Ive been going to Best Automotive for years and Im happy to keep going back there. Before I found Best Automotive, I used to struggle to find decent car repair for affordable rates in the Saginaw area. The cheaper places had a tendency to sell me parts and services I didnt need while the more expensive places charged me $100 just to look at it. Worked with Lowell for several years. Work ethic is exceptional. Recently had a starter motor repaired on a 1965 Rolls Royce Phantom V which he tooked part in. Getting help for repair on a vehicle of this nature is not for the weak and lonely.. Problems with our Chevy Silverado over heating when traveling over 55 and when pulling Camper Trailer. Lowell throughly checked it out and informed me that I needed a new radiator. Basically they lied about what was wrong with the vehicle. When i explained how i knew they were lying they changed their story. Ended up charging us $50 and didnt acually perform the repairs. Took the vehicle to another shop and the repairs were made for $200 less and it was proven that this company lied. Terribly unprofessional theives... Id rate 0 stars but it wont let me.

The problem was not as I described it to them, but the mechanic diagnosed my real issue and got it resolved right away. Should the need arise for another repair I will go back.

My experience was fantastic. They fixed my waterpump the same day. The service was great, quality was fantastic, and the price was amazing. I actually tried to pay more because I was so thankful for how much they helped. They didnt take it, so the least I could do was leave my experience here for others to see.I totally recommend them.

Took my truck to get headers put on and they gave me the lowest rate in town. (I called 7-8 different shops) they got it done in a reasonable time. I even paid less than the original quote because it didnt take as long as they thought it would. Very honest mechanics and Ill definitely be going back!

I have been looking for a solid, reputable mechanic in Saginaw. I took my vehicle in to be serviced and to have the front/rear brake pads, and hub assembly put on my car. They quoted me a very reasonable price for labor (below the cost of where I was originally going to go.) and had my car in and out within 2 hours. I would recommend their services to others in the area.

My truck broke down on I-75 on my way home from the U.P. over two hours from home. After calling three Ford dealers and four other shops and being told it would take days or weeks just to look at it. The guys at best understood my dilemma and told me they would try to at the least diagnose the problem to let me know if I need to find a ride home or wait for it to get fixed. They set up towing and I was lucky they where able to fix it while I waited. I checked some shops around where I live for prices on the same repair they were all about the same.I hope I never brake down I Saginaw again but if i do my first call will be to Best.

I have been to other shops for estimate for my shocks & struts. I came to Best Auto Repair in Saginaw for the first time today. I thought I was in for another HIGH estimate. Lowell took my Uplander on a road test and came back very honest and forward with me. He told me I didnt need shocks or struts because new ones will not necessarily give me a smoother ride. I was amazed by Lowells honesty. All the other shops would put the shocks on whether I need them or not. Thanks Lowell, and you are my new repair facility. I reward honesty.

Worst auto is what he should be called. bent my door to hell, parts broke after one month.lost my phone number had to contact him three times.avoid this guy at all cost garber buick charges 45 an hr 20 less than this hack.all in all just avoid this guy i should sue for door but ill just warn everyone i can to stay away from worst auto.
