Very professional service. The work order form is very detailed and a great tool for the customer to have access to and view easily directly on a cell phone. The report has good descriptions of what was found during the vehicle inspection as well as pictures to go with the findings. Everything is laid out and very well organized. I am very pleased with the work and service done. You can tell Dave cares about his customers. Thanks for the great service. 100% recommend to anyone.

Our truck over heated so we pulled into there place asked for help they didnt seem to want to be bothered with us at all very unfriendly so our phone wouldnt pick up internet so we tried connecting to their guests connection so we could call our toll service to come get us back to Saginaw just as the connection come in and we were on hold with our tow service we got cut off when trying to reconnect their guest connection said its now unable to connect. So the available source lift to was 911 so the police came to us with a year on the force called and got us a tow company in route to us that police was very friendly and helpful as a human being should be its always very encouraging and comforting to know that good people still exist .

This was the best experience with a mechanic. They even vacuumed my car and left me homemade Chex mix in the car thanking me for my business.

Hands down the most honest auto repair facility Ive ever dealt with. I live 90+ miles away and will NOT use anyone else. No unnecessary repairs. If he tells you it needs to be done, it DEFINITELY needs to be done. Came here on a reference from my brother who could build a car from scratch, but no longer physically able to do his own repairs. He swears by this place....and now I see why. Great shop!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommends repairs that are needed but doesn’t push you to get them done. He will also let you know what other issues are associated with your vehicle to be aware of.

WOW! Extremely friendly, honest, and super affordable. I was passing through town when my truck decided to start acting up. Since this is my work truck it is imperative that it keeps turning down the road. I limped it over to Swan Creek automotive on a whim, and was completely taken back by how understanding and compassionate Dave and his crew were. In no time at all, they had me back on the road, and the truck ran better than when it was new. Best part was it was a fair price! I wish I lived closer, because these guys would be my #1 go to shop hands down. If you live in the area and arent using these guys, I would certainly suggest you give them a try. OMG.... I cant say enough good about this place. Its hard to find a good down home auto shop that is on top of everything. Dave is very helpful, honest & reasonable prices. He understands my car is our baby & he takes darn good care of it. I love the text I recieved with the results from the computer print out. It explained everything, it also includes pictures & videos when needed it. Basically a report card on our car. Dave, I dont care what anyone says... I hate oil changes...lol !
