Rude and untrustworthy individuals! Do not give them your business. I recently purchased a vehicle here advertised as having no issues. After I get the vehicle home and drive it for a couple days I notice it is consuming oil at a VERY HIGH rate (a quart every 200 miles). The individual I purchased the vehicle from at first denies the vehicle has any issues and then becomes unresponsive. I called the owner (Jack) who instructs me to take it to his shop so he can look at it (1.5 hours from my house). I arrive when instructed and Jack is not there. The employees are initially rude and refuse to contact Jack to see where he is. Eventually they tell me Jack is on his way but he never shows up after over 2 hours. I was able to talk to Jack the following day and he was very rude and instructs me to try again to meet him so he can look at it but refuses to purchase the vehicle back. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that needs a new engine. I understand that used vehicles are purchased as-is but it seems clear that this was a known issue before the vehicle was sold to me.

They worked hard on fixing what needed to be fixed. Unfortunately, so have a 17 year old truck so that leads to more projects sincerity is nice and rusty underneath. Very nice and good service.

I find that with most shops it can b a job to chase down some issues so the people who complain obviously do not relize one issued can b 3 and ya may fix one and it doesnt fix problem somethings are a chase down but i usually know tge issues my vehicle is having as i fix the cheaper of the issues then i leave the complicated jobs to them there great guys woek witg you and charge a hell of alot less than any other place in saginaw thats fact my sensors estimate at otger places between 500 and 700 here 200 goes to show who dont rip people off same job same parts less cost thanks guys keep it up anyone wanting to save money on same work otger places offers come here to jack

I have been going to Jack at Muffler Man for many years now to have my vehicles fixed. He is a very nice man and also a very fair business man. He doesnt over charge or fix things that dont need fixing. I know, from experience, that this will be a service shop that you will return to time and again to get your car fixed right at a very fair price.

I would never recommend anyone to go to this muffler man. They never fixed my car issues and are not professional. Youll be wasting your time and money if you go with these guys. Theyll have you keep coming back to fix the same issue they never repaired!!!! Spent 700 bucks in the course of 2weeks and my problems was never fixed with the brakes. The service manager Jack told me my breaks would squeak for 1000 miles after getting it repaired. I Just went to tuffys because breaks shouldnt squeak and they finally fixed my brakes which was a bad cylinder! This muffler man never saw that issue but charged me to get rotors and pads replaced and I still had a squeak and a low break paddle. Mind you my dad had replaced those parts 4 months prior! Again I just went to tuffys to check my suspension too, which Tuffys are saying I need a lower control arm replaced but this muffler man had supposedly replaced it 2 months ago. Do not go to these people. If I knew how to report them I would. They are scammers. I want to report them, im planning on small claims court.
