I am very happy with the storage facility and especially with the manager Sak. He has been very kind and looks out for me. Recently I left my key in my lock and Sak seen it and put it in safekeeping for me. Very thoughtful. I try to go to my storage when he is there. I like to pay my bill when he is on duty. I trust him. One of the best managers that Ive ever dealt with.

Kiera helped me today at the location on Wynda street in Sacramento. She was extremely helpful. I had many rough questions answered in a professional but friendly way.It was a pleasure to work with her.

Every person I speak with related to this company has been professional and extremely caring and thoughtful in every humanitarian way.I had a issue and this company went way beyond my expirations in order to make things good and work out for me.I strongly recommend this facility to take care yout personal things and take care of you as a person.

Kudos to the management. We had a great sign-in experience with an attentive property manager. He was very aware of all of the renters and is often on rounds on the property to ensure all is well. We picked this location because of convenience and competitive pricing.

Today October 17, 2020 my wife and I experienced the worst customer service from this storage. I have been my sisters Power of Attorney for her financial obligations due to her suffering from cancer. She succumbed to her illness. Before leaving back to San Diego we wanted to clean her storage and return her rental disability equipment back to the companyI showed the worker at the desk my legal paperwork of me being her Power of Attorney and also the paperwork that is in process for her death record.I did also showed him the mortuary documents, and all documents he requested.To add insult to injury and added more stress to me and our family.The worker at the desk denied entry Because we did not have the death certificate in our possession.ATTENTION: The William Warren Group please educate your workers on cases like this. We are mourning the loss of our sister and family member and to be treated in such a manner is Inappropriate and unsatisfactory

Site manager, Vilaysack Phavisith, was a pleasure to work with. I came in today looking for a storage unit that was going to fit all my household items and he was super helpful with explaining the different types of storages and sizes they had. He took the time to walk around the unit(while it was like 100 degrees) to open the doors of the different storages I wanted to see and helped me figure out which one was best for all the items I was going to store. He was very polite and helpful and made all the paperwork process super easy.

New ownership, the place is really cleaned up and is now professionally managed. I really like the new managers and Storquest.

This is a nice out of the way storage place. They keep it pretty clean.

Would not recommend to anyone unless desperate. Storage is located in a very ghetto area, there are homeless drug addicts who often wait outside storage area, patrolling up and down wyda.The Storage itself is very old and dingy looking. My storage was the size of a small closet and I got charged almost 100 a month for it. Definitely didnt get my moneys worth but I was desperate at the time.And last but not least, the customer service is awful. The lady that works there also lives there. Shes nice but very clearly overwhelmed by managing the property. So she enlists the help of her flamboyant best friend, who is very rude and acts like he doesnt want to be there.He threatened to call the police on me and my dad, and wouldnt listen to our questions we asked.Very hard to get in touch with them when calling, because they will blatantly ignore your calls. And the lady takes alot of breaks throughout the day. There have been numerous times Ive came by to make a payment and the lady was nowhere to found.Very unprofessional management, and very unpleasant experience I had there. Wouldnt recommend to anyone, except maybe a drug addict if he needed a Storage to sleep in for the night.
