Ive been calling around for two days trying to find someone to do a simple job on my car. Looked up shops and this one was close to home. Called and was told to bring my car in in 30 minutes. I did and was out in literally 10 minutes. The guy was quick but did quality work. Would highly recommend!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Rented a limo on a hot June day and on the road realized the air conditioning did not work! The driver called the office and was told they knew it didnt work in the front but thought it would work in the back! Well, they probably should have checked because they were wrong! Asked for some money back but told the contract states: Not responsible for vehicle breakdowns beyond our control. Since they knew about it, it seems that was in their control! I never signed, or even saw a contract until they quoted it to me and I asked for a copy! BUYER BEWARE!

Pat and his shop are very professional and do what they can to take care of a customer. We had a hard time with a warranty company paying for a repair but once he got the parts, he did a great job for us.Highly recommended and will be taking future work there.

They were great! I had my mini-van in to have the alternator replaced, dropped it off at 2:30 PM, and it was done by 5:15 PM! Same afternoon. They did a great job and were $130 less than the competition.

I signed a contract on 9/23/16 for their Trolley Car and for 4 hours of service. Today is 7/19/17 and they called me to tell me I cannot have this trolley because it is broke down and it will not be fixed. The owner the proceeded to tell me that this trolley has been broken down for over a year. This company had me sign a contract for something they knew was already broken and refused to disclose this information with me when I signed, as well as when I have them a $500 deposit. Back in February, they also called me to tell me they had lost my deposit and were unable to find it, but would just take my word on what I put down for the trolley (should have ran then!) Yep, gave them my hard earned money for a broken vehicle for my wedding day. According to other online reviews for this company, this is not the first time this has happened. Every time someone wants this so called trolley, promises are made but no trolley is ever delivered. I specifically wanted this trolley because my fiance is wheelchair-bound and needed the extra room. The owner was outright nasty and told him, Good luck finding other transportation, and when you cant, dont bother calling us!DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! They are rude, unorganized, disrespectful, lying, sheisty, lowdown dirty rats. I hope their company is shut down so a much more respectable and honest transportation can take over their business. I am pursuing legal action.

If I could give a negative star I would. For a shop with 2 employees and constant promises of being able to pick up your car and never actually getting to do so. Snotty woman that barely ever answers the phone. All lies and rude people that do terrible work.

Complete RIP off!!! Replace brakelines and calipers. Didnt do calipers just broke the bolts and charged me labor to fix. 300$ elsewhere 650 here.

I have 2 vehicles he worked on and haven’t ran into any other issues like other shops here in Saginaw I can honestly say he is a great man hands down shop at complete auto🙌🏼

Very bad experience, AC not working we were sweating a lot. Even the music system was very old. Would never recommend to anyone.

Rude and ignorant! They have no working AC in the vehicle and they blme you for not knowing how to operate the AC? We were sweating for 2 hours in the vehicle! The pwner is keep lying about contacting back but never does. I called 20+ times and they are just rude. Stay away from this sauna!!
