Artisans Custom Mattress has excellent customer service. They even provide the manufacturers original mattress guarantee after they have customized the mattress for you!!! I have had several mattresses customized for unusual shapes (they customize the covers to fit too!), and they have exceeded my every need on time and priced as promised. I wish more customizing companies behaved like this one!!

Ive never understood why manufacturers put such low quality mattresses in expensive boats, RVs, etc., but they do. To rectify this I purchased a custom Artisan Temper Pedic mattress for my sailboat. I couldnt have been happier with the process beginning to end. Having said that, clearly the most important thing is the quality of the product. Sleeping on this mattress is nothing short of bliss. Two things are certain. First, I will eventually buy a bigger boat. Second, when I do I will buy another Temper Pedic mattress from Artisans.
