I rented a truck on Wednesday Sept 22 2021. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Victor. He is very nice and outgoing. He treated us very nicely. I got there at appropriate time to get the truck no waiting no hassle. The place was very clean. I will definitely tell people I know whose moving to go to florin rd uhaul.

This place is a straight nightmare! I arrived when they opened and my trailer wiring was not done until 5pm. When I arrived they could not find my keys. The tech took my keys home! He showed up after an hour of waiting and they did not even offer a discount. It does not end there....they called me 15 minutes later to tell me they forgot to put my personal belongings back in the carWorst experience ever! Stay away from this place.

Victor & his crew are the best at trailer wiring in Sacramento! I had a time crunch and they really came through for me! Thank you!

Victor Gerson helped us with our UHAUL and his customer service was Excellent! Great customer service is hard to come by any more but Victor never made you feel that way. They were short staffed and having parts problems that day but his friendly attitude and attention to detail was 5 stars all the way through. I recommend this location over any other UHAULS.

Ive rented trucks here dozens of times with no issues. Great deals on storage too! The current General Manager Victor is turning things around for the better with his CUSTOMER FIRST approach and a very reassuring CAN DO attitude.Thanks Victor!!

WORST service ever!!! I would rate this place a NEGATIVE STAR if I could. Their incompetence cause me alot of headache and frustration during my move. I went there Monday to reserve a Uhaul van for Saturday. The employee who helped me looks like he wasnt taking his job seriously and was texting his phone the whole time he helped make my reservation. He made a mistake and put my reservation for Friday and he didnt add any reservation pickup location. So I wasnt able to get the Uhaul truck I reserve for on Saturday. I called them about the mistake and they refused to help do anything to resolve the problem they created and they keep telling to call their 1800 uhaul numbe. i call another uhaul place on 47th ave and stockton blvd and a nice gentlement was able to get me a last minute reservation for a smaller uhaul van. Please beware of their lack of customer service and Incompetent and double check your reservation carefully. I would not reserve uhaul from this place again!!!

Victor is THE MAN HE IS A LEGEND helped us out tremendously!!!! I do alot of storage auctions and he was by far the best manager Ive ever encountered by a landslide!!!!

Gennifer has the worst customer service ever!! She was just complaining that they were almost closed the whole time and giving lots of unnecessary attitude.

I recieved great customer service from Gennifer Wyatt, she was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options on my purchases. Very happy with the service.

The Staff was great, very helpful with wonderful personalities. Levi answered all my question over the phone. Fames tried. Just learning, still new. Micheal didnt have a clue what he was doing. But he got it together. Kept me laughing in the process. Isaiah, is doing a great job with these young men!! Keep up the good work!$

I should’ve read the reviews before renting from here. If it weren’t for the wonderful employees at this place then this would’ve been a one star rating.This place is way understaffed. I completed everything thru the mobile app and all I needed to do was pick up the keys. It took 10-15 min wait and there were about 4-6 people in line.I was fine with the wait time but what really made this experience horrible was that the uhaul ran out of gas and died on me as soon as I was about to exit onto the Main Street. What was supposed to be a 15-30 min check in turned out to be 1 hr.

Dont go to this uhaul the service is horrible. The man that I spoke to there was in the bathroom for abt 30 mins he had a lone of ppl and while the girl that worked in storage didnt know how to assist anyone we had to wait and when he finally came out upset and with an attitude he treated me like a bother because I didnt have a reservation and then told me he had nothing and couldnt help me i asked him if he could look up a different locations trucks and he said that there was nothing without even bothering to check I went to another uhaul location an the lady in less then a min told me where I could get the truck size I needed and at what location i went and got a rental in 10 mins.

Went in practiced the safe distance . Got exactly what I needed including some instructions. Bought a tow hitch went home had it installed in about 30 minutes. Thank you to the guys over at Uhaul on Florin road in Sacramento.

