t feel like he was not transparent with his sales pitch and I’m very disappointed that he never followed back up with us.EDIT TO ADD:So it’s been 4 months since we’ve purchased our phones and there’s still been no “free iPhone” credit added to our bill. Juan told us it would take 2-3 billing cycles for the iPhone credit to apply. So after calling Verizon they said they did not see any credit or promo. I’m on the phone with them now so they can submit the form to apply it and reimburse me. I am so disappointed with my experience at this location.

I recently bought my phone from this store and had a good experience. But, my phone soon stopped being synced with my car and I could not figure out how to make it work. I went back for help and encountered a new manager who was not only unhelpful but rude and arrogant. And, they were not busy. One would think that they would want their customers to be happy with the products they buy, especially ones supposedly still under warranty, but apparently they are only polite and helpful when trying to make a sale.
I always have the best customer service ever at this site. It does not matter who may have started helping me, the reps are such great team players that sometimes several reps may help me at the same time, e.g. one is downloading my stuff while another is checking my daughters account for me. AWESOME. This includes the manager who was kind enough to apply for my rebates which would have taken me twice as long to complete. This team at this facility is the greatest!

For the most part the midtown Verizon store has handled my cellular needs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
So much trouble getting upgraded. Suppose to be easy, so far I have spent a total of 18 hour between customer service, calling the store, talking to apple rep, rebate department, 5 Verizon customer service have to tell the situation over and over again. Manager at the store, leaving a message but the store not getting back to me. It seems like there are so many miss communication. My whole experience is a nightmare.

They charge you for their service for Verizon and call it their commission fee, and when you call and requests to talk with manager, they dont give a damn to response or call you back!They are not honest enough even to tell you that its their policy in advance and be transparent about it!!Try to stay away from them!!!

Manager misrepresented a device (Humm) to be installed on my vehicle. I was told there was some type of program for this device and there would be NO cost. Two months later I receive a bill with a one time charge of $40 along with an additional monthly charge of $10 added to my monthly statement. Immediately went back to store & asked for manager. Was told he would be call me first thing the following morning.Morning came & went .......with NO call. My advice ...... STAY AWAY from this particular Verizon independent retailer (Victra) . Do your business with a Company store.
