Shouldnt even give them a star. A counterfeit bill was given as change and questioned by my niece on non-authentic look but cashier assured it was good. Later tried to use that same questioned money and turns out it WAS counterfeit change given to her from AIM Mail Center. Manager said there was nothing to investigate ! Someone is passing counterfeit, maybe you should care!! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE

Great personalized service from a neighborhood mail store. All you could ask for. Mail boxes, 24 hour access, shipping, receiving, office supplies, printing, copying, shredding, boxes, packing supplies, and more. Dan and Susan will take care of you and provide you excellent customer service with fair and reasonable prices. If you live in the local area you should check them out. They are the best. IMHO.

Ive been a mailbox customer for two years. Susan and Dan have always made me feel as if Im their only client. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my package at this facility and next day I tracked my package it’s says label created but not in system. Upon arrival on next day I try to investigate but their response and behavior was not professional and there is original documents in package for immigration purposes and those are very important to me.I m still in touch with them but no positive response. At the end result is when they lost your package then they started to blame on 3rd party. Never try to sort out what happen with package. I want my package back. Not money

I mailed 4 letter packages on Jan.2, 2016, all with tracking numbers. Three made it to the post office, one did not. It is nowhere, and cannot be tracked. I called the mail center and spoke to Dan. For three consecutive says, he told me that he will call me back to provide me an update- which he never did- I am having to call him always- just show that this mail center does not really care about our packages. I lost my package and some valuable merchandise, paid for a service which I never got, and no one from the store cares to call me to offer an explanation. I am going to report this company to the business bureau. Needless to say, this situation continue to upset me. And it upsets me to think that I will have to call them again- which exposes me to another very uncomfortable and stressful situation.

OUTSTANDING!!!I have been working with Dan & Susan at AIM Mail Centers Natomas for as many years as they have been open in Natomas which I believe to be 8 or more. I have ALWAYS RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. My packages are always trackable and always arrive on time as scheduled. I have been in the store when there are a number of people and each person receives equal (excellent) care and attention. They know my name and warmly welcome me every time I visit their store.I have family in many states and I always know that whether its Christmas time or a slow time of the year, my packages will be handled carefully and responsibly as long as they are in the care and custory of Dan & Susan. I have had much less success with other mailing/packaging companies in the past so HATS OFF TO DAN & SUSAN and AIM Mail Center Natomas.
