Employees are extremely unprofessional. When something is delayed which is about every other shipment I just get told its delayed and Ill get it when it shows up. When asked why its delayed I always get a shrug and sorry its delayed no explanation and if you want further help they just say call the 800 number. Be careful especially if receiving live animals.

Wish I could give 0 star. Absolutely the worst service ever. Don’t buy anywhere using home delivery service. They do not attempt to deliver. Waited for 20 days to get my package because they kept going back to this facility for 10 days for absolute no reason. Tried calling the customer service and they do nothing for you. I never hated any company this before

Came in to pick up a package for which the tracking number shows is there. The customer service representative said they can’t access the box that’s in their facility since they don’t know where it is. Like SERIOUSLY? They told me to come back another day or call customer service to track it again. It was dismissive. I’m frustrated with the lack of organization and empathy from the workers. Not everyone has the convenience of living/working nearby to be able to return to pick up packages.

I was supposed to receive a shipment to Rio Vista Ca on Sep.1. The item was sent to Stockton, Ca on Sep, 1, then on to Tracy, Ca on Sep. 2, then on to Hayward, Ca. on Sep.3, then on to Sacramento, Ca on Sep. 4. All of these locations are within 45 miles of Rio Vista. All either east or south of Rio Vista. Fedex totally dropped the ball, I will never ever Purchase from any business that ships with Fedex, or use their service again. No Excuse!!!!!!

Holy smokes! Cant get customer service representative to understand they have had my package in their warehouse for an entire WEEK. Keeps tracking that it left their office and returns the same day. Continues to give me USPS phone contact thinking a USPS employee is somehow going to enter their warehouse and get my package. Frustrating. Good example of when companies get to big to give good service.

They need to offer overnight shipping for Life or death medical devices I had to wait over seven days and still hasn’t received it because of weather conditions but the weather condition of where it’s at it’s only 75° them saying they’re stuck in snow. So FedEx needs to start offering Pay for normal ground shipping and then get free overnight shipping. I am stuck in the hospital because I do not have this Device because they said it will be here between five and seven business days but it has been 10 Business days.

The only mailing company attempting to force people to leave their homes during a pandemic because the drivers are incapable of following instructions to leave packages, oh and with their door note “we missed you” they essentially are demanding you work around their schedule to receive your items. These drivers don’t know how to knock or ring doorbells as my doorbell is a motion activated camera and shows these employees walking up and making no attempt to let the residents know there is a person or package outside; no it seems the drivers goal is to attempt to go unnoticed and cover as much ground with the delivery truck as possible as my neighborhood is having issues receiving ANYTHING through FedEx. I suggest you call and ask for FedEx NOT to deliver to your home, it will route packages through another company and it will be less of a hassle. Please call and ban FedEx from stepping on your property if they’ve constantly displayed laziness and a refusal to do their task. You will feel beyond relieved.

Had to wait almost 50 minutes to pick up package. Plus the employee at the front probably spoke a total of 7 words the entire time. No explanation as to why I had to wait so long or how much longer. Hope I never have to come back to this place. Only reason I had to come in the first place is because the delivery driver came at a completely different time than was estimated (~2hrs) and since there is a gate at my residence with no intercom I was not aware that they were there.

Avoid using FedEx at all costs.Package was ordered with express shipping and was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday. It arrived on time Wednesday to be loaded into the truck, but they neglected to do that. It made it into the truck on both Thursday and Friday, but on both days they made no attempt to deliver it. Every time I called customer service they offered no help and said they would reach out to delivery facility and have them call me. I never received a call. Now they are not going to attempt delivering it again until Monday. I see many people blaming this on the COVID situation, but FedEx was this bad before COVID. This is not the first time I have had this issue.Bottom of the barrel delivery company with poor customer service and no interest in improving for their customers.

FedEx has been struggling during Covid 19. That being said. This particular location has figured that out and is beginning to serve the counter faster. So, I dont recommend paying for 2 day service because youll have to drive to one of there hubs to get your stuff. But the facility I was at got my package in a timely manner. ***No refunds (During C19 crisis) for their failure to deliver to my home on time

Please advise your workers on the proper way to wear a mask, seen nose exposed, full mouth exposed with all of mask under chin. No gloves. There should be a visible guard between workers and customers if they wont wear a mask properly.

Crowded with a line out the door due to social distancing. Employees were nice and doing the best they could to keep up. Unfortunately the Truxel location wasnt opened even though indicated online. I am sure this made it more difficult for this location.

Absolutely HORRID service! There were over 25 people standing outside waiting for their parcel pickup!! Some people who probably waited over an hour just left!! This is a bad business.Such an unorganized center with employees that would give the DMV a run for their money in terms of SLOWNESS and INEFFICIENCY!!!I hate finding out that a package Im expecting will be delivered via FedEx...

Jose helped me and he was extremely helpful. This was my first experience at fedex and I will continue to go back to this location. He took his time with me and even found some spare boxes in the back to fill up the box I was purchasing so my items wouldn’t move around. This place is great (for a package ship/pickup location lol). I like the staff here, they have been nice to me since day one and I am a regular at this location. I pick up and drop off almost daily, and never have been delayed to an appointment. I think it was worth dropping a review for the staff. They earned it from me.

