I can’t say enough positive about Mike (Basem) and his company, St. Mary’s Garage Door Services. Prior to calling, I knew my garage door needed some work and potentially needed to be replaced (almost 30 years old). Mike was able to come out on the same day and assess that I needed some hinges and springs replaced. I could have gotten more time out of the motor but I elected to replace that as well, given its many years of service. Mike completed the entirety of the work all in the same evening, doing so for a fair and reasonable quoted price. He was also very professional and personable, taking the time to answer my questions, explain important details, etc. I definitely would recommend St. Mary’s Garage Door Services to anybody looking to have their garage door either repaired or replaced.

The springs to my garage door broke, snapped in two, and I was not able to open the door. I called Basem on Saturday at 2pm, and he was at my house by 2:20pm....thats fast!!! He took his portable scale and weighed my garage door and determined that the springs I purchased from the last company who serviced my garage were undersized for the weight of my garage door. I had him replace (2) springs for the door that broke, and had him (also) do the other door as well, just so I would not have the same problem in the future. He completed the entire job, 2 garage doors, in under and hour. Cleaned and lubed the mechanical parts, and both garage doors run and work smoothly. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and workmanship. Basem is very friendly and shows he cares about his work. I highly recommend St. Marys Garage Service and Basem, and will use him again in the future.

My brother recommended Basem to us for an emergency garage door issue during a storm and Basem was wonderful. When garage door fails and cars stuck inside our family is hurting. I called Saint Mary Service and within an hour Basem came over and gave me a very fair price, showed me exactly what he would replace and got to work. Two hours later he got the work done and everything not only works, he made sure all settings and parts were properly adjusted so it was less stress on the motor. First time my door has worked properly in over 31 years since our house was built. He used scale to weigh door to determine proper springs. The last tech had installed the wrong spring and the door was very hard to open. After his work almost anyone could open the door. I do not even here it inside the house. Support this one man operation. He fixed problems with the original installation of the door.

Let me begin by stating that this is the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced. About a year ago, I love tapped my moms garage door when parking. After months of repeated opening and closing, the garage door finally failed on us; one of the four sections of the door folded in on itself. My mother needed it fixed ASAP.So, I gave the trusty ol Google a search and VWALA! I found Basem! I called him immediately and he instantly told me that hed be there in FORTY FIVE MINUTES! On a FRIDAY EVENING! He examined the wreck I created, honestly told me he couldnt fix it, and gave me a quote for a new garage door.I was moving that weekend and needed the broken door to be lifted so I could take all of my belongings out of the garage. Basem didnt even have to do this, but he raised the garage for me and secured it until he could come back to fix it. What a hardworking man with such a monumental heart.Im almost positive that if this wasnt on a weekend, he couldve replaced the door the very next day if he could. Came home and garage door wouldn’t open but a few feet, came inside and found the spring had broken and nothing I could do to fix it.
