They are prejudiced/biased at this Shell: I needed to use the atm but was told they were currently closed (doors locked). I drove off but noticed the Shell employee allowed 2 caucasian women inside the store and apparently locked the doors again. They also charge you extra for gas per gallon if youre not getting a car wash. No incentive more like extortion.

I cant give my business to this store any more. Every time I walk in there I watch them scowl at anyone black who walks in the store. Its so incredibly offensive. I dont care if I have to go out of the way, theyre not getting any more money from me.

They say open 24hrs, yet I go there every morning and have to wait atleast 30mins for guy to come from back. Most of my co workers stopped going there because the same reason. Come on people! Thats how much you appreciate our business?Just contacted customer service. This is rediculous.

No coffee at 6:30 am. Hot cup would have been nice on a rainy day. Cashier was busy with their phone and never even said hello. Obvious laziness going on here on part of employees.

Driving home to SF we stopped to clean out the car and get snacks for the drive home. As we were cleaning the car a group of 6 younger men and an older man began verbally exchanging threats and one of the younger threw his large beer container at the other party, called him a methhead while glass shattered across the parking lot. They discourses as we decided to do as well. I love Sacramento, but poor Arden has to deal with less than behavior while good people live in the area. Im not saying to not stop at the station, but as anywhere, including SF, be ready for anything at any time as it is a nasty world.

I rare 5 stars because employees here are friendly and super helpful kind people. But the kind of people from light rail and the surrounding area that come here as customers are awful... watch you back and watch your stuff..vehicles etc.

Had to wake cashier up by tapping on window with keys and when he was done with us he crawled back on the counter and went back to ssleep

The gentlemen working the cash registers are very polite, very professional. They can move a long line in a short amount of time without sacraficing good manners. They also do not overcharge for anything. I know that if I buy something here, I will pay the marked price and any applicable taxes. But I wont be changed for things I didnt buy or be charged twice for the same item. As other stores do on occasion. I make it a point to stop in and pick up items I like when Im in the area. You want to trust your merchant and this little gas station is honorable in my experience.

This store the worst people serving, I asked them to let me use the air. It took the air out of my tire instead of putting air in it!! Went inside to ask for help they refused to help me and said we don’t care if your tire is out of air!!!!! They are careless!!!!

My friend almost got assaulted today at this station before work. The guy exposed himself to her & tried to touch her. This happened before 10:00am inside the store. Luckily a guy jumped in & pushed him away. My friend ran to her car & was pretty shaken. Please watch your surroundings. This perv is out there.

It was placed nicely, near Arden Mall and Double Tree by Hilton. Clean Bathroom, perfect pitstop.

Guy tried to double charge me for an item while I looked away. Made a beep sound and saw his hand hovering under the scanner gun with the item. Pretended that he did nothing at all. Never returning.

The manager was screaming for 5 minutes to someone on the phone instead of helping the 10 people in line. Ill go out of my way to avoid this place.

We purchased drinks yesterday 1/19/2018 15:08:10 and the receipt has a lotto ticket charged for 1.00 that we did not purchased or received, be careful this cashier has integrity issues I will be reporting this action as fraud please check your receipts!

Gas station states that they cannot do Fuel Rewards discount when inside, though you can access the discount directly through the pump. Disliked the dishonesty to get a few pennies more per gallon.

Okay - the store inside is okay as for selection, but often this area has a lot of teenagers hanging around it and theyre often provocative.

They also have a guy that fixes windshields

Bought a car wash and realized it was going to rain later and was unable to get a refund

Tha cash register guys were rude with customers, the car wash is fraud 8 dollars same like 10 dollars no foam only water .
