Wayne at German Motors and the service team are wonderful! I have been going there for years to have all of my cars serviced. There is not a more professional, knowledgeable and fair individual than Wayne. I highly recommend taking your BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or Volkswagen here. If it does not have to be repaired he will let you know. Especially if you have been to a dealership and quoted an outrageous price for something that is really an easy fix or non-issue. Give Wayne a call you will be glad you did! He is levels above the rest!

Wayne is Fantastic!I took a 06 BMW Z4 to the BMW service department because the AC was not working and the convertible top worked intermittently. The said it needed a new Blower Motor for the AC and a new top motor and hydraulic lines for the convertible. Cost about $6000+!I took it to Wayne and his diagnosis showed the vehicle was in transportation mode which prevented the AC from working. He reset it for no fee!He trouble shot the convertible issue and found it needed a replacement Top Control Unit at a cost of only $285 including labor!BMW was going to charge me $6000+ and not solve the problems. Wayne fixed the issues for only $285.Much gratitude to this business!
