It may sound crazy but good service and quality product will ALWAYS win...no matter what size you are. These people are destined to be GIANTS!!!! And theyve really only just begun.

Went grocery shopping here and Spent over $200.00 and Im super disappointed with their customer service.I had bought multiple glass and cans goods.I noticed that the lady at the register was bagging all my items into one thin little bag. I asked her kindly if she could please double bag my items. she started to argue with me on why I cant hold and support the bottom. I told her its about to break and its not even supporting my items. She then gave me a ugly look and kept talking over me.This place is ridiculous, this has happened multiple times but I never said anything about it and never wanted to be that one person,, But today was way out of hand.

I have been looking for pork bun steamers made with bamboo. My family loves the pork or beef buns and the hot spicy soups. I didnt want to buy on line, so I was driving by this store and did a u turn because I felt they had what I was looking for and the prices were very reasonable. Service was great and we will go back to this store again. Keep up the good work.

Always find what I need.Im not at all sure why Google doesnt have this store classified as an Asian grocery store (which keeps it off search results) when the name on the big sign is spelled out in Mandarin and most groceries come from various Asian countries.

Terrible customers service very poor. Long line at checkout. Terrible design register. Dirty dusty shelves and floor. Bathroom dirty has bacteria no one bleaches it. Wet floors. 18.99 price for sun Lee 2021 24ct case drink for history. I believe 5.99 lbs for dragonfruit. Terrible service no price match 99 ranch market or other Asian store on Stockton Blvd. Rude FBI should get fired for not raiding a terrible place with terrible people. Some employees couldnt even speak english!! No crabs, no turtle meat. 1.99 for 8oz mushroom bullion seasoning. Logo so identical to sf and 99 ranch market just stealing logo. Parking lot no shade.

This is one of the worst supermarket I ever shopped. The customer service is absolutely terrible and rude😡😡😡🤬🤬! The seafood department has no one employee to provide any services. Waited over 10 minutes and no one shows up. I have to seek out other employees to help but none offered to help🤬🤬! The meat department has 5 employees but everyone of them ignored you and when asked for services, they gave you the dirty looks like you brother them🤬🤬😡😡.

Very bad customer service I was at the meat department and wait for Ten minutes the guys and lady saw me but just walk away like there no customer there and when they see the other customers they help them..this store for me it easy for me to find stuff but customer service is very bad plus even the own the lady she was rude when u ask her for some stuff that they dont have she answered with a rude way and her cashier in the morning is very rude too like rushing even customer or talk very bad way....

Descent size Supermarket when compared to other on the same street. Small selection of fruits and vegetables. Variety of meat, poultry and seafood. Parking spaces is 50% empty at time plus it is not as crowded.

Small Asian market, but excellent produce! The meat counter is small, but they will do just about anything you ask! They have a hot food market right next door that serves a great papaya salad!

Small store but has alot of Asian supplies from spices,rice, meats, veggies,drinks,household items etc. It has its own Chinese food takeout as well. Lines move quickly and they always have extras cashiers on hand when they get busy. I always have a place to park despite about 25 car lot parking even when busy.Also they are open til 11pm which is great for that last minute item if you are preparing something overnight.

Small Grocery store for the asian community. Ok place to beat the crowd at check out.

I started to go here regularly for groceries. The selection is not as plenty as shun fat supermarket but definitely as good. The line at the cashier is shorter and speedier which is one of the reasons why I like this place. Good for quick in and out to get a few missing ingredients for your home made Pho or whatever.

When in need of buying asian foods, vegetables, spices etc, this is your place. Produce very fresh & well maintained. 1st time i went i couldnt find someone who spoke english but now i know exactly who to go to. Wide variety of asian products.

Its close to home. Love how they open late!! Love my roast duck from here. When they bearly open, i came looking for something in particular and they didnt have it, they told me to bring a sample so they can order it. I go here so much i think they reconize me lol.

Been holding my tongue on this review in hopes that each visit would be different from the last.1. Its your typical asian run business; customer service is not priority. Stayed in line and cashier did not acknowledge that I was first in line and rung up the person who cut in front of me. (RUDE)2. Other times include employees walking directly at you and bumping into you before saying oh sorry, excuse me (again RUDE!)3. Went in early in the morning right when they open. You would think that most business set a time to open that their cashiers would be ready for shoppers; Boy was I wrong. You can see each employees mining their own business not realizing theres a line of shoppers ready to checkout. (Yes, no cashiers available. Ridiculous)The list can go on and on and on and on ... you get the point. I give it a negative 5 star if I could.

If you live in Elk Grove and dont want to drive all the way into Little Saigon, this is the place to go. They might not be as big as the other supermarkets, but they have a decent selection for a quick stop.

The taller lady that chops the meat on the hot food section is very rude and unprofessional. They need to fire her. We were in line first but she refused to help us and instead help her people. Never going back there ever again. They need to hire those with good customer service and not them old grouchy lady. Worst experience ever.

June 11 2018 My mom gave cancer and her bone can break easily. She went to that supermarket slip and fall. No employee help her up but just stand there and laugh at her. I found out a week later because she didnt know what to do.

Deceivingly small but not, this neighborhood market actually had air vacuumed frozen jackfruit for $1.49. Yeah! That was a nice unexpected deal. You can find the giant fresh jackfruit globes that are now in season in their produce section.

Compact and well organized Asian super market with a bbq/hot food to go attached to it. We bought beef(sliced to order) and fresh veggies for pho.

This grocery store has all your asian staples but without the crazy crowds of neighboring larger grocery chains.Its equipped with a hot foods section, fresh meat and seafood along with fresh produce. Prices are great also! On par with the cheapest asian stores or even cheaper. Its a great grocery store

Anela Her, is correct about the rude tall asain woman employee. She became upset with me because I could not speak the asain language while taking my meat order. I only speak english. During the order she abruptly stopped helping me and walked off after weighing a couple pieces of meat, she then put them back, walked back and continued doing what she was doing with an angry face and never returned to help.

I like their ground beef. It is low fat.

It is a hit and miss with this place with customer service and products.

The food they sell is all the sane as you can get in China. Although there hamburger cost less then anywhere I have seen, they dont sell buns or any of the usual kinds of bread seenaround the U.S. Eggs are a cheapprice . Other then a few of therevegetables and most of theremeats, my self and most Americans are unfamiliar with the grocery types and products they sell. The languagethey use was a barrier for me. Thename says all. It is The Chinese Market.