My friend rented a truck from them, I was the driver. After waiting forever to get the keys, one employee put a small gas can of gas in the tank. We left the yard and had barely 1/4 tank of gas, so we went to AM/PM down the street. As we were puting gas in the tank, we noticed the gas was pouring out of the bottom of the truck, $13.00 wasted. Called them and were told to call roadside assistance, who told us someone would be there in 2 1/2 hours. We took our chances and drove back to the yard, luckily they had 1 truck left, it was reserved, but they let us have it anyway. The second truck had a gas gauge that was stuck on 1/4 tank. We drove to Lodi and on our way back we put gas in the tank again, the gas guage never moved. We rushed back to Sac and emptied the truck to get it back by 7pm. We got stuck at the light next to the yard and arrived at 7:01 and they would NOT tend to us. So, we locked the truck and left it there and took the keys with us. My friend went the next morning as soon as they opened and the wanted to try to charge her for a second day and didnt want to reimburse her for the $13.00 in gas that poured on the ground in the 1st truck, even though we were told that they would. She had to fight with corporate and the store to avoid the 2nd day charge, the late fee for not getting the truck back by 7pm, and to get the $13.00 credited. This place has a major lack of communication and could use some customer service training. One of the employees told us that they have a problem with people stealing their gas and damaging their trucks and that corporate refuses to allow them to get cameras. This is not our problem and should not be treated as the customer is at fault, nor should the customer be inconvenienced due to the issue. Anyone renting from this place should be prepared for a huge hassle and long wait.

This place is great and customer service comes first. Lots of trucks and trailers no real wait. The only weird thing about this place was you can not make a u-turn at light so had to go into abandoned parking lot to right. Great clean building and bathrooms for customers.

Staff was friendly and hilarious. They were busy but not rude like people usually are when busy. Great place! Awesome workers, loved their personalities.

I give the place ZERO Stars. They permitted my storage unit to be accessed, rifled through, and then someone else lock put on it. I did not receive a call about my unit until 8/13/17. In their notes, someone made mention of wrong lock, wrong lock for months in my records, but no one contacted me until this last weekend. Like normal, the company, and location, are not accepting responsibility for what happened. I have been paying for years and little issues, but now.... So, items are missing, and someone put their trash in my locker, locked it with their own lock. The lock I had on it is gone, and a new lock where there. The place put another lock on it, the correct one. My locker had 2 locks, but I did not not have a key to anyone of them. It has been that way for months, and no one contacted me until just recently! This is GARBAGE! Im getting screwed, and nothing will happen to them. I doubt theyll pay via insurance claim. Thanks for NOTHING!@!!!!

And here and refilled a tank of propane. It was quick and easy. The guy refilling the tank was very friendly and provided great service.

No customers at all, yet it took 45 minutes to get services on propane refill. They do not prioritize customers.

No good services from 4pm to 6pm. Propane refill too complicated that they need to take picture of your tanks dates to be able to refill and staff that are certified dont see to do great job at all. Got me waited for 1 hour for service and another 30 to 40 minutes just to refill my propane. Not recommended.

Customer Service is everything.. Everytime I come here they have one person working at the counter. They dont greet you and for it to only be 2 people in line they have no since of urgency. So sad and very disappointing. Please get it together. Hire someone who knows how to multitask!

Service is okay. The staff is nice. Ive got double charged for my truck. I asked for pads that I didnt get and the gas tank was lower than 3/4 of a tank than what they had me sign off on. When ever you call the location, I have called 5 times... it always rolls over to call center. Dont book here because they are shady! Run...

I would highly recommend not to use this storage facility. Ive been meaning to give this review for the longest. Long story short, had my whole house in their storage because I was waiting to move in my new home, when I was ready to take my things out, ROACHES were scattering out of my boxes everywhere! I was beyond angry! I lost EVERYTHING! My $3,000 sectional couch? Gone! My family photos, washer, dryer etc infested and ruin. And these sorry sobs didnt care nor did they want to compensate me for my loss and had the nerve to continue billing me because I wouldnt take my now roach infested belongings to my new home. If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. If you dont want roaches count this place out! heed my warning..

Dont show up on a Saturday morning, even if you do have a reservation. Stood in line for way too long, but the dude who hitched us up was competent and amicable, even though it was a hundred degrees in the shade at 9:30 AM

Worst place ever. Do not rent there. Its a waste of time and money. I have had a storage unit there for a few months and every time I have to deal with anyone there its pointless. Nothing gets resolved like the fact they billed me for use of a dumpster that was never used and then continued to bill me every month after for the same dumpster. The facility is ghetto and dirty. The security gate is broken. Now that my things are out of the place (thank God) I cant even get in touch with anyone at the facility to let them know I am out. I went in to notify them of my vacancy and I waited for 45 minutes to be helped, so of course I left. Im so happy I wont have to deal with them anymore!!!

