We have had a hard time finding a provider under my moms insurance that would do the testing AND provide a hearing aid. We were so happy to find Gold Country Hearing. Quick and easy. I needed wax guards, ordered and paid for them on the phone, called when I arrived and they brought them to the car.

Office staff are efficient and always pleasant. Charles Sanders, AuD is nothing short of a wizard. He saw me after my previous audiologist retired. I had not been wearing my hearing aids because they were not adjusted well and left me frustrated. Charley listened carefully to my needs and was able to give me the hearing tools I had been missing.
