My stepdaughter bought a $6,000 vehicle from garber and didnt even make it 2 thousand Miles before it started overheating.We took it in to have it serviced and found out that the heads were bad in the motor. Garber was completely unprofessional and basically told us vehicles are bought as is. This was not some cheap car.I think a $6,000 vehicle should be able to make it at least to its first oil change. Other dealerships I have dealt with have been willing to abide by the consumers act of 2015 which states they would be willing to trade the vehicle for something equal value on the lot. Garber was unwilling to do this. If you buy anything from them I would be sure to get a warranty in writing.

Service was okay, wash is basically just a rinse off. Drop off and pickup service is very nice.What I dont appreciate is being lied to. Asked if there were any coupons available and told I may have received something in the mail. I did but only realized that later, fair enough.So what was deceiving?The fact that the person said they may have a $5 discount. I paid and noticed it was the full charge of $50. I queried and without skipping a beat, I was told it was applied since the service was $55. Unbelievable. Does he really not consider the marketing they send out that shows the price?If he just said there was none, that would be it but to just blatantly lie like that?! Awful.Make you question other things.

I used their service for the first time last week after moving nearby. There was miscommunication of scheduling and work to be completed, which was frustrating, but they went above and beyond to make it right. No service shop is perfect, but I’ll bring my vehicle back to a shop that has great customer service any time!
