They were awesome here. Brought my car in with a flat at 6:30 pm, left it over night and they had it done by 10 the next morning with all new tires since they were all pretty bad. Great price on new tires too! Great customer service! They even were able to diagnose and save me a lot of money on an AC issue. Then they filled up my other car’s tires because they were low. Totally would recommend!

Somehow I picked up road debris that caused me to have two flat tires. I went to the tire store and Jason plugged one and patched the other. Service was awesome and quick. And reasonable I must add. One of my tires had to be replaced and Jason ordered it. It took 2 days but all is good right now. My car is back on the road. I really am impressed with this tire store in Saginaw. The folks at Tire Store Service Center supply top shelf, above and beyond service.We were 45 minutes in to a 5 hour drive for our vacation in our 26 ft, double axle Camper trailer. We had two flat tires back to back. Called around and everyone was closed or in the process of closing. I called these guys and not only did they have the rare trailer tire size we needed, but stayed open past closing time to change out the tires for us. Im not talking, one guy stayed behind, THE ENTIRE TEAM STAYED BEHIND. When we pulled in, they came out like a Nascar pit crew and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes.I can not say enough about these guys at Tire Store Service Center. They are high quality, wonderful people who care about their customer and making a difference. Jen and I thank you so much for taking care of us and getting us back on the road. You guys are AWESOME!

Love this place . Other family members have come here for small things like oil changes and tires and never had any complaints so I thought I’d give it a shot. I had a lot needed to be done on my vehicle. When I went to my local Nissan dealership they wanted to charge me $1400 just for switching out the right side control arm. The Tire Store gave me a great deal for switching out both of my control arms, rear shocks, and an alignment - a little over $1000. They got it done in the same day as well! Super respectful and helpful people! They explained everything and made sure to get your consent beforehand. Will definitely be bringing all my car maintenance business here from now on!

This is a hidden gem! The guys are all very knowledgeable and honest. They have never tried to sell me anything that wasnt needed! There prices are always more reasonable than most places. I own 4 cars and take them all there for automotive care and repaires. 2 of the 4 cars have tires from them, when the other 2 need tires I will be getting them there as well. A place I trust!!

I called like 15 minutes prior to closing to see if they had a tire for my car. He checked and they did, so I headed that way. He was very polite on the phone and in person. I came in and received exceptional fast service. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend!!!

This shop is one of the most honest shop we have encountered. My husband bought his own tires and he called and asked if they can install them for him, and they didn’t hesitate to do it. They did not over charge, or try to “sell” any other service. They were very honest about weather your car needs an alignment. We used their services today, and once again they did a great job, they were honest and the tires have a lifetime warranty.

I had a flat tire first thing Monday morning. This was the only place open early. Richard was friendly, professional, and best of all fast. The last time I had a flat I went to a big box tire shop but it was a 3 hour wait. The next place actually turned me away because the tire only had a slow leak. Dont waste your time and money at the big box tire shops bring your vehicle to Tire Store. Ask for Richard.

We caught a bolt in our tire driving through Fort Worth on our way to our vacation in Port Aransas. The crew at Tire Store got our van in immediately even though they were very busy. We have a local Landscaping business and the guys at the Tire Store have fixed so many things for us. Usually same day or next day. Truck tires, mower tires, vehicle repairs, pretty much anything.John the manager is always nice and willing to work with you on whatever your car needs. They won’t judge you for waiting to get one thing fixed because it can go a little longer.I’m torn between telling everyone to go the tire store, or not telling anyone because I don’t want to be overcrowded and ruin a good thing 😆

Got my ac fixed and water pump replaced. I know parts prices generally so I’m ok with their labor costs. Would not recommend. Arrived for a flat repair, tech removed the wheel and told me he couldnt fix due to the tire coming apart. I asked to see the tire since I have 6 plus years working for a tire and service center. He rubbed his hand over the tread and said he confirmed with another guy. I looked at it and there was zero deformation on the tread. They didnt even take it off the bead to see if the inner liner was pealing or bubbled. The screw was far past the minimum distance of 2 inches from the side wall as well. Please avoid.To follow up to the owners reply, there wasnt any signs of separation. Again, the tire wasnt even removed from the bead and it was never driven on flat. I also lose alot of faith in the tech when they place pads on the lift to bend the rocker panel. Luckily it went back into place since its plastic.

