Absolutely Loved it! A family restaurant with homemade food. Many offerings... large menu. Attentive wait staff, large portions & very fair pricing! Cant wait to go back!

Found a few things, but a lot less inventory than Im used to. Sometimes I just want to walk in a store and touch and see products!!

I enjoy BB&B’s huge inventory and variety. They had the unusual items I wanted that are not available anywhere else. Very cool. My disappointment is that they have apparently gotten rid of the MY PILLOW items. What a tragedy because these people will not rest until they have destroyed our entire culture. Companies MUST start standing up to them. Don’t be surprised when they come for YOU.

Was looking for toilet seat cover fabric cover. All local shops only had round ones instead of elongonated oval ones. They had them multiple colors. Wish Midland BB&B didnt close.

We usually spend hundreds of dollars throughout the year during the Holidays and for wedding registrys throughout the year. I have instructed family and friends no longer to shop there for no longer beinga vendor for my pillow products. We hope they reconsider their actions

Found what I was looking for and got a decent price & the customer service was fast & friendly.

Today the staff was incredibly helpful. Sales staff on the floor helped me find what I needed, and at checkout he helped me with a fussy email coupon. No rolled eyes, no deep sighs. I really appreciate the store being open.

I order 6 plates 2 were delivered a day 4 were on back order. It kept saying it will be delivered the next day. Well now they canceled the order and sending a gift card. Well now I have two plates that dont match anything, why dont you send me a paid return label so I can send these two plates back. I paid with a gift card. And now I have to wait for them to send the money back on a gift card. Very poor customer service first time dealing with bed bath and beyond maybe my last.

No associate even said hi, even though I saw several of them. Prices not marked on many of their items. Saw a quilt it I was interested in, but didnt buy it because no prices were posted anywhere. Only went there because I had a gift card to spend. Probably wont be back.

Had trouble accessing the bridal registry. But all in all very nice website. I will shop there again .

Great variety of items and gadgets. The lady that assisted me on the floor was very knowledgeable and efficient. I went to the checkout.There were 2 cashiers behind the counter. One of them was assisting a customer. I asked the other if she was open, since she was just standing there by the other, and she said no. So I stepped into line behind the man being helped. And stood there. And stood there. While the 2 cashiers were trying to sort out whatever problem they were having, the ladies at the customer service counter said they could help me.While I waited for them to find someone with the correct codes for one of them to sign out of the register and another one to sign in, the one I originally asked to ring me up then opened her damn register.Really? 🤨

Great place for home necessities. Been going here for years and there is always something new to look at. Dropped a star because they altered their (was) awesome return policy. Always keep a stack of coupons in glove box just in case a trip there comes up.

I love this store. My mom was looking for something specific, the staff person helping her ordered it and had it shipped to her house. Very helpful and courteous.

They sell high quality kitchen appliances and fun gadgets. If you do not have a pineapple slicer, you should consider getting one. If you have a twenty percent off coupon, you can get a good deal on their pricier items. The check out staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love when associates are happy and smile when they ask you if you need help. They are always great at this location! I love this store...always something more to buy than I walked in for!

I love this store because it has a little of everything! Beautiful emsaambels for the bathroom and bedroom along with items to make life convenient for you. The selections are plentiful with an array of colors to satisfy almost any color pallet.

Very helpful staff. Way too many products to thoroughly digest. I could spend 5 grand here easily. Makes me want to be 30 years younger with an empty kitchen to stock.

I love the stuff they carry and they do have some good deals. The biggest thing I dont like about this store is it is filthy they seriously need to close down for a few days and do some deep cleaning. The smell makes me sick to my stomach and the dust is unbearable. Just look when you walk in all the dust behind the shelf and under them. I truly hope the co sees this post and cleans this store up. I feel so bad for anyone that works there I couldnt do it.

Like the variety of product, but cant say too much about the employees working on the floor..maybe they need to be reminded that THEY receive a paycheck BECAUSE of the customer, NOT because of them. One bad apple has definitely got me shopping elsewhere..hmm...maybe when she gets her walking cast off shell give a damn

Customer service could be better

I recently had an issue with a lost gift card from a bridal shower. I called the store explained my concern and they immediately cancelled the lost gift card, issued me a new one and then sent it to my home (which was in different state)! The managers are so helpful and I was impressed by their service and kindness. I have never been disappointed in BB&B, but the management at this store takes the cake!

Make sure to present your coupon to the Cashier when you pick up and pay in the store. Standard coupon exclusions will apply.I explained, to Dave, that my Mother-in-Law was recently placed in home Hospice care and me and my Father-in-Law are the Caregivers so I was unfortunately in a situation where I was unable to pickup the Ninja Blender to make her high calorie smoothies myself and present my coupon on my cell phone. My Father-In-Law would be picking up the order and he did not have a Android cell phone to use the coupon. Good variety of products although quite pricey on some items. Was one day late on expiration date for a 20 percent coupon, so it was NOT applied to my purchase.

The staff working there is excellent the minute I walked in I got greeted and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for then they took me right to it and check out was a breeze