Now I understand all the reviews I totally agree I will put a cereal before that if they will be a zero thats exactly what I was qualified this place as 0

I made and paid for a hitch installation appointment two weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes early and stood in an empty store waiting for any employee to come in to help me. Finally someone came in, and told me the hitch installer is on his lunch break and Ill have to come back in 45 minutes. They offered nothing in the way of a rebate to compensate me. Do not waste your time here. Update: As I stand here waiting for the installer to come back, Im listening to the employees trying to figure out how to make a truck reservation estimate. Their suggestion to the customer is to go buy a car.

0 stars! I called to reserve a truck for noon. They tried to get me to rent a bigger truck or cargo van that I didnt need. The soonest available time was 315 pm, so I agreed . She confirmed the location and made sure I knew where it was located. One mile away. Then at 2pm another location called to confirm my reservation, 10 miles away. Not ok if youre paying for mileage. Customer service was rude, I still dont have a truck.

I will never rent from Uhaul again after my experience with this locationI returned the truck 15 minutes late. Although, prior to turning it over I asked if I would be charged an additional day because I would have liked to keep it if that was the case. The employee lied and said no and then charged my card for an additional day. After realizing I was charged I called and asked if I could pick the truck back up. I was yelled at by the store employee and told I would have to pay for additional use. The store manager provided the same tone and level of response.Thanks uhaul for nickeling and diming me!

I arrived at this Uhaul location first thing in the morning 12/24/18. I had had a disasterous trip down from my original rental in Crescent City. I was hoping they could do something to help me. That hitch/chains were draggi g. Izaih and Levi not only fixed the problem but saved my whole move! They did. So with such amazing customer service I cant say enough!!! I reccomend these two with everythinv that I can!!! Thank you for saving the day...you two are my knights in shining armour and I will never forget you!!!

Had a good experience overall, other than booking movers but that isnt the specific locations fault. On your phone check in is pretty awesome.

I thought the customer service was great. I had an issue with the truck and the staff handled it quickly and without any hassle.

This is the worst uhaul location ever!!! Do not pick up here! The line is out the door with only one person at the counter! Everyone is taking their sweet time and they havent asked anyone to come to the counter to help!

I rented a u-haul that had a hole in the roof. When I returned the u-haul the person who checked the u-haul asked me if I purchased insurance and I advised I did and thought that was a strange thing to ask. She had a conversation with the lady at the front desk and they were talking about the hole in the roof. She advised that the person who rented it before me had damaged the truck and that the gentleman that checked the truck out after the truck was returned had not notated it. Four weeks later in todays mail I receive something from U-hauls insurance company blaming me for an accident I was not involved in. Now Im calling the store and corporate trying to get this resolved and getting the run around, I was told to contact theinsurance company, but why would I contact them if its your mistake. They are fraudulently trying to collect money from me for an accident another customer had. My advise is to document EVERYTHING you cant trust nobody.

The customer service needs some work. If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. The ladies that work there need to attend a customer service class. My experience there this morning was awful and very dismissive especially from Ayrka Girard. No one should have to feel like they did something wrong when a questioned is asked and you are following directions. Then to be told thatReturned vehicle and going else where to rent a truck. I am glad we have options and don’t have to settle for the unprofessional behavior and lack of attention to detail! A kind word and a smile goes a long way especially in situations when communication is not clear!

Be prepared for long waits if you come on the weekend. Employees are hit and miss, some give great service and a couple there act like depressed zombies.

Gave me a van with a cut fuel line. I happen to run into the clerk that rented it to me at the gas station and all he said is that we are closed and to call roadside assistance. They dont care about customer service at this location.

If I could give zero Stars I would I came to a storage auction here and they had over 10 storages and it looks like the employees went inside and took out all the good stuff you seen feet print inside the storage when they lift the door

One person working on the counter. Big line. Took more than hour in line to pickup the truck I reserved the night before. Very slow service.

I left one star because there is no way to leave zero star. Worst place! I asked to instal wiring for my hitch. The guy made a mess on my Rav4, cutting parts under the car and more holes un-necessary and taking longer than was schedule to be done. Terrible job done. I have to fix my self all the mess.
