Advertise $59. Magically the doc RECOMMENDS you need UV and other special options. Turns out All these options EVERYONE needs. Ended up with one pair NO special add ons for $150 00. FALSE representation of product. And I imagine most of these reviews are from employees. Very unsatisfied.

Great service, all the staff are very friendly and informative and answered all my questions. (So glad I didnt have to get my eyes dilated too worst part of eye exams usually.) Great prices, I had needed new glasses for the last 3 years and stalled at getting any because they are usually so expensive and appointments take so long usually and Cody had me checked in very fast and the appointment went great. Jennifer was very friendly and got me my glasses within about 15-20 minutes after my appointment. Big shout out to Deborah for telling me about them and saving me a couple hundred from the other price quote I got elsewhere, definitely gonna go back for a back up pair and different styles to switch them out periodically.

This place honestly sucks, the people that work there are nice but the Stanton optical in general sucks. The first time I came here they said they over booked and didn’t give me no warning that my daughter was unable to be seen then after rescheduling we were able to seen but after over 3 weeks they give me no update on when my glasses were going to be ready only refer me to the website that keeps changing my ready date. I just wish Stanton itself would be considerate to the people who work non stop and make appointments on there only days off

This clinic is very clean and the staff, management and security here are very helpful and polite! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs optical care! And one more thing before I forget the staff here at Stanton are very on time and there is hardly any waiting to be servist!!!

Friendly and clean. My pre exam technician was wonderful. She made it easy and very comfortable. I wasn’t crazy the eye doctor was on a monitor. My glasses came out perfect. Perfect prescription for both reading and for distance!

On 04/30 I got a text to pick up my glasses that suppose to be shipped to me in another state. Here it is 05/06 and I get another text to pick up my glasses. Cant seem to resolve this problem with this store.

Went there thursday did the 2 eye glasses +xam for 60walked out about hr later with both glassesduno any eye doctor that has not made me wait 2 weeks for my glasses plus the price was greatbit weird with xam though as it was remote with some on on skype call or somthing along that line plus lense on the viewing thing kept fogging up due to mask

I live in the Bay Area but came to this location because my brother, Michael works here. I’m glad I did because I had a great experience. Michael, Jennifer and Sashi were very nice, helpful and professional. Also, Stanton Optical has a big selection and very affordable. I definitely recommend.

This is a really good place to get eyeglasses and contact lenses. They have a lot of good deals and it doesnt take very long to get your glasses &/or contacts back either!

They require you to wear a mask against cdc and california latest guidlines.They know better than cdc and who.Or there os an incentive for being a part of mask wesring cult in the left.

First time customer here! It was so easy to schedule for an appointment over the phone. The staff were so nice and friendly. Their service was unbelievably quick and I was already looking for glasses 10 mins after my appointment started! One of their staff, Justin, gave me an amazing deal! He was very informative and had excellent customer service skills. I walked out of that store really happy with my purchase.

Stanton optical was great! They practically gave me back my eyesight in no time flat.

I came here months ago and I did not like the service that I was given. I waited 4 weeks for my glasses, only to find out that they never even started on it. I ended up getting a refund, but still had to pay for my eye exam, which was understandable. But the prescriptions that I paid for were not accurate. I tried ordering new glasses with the prescription that I was given, but they were not right for my eyes. It would be nice if they had an actual doctor there instead of just doing virtual eye exams.

Making an appointment was super easy, staff was great. Michael checked me out and was very informative. I had quite a few questions about the change in my prescription, but never felt a sense of frustration from him. Great experience over all!

Justin was such a great help. Amazing service and they werent so busy I felt rushed. On the corner next to Starbucks. Location a little difficult to get to headed west bound florin. Have to make a u turn and double back. Other than that great location friendly staff

I’m so use to going to my same ol medical eye doctor but decided to try something different and thank GOD I DID!!! Justin & Jennifer were amazing!! Jennifer checked me in and instantly made me feel like we knew eachother for years, and Justin literally almost gave me the glasses off his face for my own personal frames. She even bought her own face shield to wear, to protect herself/customers/her family (though Im wondering if thats the kind of PPE Stanton should be providing their employees?).If Sashi is working, Id be sure to go again for my glasses and contacts needs.

Okay so I love the staff here... Justin is the one that i am most thankful for. He went above and beyond to help me! Not only did he help figure out why my eyes werent adjusting to my new prescription but he had called around to get advice on something he was already sure about. Super professional and helpful. They walked my glasses over to the Starbucks i work at because i couldnt see... love them!

Im going to update to 3 stars. This place can really use some help with organization, maybe finishing one task before jumping to another? Im almost certain my glasses given to me were display glasses and then my remake was prescription. I dont think it was intentional- just not being organized. But in the end I got glasses that made my vision better so I am happy with that at least. I may give them a second chance later on when they are more organized and less unexperienced.

Let me tell you very disorganized office. Machine dont eork. People dont finish task before starting another. Had to ask if there was even a optometrists that worked there. Finally left when they could not get thier stuff together. Never again. First and last time.

I went there on time for a scheduled eye exam and no one was there, they said the they mistakenly scheduled my appointment. I had to go there again next day and ordered glasses, which weren’t ready in a month. The management is really bad.