This Fed-ex place is the most wonderful experience in all of my experiences ever. For a shipping center by far this one is #1. One imparticular employee is Pat. This was saving the day like no other. She has a warm and extremely professional presentation. She got me through this day. Very accommodating. Friendly smile and a managed to dismiss any thoughts of worry and stress out the window. I have never met such a wonderful, accomadating, friendly and problem solving person in my life when dealing with the public. Im so grateful for her due diligence and confidence. If it wasnt for Pat we would have never gotten through this weekend. I dont think she knew how important that this envelope and its contents were. Because I believe that Pat puts this much effort towards each individual that steps foot I side that shipping center. The old bald guy Ray is rude and very very very SLOW! When I asked for a manager so that they could help locate my package he ignored me and called the next two people in line. When I asked again he rudely told me that he didnt know about a manager, they didnt have one Terrible service there! There was a lady there who did put my nerves at ease and she ultimately got me my package after two whole hours waiting. I arrived at 5:45. I finally got to go home at 7:40pm! 2 hours with a 4 year old at a fedex shipping center! REALLY?!?!?!

NEVER USE THIS PLACE!I came in to get my package because online it said it was held at a facility.. it was supposed to be sent my front door. I go to the facility, and they said that someone came to pick it up and they released it already. I asked who they gave it to and they said they gave it to ME! Which is impossible. I asked WHO told them to hold it there instead of taking it to me, and they whispered and walked in the back. After 5-10 minutes, they brought out a post-it note that had some (916)200 number on it.. I then called the central FedEx customer protection number and they said that according to records, someone actually ONLINE requested it to be held.. And that they had no idea why they gave me a bogus number. The workers and managers were all disheveled looking and smelling... Very unprofessional, very dirty. According to other reviews, these people have been stealing packages left and right... The customer protection are going to investigate further, and I hope we catch these thieves for FRAUD and THEFT. Im certain the entire crew there is running some sort of criminal operation. I cant wait to see these guys on the local news.

I try to avoid this location as much as possible. The people at the counter are extremely lazy. They operate with zero urgency regardless of the time or situation. On a recent visit I had a package that had to go out that day for first priority delivery the following morning. I arrived about five minutes before the cut off time. I historically would just drop it in the box outside when there is a line but that one has burned me three times with late deliveries so I decide to wait. The cut off time comes and goes as the two counter people move at the speed of petrified molasses. When it’s my turn I get to the counter, hand him the package and confirm it will go out that evening. He says “No, it’s waaaay past that time.” I explained I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. He said there was nothing he could do and there wasn’t another place I could take it that late for an AM delivery. So I grabbed it and returned to my car. I drove to the FedEx at the airport. That package was delivered in Kansas at 7 am the next day.

Never use this office againShe received my overnight shipping package and said you all set, 2nd day on the tracking page showed incomplete papers and the package shipped back to the shipper. I kept calling the receiver and the Fedex customer service for 8 days looking for my package. On day 9 I derived to the Fedex office and found my package still there!!! and they dont know why its not shipped to given address or back to me!!!I grabbed the package and shipped from another Fedex office.Imagine overnight shipment delivered after ten days!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion, I believe the FedEx driver was derelict in his duty to deliver my package to a gated community! The phone out front used for gaining access is very obvious and easy to operate. He had attempted two times to make the delivery. In both visits he stated that there was no one home! Not one time did I receive any notification of someone wanting to come onto the premises! Im pretty sure this was not his first rodeo encountering a gate being that we live in a society that is littered with gated communities! Nevertheless, I ended up going out to the facility to pick up my package. I told the clerk what had happened to which the clerks response was, the driver a gate code.“ I told him this was not something that I purchased... this was sensitive material from my bank! When I stated my concern about the lack of effort from the driver to make sure that I received my package the clerk responded with, the from the clerk was some of those guys dont take the time to try to access gated communities. Now in the case of making an online purchase, a gate code is furnished to The Courier so that he may make his delivery but in this case I did not initiate the delivery. My bank was the initiator in this transaction leaving me incapable of furnishing an excess code. The burden of delivery was on FedEx! Anyway, I asked the clerk for a supervisor to whom I never had the opportunity to meet. I was told that he was, tied up at the moment. A supervisors phone call was promised to me to discuss the matter... we will see. My overall complaint a lack of concern for the customer. I would never ship anything with FedEx! A carrier pigeon could have done a better job getting my package to me on time! (SMH)🙄😑P. S. Even if he had the access code he still needed to pick up the phone and dial the access code. In the case of my community, the access code sends my visitor directly to my cell phone so that I may open the gate electronically...Hmm 🤔(Still) 🙄😔The above review was posted on the 20th a February. Today is February 24th... still no phone call from a supervisor. Why should I be surprised?!?!

I went for a pick up at 6:30pm. Customer service guy was so unprofessional. Couldnt find my package. Until some other guy got it from the back and said it was just sitting on the side somewhere. Knowing that my package needs to be refrigerated. I am so glad nothing was damaged inside the package.

Looks like nothing has changed. Ive had horrible service from FedEx since moving to the Placerville area 4 years ago. Currently ALWAYS ask for shipments to come UPS, or even USPS is better than FedEx. Today, I was expecting a shipment, the seller didnt disclose to me they were going to ship FedEx. I failed to warn them. The same horrible service, with lies about what happened. This office needs a complete overhaul. They always say its a problem with my address, when everyone else can find it. GPS even works!

Emailed yesterday that delivery would be by end of business today. At 6 pm i notice info changed and now it will be delivered in 4 days by end of business! Called and told its because the label was printed on the 19th. Then why tell me it was coming today?? Impossible to talk to a manager. They said they came to my house to deliver a package and they didnt. It took almost 2 weeks of calling and 2 trips to this location asking to have a manager call me (since the managers always seem to be in a meeting). I even had their customer service escalate my case and a manager still didnt call me back. Once a finally got ahold of a manager I told him that the carrier said they came to my house to deliver a package and said I wasnt home except I have 3 security cameras that proves no one came to my house to deliver a package and he still insisted they did. Not sure how I could trust a business that is run this way. Terrible customer service. I would never use their service again and recommend you do the same.