This was the first place I called this morning for new tires. Excellent price! Took my truck there immediately, and was treated very well. Jason was awesome quoting me on the phone, and John the manager was really fun to chat with, and took care of me quickly. Was in the shop maybe 35 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

I shopped around and found The Tire Shop to have the best rates by far. So I gave them a shot at my business and was completely satisfied. Besides being professional and approachable their shop was incredibly clean. That says a lot being most shops are nasty. I was thinking to myself ....well where is the catch? Too good to be true. No tricks or gimmicks, they did great work at a really good price, and I was able to watch them work on it through the glass in waiting room. Stopped in to get a tire patched. In and out in no time. Service was excellent and friendly. Patch made it from Fort Worth to Big Bend, across 54 miles of rugged backcountry roads, back to Fort Worth, and im still running around town. Will definitely be back.

My initial Visit was pretty good, staff was helpful and seemed to know what they were doing, bought 2 new tires on a friday afternoon and by sunday morning the front right was completely flat which was perfect since i woke up sick as a dog that day and a flat tire was just what i needed to complete my day, I aired the tire back up and completely covered it in soapy water trying to find a leak but was unable, I tried calling the tire shop but no one would answer the phone so i left a voice mail, it has now been 2 weeks and they still have not called me back and this tire is still determined not to stay aired up, so to my overwhelming joy i have to spend more money that i dont have to buy another tire somewhere else since they do not want to do anything about this, i left a 3 star rating since a 2 1/2 rating couldnt be given for half credit since i received one good tire, update it has now been 6 months later and i have given up on getting in touch with them they just wont give me a straight answer i had someone texting me acting like they were going to take care of the issue but they stopped responding after i tried to setup a time to bring the truck by, the tire still will not hold air and it is flat every morning, it has been an absolute curse and my back is killing me from having to get on the ground every morning to air this thing up, i still have one good tire and it is holding up well but there is something up with the right front and i am thinking that i will just have to coin up and go somewhere else .they seem like good guys but if you have an issue i am sorry to say you are out of luck

The customer service I experienced and how I was treated at the Tire Store was exceptional. John was more than helpful in figuring what exactly was wrong with my car. Long story short my car was pulling left and I figured I needed an alignment. That was checked day one and came back good, the second day I took my car back the guys checked the suspension system and shocks and said everything was good. I was NOT charged for either of those. John suggested the tires could be the issue as they were getting close to needing to be replaced. Sure enough that was the issue. The way I treated and how upfront and honest John was top notch. I will definitely be coming if I need any future repairs!

I was introduced to the Tire Store through my brother where I met I believe his name is John the manager of the store. Since going there, (and I have been several times) Im pretty sure Ive met the whole staff. Each and everyone of them has been friendly and kind! I will call ahead of time for any type of service and have always been told were availiable so I get there get in and out. Quite amazing and maybe luck of the draw but its crazy. I totally recomend sending anyone their way. Infact sending my daughter there for an alignment this afternoon. Thank you for the awesome attitudes and great fast work!!!

Great shop for all kinds of car related issues not just tires. The guys there know what theyre doing Ive had tune ups, oil changes, tires, alignments, tie rods, and brakes all done there. Cracked my rim by hitting a curb and the guys there took care of it and it came back brand new. The manager John also let me borrow a loaner tire no extra charge while they sent it off to get fixed. No bs or unnecessary hassle there like other big name chains. Go to this place.

When I read all of the reviews I thought “OK come on how in the world could a tire shop have five stars” well, I am gob smacked. What a great place! (I was here for a four wheel alignment) It was seconds before they pulled the vehicle in and got started.The waiting room is set up to be comfortable and like a bar.With cold water and hot coffee again not at all what I had expected.

Have a wheel alignment problem & it was 30 minutes until they closed & most places I called said they couldnt get to it. But they didnt. They told me to bring it in, even in the rain. They did a really good job & explained in detail what was going on with my alignment. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place & I will start using them as my primary mechanic
