Went to get propane today and the worker was very rude he started punching the u-haul trucks there. Not sure when it became cool to use intimidating tactics to women customers. But I guess the owner should also know that this worker thinks vaping with friends is what they should be paid for. Dont go here manager needs to do a retraining with employees.

I dont recommend using the vehicle storage thats offered. My RV was vadalized/broken into twice in the 18 months I had it there. The fences visible from the parking lot are very secure, but the back fence that backs up to neighboring businesses and their parking lots is easly accessable to theives is very low and easy to climb over. And, the security cameras do not monitor that area. Vehicles are not secure here. Ive noticed break ins occurr on severeal vehicles on the same night. So, when the theives come, they spend a lot of time there going to each vehicle. Cad. converter was also just recently stolen form neighboring RV a week before my RV was broken into again.

Tried to speak with someone at this office. They close at 7pm. I called at 6:15. Spent 45 min on hold. About 20 min.into holding someone came on the line from call center, i told them I needed to speak to the local office, she said if they dont answer after a while it routes to the. She transferred me back to the local office where i sat on hold again with no luck still. Now they are closed. So frustrated. Horrible customer service!

They had the truck I needed. Easy to use web site to make reservation. Truck was available when I arrived. Staff was knowledgeable. Store had good supply of boxes, tape, other move related items. Return was fast and easy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I chose another company with higher rates for similar size storage only because the staff was so rude and incompetent. I called the customer service number and the representative that answered confirmed this is a corporate owned location and the should not be requiring the extra items (documentation) in order for me to store there. Went back the next day and the manager still insisted on a non-relative (who does not live with me )name, phone number and address for marketing purposes. Should I really be expected to subject friends to unwanted requested solicitations because I wanted to pay for storage each month? Not even going into how they spoke with and interacted with me while on site. Previous experience, rented one of their moving vans (buyer beware) size of the truck is not the length of the cavity that you get to load with furniture but also includes all the was up to the front bumper. PENSKE provide the loadable area in the pricing. The truck died in transit to my destination (45 miles total) with a bad transmission. OK I get it, things break, I called for assistance and they had the loaded vehicle towed to my destination. 3 days later the truck was still sitting in my driveway and they had the nerve to call me and state they were charging me for keeping the truck an extra 2 days. I wouldnt even buy a box there.

My 1st Reservation needed last minute cancellation due to my labor issues and these guys were very understanding.They canceled me with no judgment.My next encounter was smooth and flawless. Check out in minutes and check in the same. The truck was clean and very efficient when it came to gas.

Staff is rude. They charged me over 100.00 more then they where suppose to saying I went over my miles when I clearly showed them a picture of my starting mileage. Then they told me that if you have the truck more then 24 hours the rates go up. Refused to prorate even after they stated they would. Never going here again andI filed a complaint with uhaul corporate. Find another uhaul this one is horrible.

Fast service with a friendly smile. The folks in the office where knowledgeable and make sure I have everything I need to service my moving customers.Fast and efficient when renting a truck and get you on your way quickly when returning there equipment.I use them a few times a week. I strongly suggest using this U-HAUL facility..

While overall staff is kind, they also tend to be aloof and indifferent.-- The storage is inside accessed, so better storage security.-- They not only offer moving boxes/supplies for sale, but also offer free, second-use boxes dropped off in their stores Free bin (run like a take-a-penny, leave-a-penny concept at grocers).

No problems. Everything was smooth. They also have great customer service. Helped me out when I had questions and was just as (genuinely) polite when I called the third time as they were when I called the first time. Good place to do business.

Staff is so kind and understanding. Great hours. Floors are mopped with pesticides. Very clean. A little pricey but definitely worth it.

Not only did they move our rental further away from Davis (mind you they charge per mile) they changed our reservation time without telling us. Essentially we were unable to use the service and put us in a bit of pinch for moving. Go with Budget, Penske, or Enterprise instead of U-Haul. Theyre more reliable.

Excellent customer service. There were a couple of girls that work here that were very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely come back in the future and would recommend this Uhaul location to anyone!

Over charged my family $100.00 even when we called to extend another day.. they told us it would be 19.95 and now Im changed over $100.00.. worst place ever...

Terrible! Reserved a pickup truck here today. Was dropped off so I could pick it up. Surprise! No truck is available here. Now I find out my truck will be at another location. Now have to be picked up and dropped at the other location 10 miles away (where I just was an hour ago!). The ass hats here offered no help nor were sympathetic at all. Just pathetic. Guess thats they way they treat people out here in the ghetto. Will never use UHaul again.

Nice staff and good value. Moving Van smelled like a dead rat. Hope they clean it out.

They had a truck available without reserving one

I should have read reviews first. I scheduled to have my hitch and wiring installed. My appointment was for 11:30am and I called earlier that morning to see if they had anything earlier. I was told no but I would be in time as the installer only has 1 wiring job ahead of me. Ok fine. I drop my truck of at 11 and as dropped off with my wife at 1pm. My truck is in the same parking spot so I was a little concerned. Beefier heading into the building I went to see no hitch was yet installed. I had to pick up my trailer by 3pm so I was quite frustrated. I went in and they explained the 1 job in front of me took longer than expected. I ended up having to rent a truck, at full price, to get my trailer since they messed up. I drive my trailer back to the building to change it over to my truck. This was at 2:30pm now. Almost done with wiring they said. Mine also was giving them problems. My wife and I sat and waited. Now an hour has gone by and he says ok all done. Ok great were hungry and thirsty. Hook it up and it didnt work. We then waited for them to figure it out unto 7:30pm. No food no water nothing offered. Finally at 7:30 I had to pay cool prove for another truck to get it home. A week later I had to have another company install the wiring correctly. They wouldnt fix what uhaul did a he said it was a really bad job and they dont want any liability. A month later and I sit with wiring paid for not working. I was offered to drop my truck of again so they can take a look. Not going back ever! Not any Uhaul! They can keep my money for doing nothing but please dont let it happen to you!

Very helpful employees there. They fixed and installed a ball for my hauling system for free. Id definitely recommend that U-Haul location!

Worst service ever!! Rude employees. Refused to help service us. It only takes a few minutes to pump propane!! Told us to come back in 20-30 mins. Came back just for them to send us off again! Poor service!!

Not a lot of people work here on the weekends. I wasted 20 minutes trying to track somebody down on the property just to get propane. When I finally got someone for the propane they told me the propane was down. I had to call the main office to see if anyone was working. There was but there was no one inside and walked around the store then I left
