So I got 2 necklaces and I wanted the letters pink but you couldnt even tell there was any color. But I wasnt even worried. The engraving itself was great.. So I just think if youre going to get some thing engraved, just get it plain-no color and itll be perfect.I also bought a blanket that I had stitched on my daughters name. And it was adorable but if you looked closely at the stiches, it looked a bit messy. But its nothing too bad.Overall very happy with the service! And they are quick with all orders. So pretty satisfied.

I have worked in customer service for 8 years.Whoever answered the phone @ 3:20pm 6/30/2018 may have been too tired to deal with a customer but I should not be feeling that over the phone. I preferred to order online yet would not let me so i called, apparently I asked too many questions or was not quick enough for her because I could hear the sighs and eye rolling. Her attitude straight put me out of the mood to spend easy money here - I knew the product, was ready with my card. I got even more attitude when I countered the up charge from website to store, then she threw out there it would not be colored and rudely started listing things I didnt ask for because she wanted to rush the customer. Called to ask to a manager and was told they were on lunch. Disappointing, work on it
