The facility appears well maintained. Nice large adjacent parking area in case of line at entrance. Dont have to wait out on street blocking traffic. Anita was very pleasant and thorough. She made sure to explain the process, the fees and all the paperwork. No unexpected surprises. Anita made it a very easy experience.

Its a storage company. As long as your stuff doesnt get stolen or burn, theyre doing their job.

Great storage place if you need 24 hours access with electricity. Not all units have the access but there are quite a few. They are kind of high with pricing but you would be hard pressed to get a storage with these amenities!

Good prices some complaine about having to get out for gate code. Outside gate access some units. For businesses 👌

I have been with Sentry storage for many years! I can tell you I have never felt confident with any other storage facilities. It seems like the others have a direct contract with the tv show Storage wars. These other facilities seem to charge more money and find as many ways as possible to get your unit from you.Sentry storage is the opposite.i have been late on occasion and they worked with me rather than became predatory.I broke my key in the lock a few months ago. When I informed the desk they told me to not worry. They will cut it and I can replace it, and they could hold of the charge till next billing cycle. I was so impressed by their professionalism that I am getting a third unit this month from them even though I live directly across the street from the antelope storage facility!I am one to appreciate award winning customer service!!!!I love it here and will continue to use them grime years to come!!!!!!THANKS SENTRY STORAGE!

Great place to store your stuff!!! decent rates. the facility is convenient, clean and has 24/7 video surveillance for added security. Clean & good prices

This is a top notch storage facility. I rent a storage unit here for my business and spaces in the back to park my business vehicles. Between the fully gated facility and the video surveillance I always feel like my stuff is safe here. The managers are always on site and work hard to make sure its a safe environment for their customers. They dont allow any loitering or any riff raff hanging out in front of or in the alley next to the facility. That is important to me. They always have move in specials and storage units of all sizes. I recommend them to all my customers that are looking for storage.

Great price for a 10x20. All other storage places charged over $200. Easy access into the gates the only small issue is that the keypad inside the gate is on the opposite side of the driver window so you have to get out and put in your code to get out the gates other than that great place

Clean and Well Secured Storage. Not an issue regarding a previous post here on Google maps. Staff is Professional and Courteous and On the Ball regarding the Entry/Exit Gate Traffic.

My experience with Sentry is that those guys will accommodate you if its in there power, if they can let me tell you, they will. Very nice, considerate, helpful. Chesp too.

The owner or general manager is great, but the half bald middle aged jerk in the glasses needs a reality check. I went in to ask him how much the late fee would be if I paid late since I was having car trouble and had to pay for that first. He rudly cut me off mid question, then I quietly asked him not to cut me off because I was having a bad day, and he started screaming at my daughter and I to get out before he called the cops. Mind you, I spent the day with my mother who is dying on what will be her last birthday. I do not have the slightest amount of respect for dirt bags like him! Other than that, great owner.

Lets just say I am really annoyed!! So I call today so I can the office my new bank card information as my card was updated. I was told I could not take care of this over the phone that I had to come in and fill out a new authorization form so they can verify who I am my drivers license signature matches my bank card and the name is all the same.... been with this facility for 8 years and I have NEVER had to come in to re=do the paper work on this before just called and did it over the phone. Will start looking for another place as this storage unit is sort of out of my way and I really do not go there very often maybe once a year to get Christmas stuff out.

Ive had a unit here for several years and never had any issues. Office staff is always nice and remember who I am which makes anyone feel good.

I have been a customer with Sentry Storage coming up on 4 years now. The facilities are always clean. The staff always polite and helpful.Yesterday I spent the day at the storage unit as I transfered to a different size unit. I had hired some one to help me move my belongings.He did a really good job at first. then with two of the heaviest pieces of furniture and several other things left he decided that he had to get his kids ready for school the next day. I had even bought them lunch.He left me high and dry.It was Sherri and Garys (the managers) who were very helpful in getting my issues of what to do with the rest of my belongings. If it were not for them I dont know what I would have done. To top it off it was their day off and had just come home for the day.The kicker to the experience, the guy I hired said he would do it for free and I knew it was a lot of work and said I would pay him. Then when I paid him very well he wanted more.Thank you Sherri and Gary for working with me. I had high recommendations for you in the past for a great job This time you went above and beyond what you were required to do.Thank youDianne Gilbertson

Its nice to know my stuff will be fine, great place to store if live in this part area.

They let homeless live in the pods and mine was broken into multiple times. cameras are good for nothing. no help. waste of money and time. never trust this place. its as if all of these other reviews are fake and set up because none of them are true and I used them for like 2 years. the people behind the counter were nice but thats as far as it goes.

Weve been using Sentry Storage for about 10 years, now and have had no problems. Now that I can pay online Im even happier :^))

Quick n easy to get a storage unit. The only downfall is their closed at 5pm and you cant get into your unit after that.
