My good friend, Ti Ne Hon Kee, told me this place could provide various tune ups on my daily rider. I was curious if I could watch these tune ups occur from the back room, for I am a glutton for watching a good tune up on my daily rider

Wish I could provide 0 Stars as 1 star is way too high for this establishment. Unfortunately my vehicle was brought in to Astro for issues with my automatic windows. The sign clearly states we work on automotive windows and when i realized they did such a poor job i called to ask if they work on a lot of windows, the owner fumbled with the question until I identified my vehicle and then he was an expert and had worked on over 9,000 windows. Really? Yet my window still doesnt work properly and he broke my inner door panel in two places trying to remove it. It takes experience and patience to remove a door panel not brute strength and a poor attitude! When I brought my vehicle back in to prove the window was going up too high he was rude and adamant that it was a door alignment issue. Even if the door wasnt on the car it was still going up a half inch higher than the other 3 windows. Of course he claimed the panel was already broken when he received it. Personally I would have taken a photo and immediately informed the customer, if that were the case. He dismissed me, screamed at me and treated me like dirt. He has zero respect for women and charges twice the price for subpar work. Please safe yourself the money, disappointment and self respect by taking your business elsewhere.

Dude at the desk was rude as all get up

ZERO stars, poor communication, rude. Didnt try to rectify problem I had with work done. Talks down to women. If you make a customer cry you need to rethink your business model. Lied to me about what I had said when I dropped off car and said I didnt know what I was talking about, but yet was quick to give some money back. If you were right, why refund me. Stay away and dont waste money here.

My vintage Caprice barely made it to the shop. Backfired, ran rough, etc. When notified my car was ready to pick up it ran like a dream. Finally found someone to keep my car running like it should. Highly recommend this service for anyone with a classic car in need of mechanical help.AAA+++ !!!!
