Jackie is great and saved me money right fit right size

I do not recommend this PS. My Dad rented a space here and it was robbed within the first month of storage rental.This place is not monitored and obviously is easy to break in. I went to visit during business hours and there was no one in the office to speak with. When we went to pick up what was left after it had been robbed there were crickets running around on the floor of his storage unit. I have rented at many storage places over the years, worst one I have encountered, filthy and I could have hopped the fence myself.

I come in and pay at this property for my dad Jackie is great and I will leave her a review every time I come in. She needs a 10+ star.

Have had great service at this location. I have switched sizes of units and the manager, Jackie, helped me. She is friendly, smart, and professional. She is out sweeping and checking the property and helping customers a lot. The huge number of outside access units on this all one story property are amazing. Yes...I recommend this location!

I have to say that I had the most wonderful young woman help me out today. I almost never go to my storage unit because it it difficult for me to get around. Well thanks to Maggie I will be going more often. She explained the answers to my question in a way I could understand. What a pleasant young lady and very professional.

I have been using public storage every since 1977 off and on I was really impressed about the customer service they really nice and always willing to help. When I am in need of a storage place I see a lot of great offers but for some reason I am just stuck on public storage especially the one on Firenza in Sacramento because my fill my stuff is secure and its really appreciated how they do their job and take their job seriously I wouldnt store my belonging to my worldly goods anywhere else its a great place I recommend it to anyone that needs a storage

My sister will be renting storage space from here. She said the lady at the counter was very helpful & courteous. Clean place & affordable prices.

Suzanne is a pleasure to work with. Made the storage process easy and facility is nice. $1 for the first month and the admin fees which was about 28 + insurance + circular lock. Cheapest deal i could find for a short term solution. Definitely would recommend it in this area.

I really like this LIFE storage. Its clean but I dont like the dirt that gets blown under the door into my storage unit however it IS the most effectual way of getting job done. Today though, there was an angry man who was trying to access his unit (who I am going to assume) but couldnt get into it and was yelling on his cell inside the property. Then finally exiting the property, he continued to yell into his phone angrily walking to front office doors supposedly talking to a Life rep....finally left! I believe he was trying to access his unit and was locked out because of payment issues. Kinda scarey.

After renting a space with this location for over a year, twice they have increased the rates of my unit. Im paying $60 more than the online advertised price. Suzanne in the office is very friendly and helpful. She does what she can to help get the best rates but the ultimate decision is made by her regional manager. As hard as Suzanne works to attempt getting you the best deal her manager doesnt budge on raising prices.
