I have never owned or slept on a sleep number bed before my purchase this year. I made a purchase a couple years ago for a pillow top from art van. I spent about $1,800. When we received our bed from Art Van it was nothing like the one we tested out. When we went to see about returning it. We were out of luck and nothing they would do. So basically slept on this bed uncomfortably for 2 years before looking around at mattresses. My wife was set on sleep number and i was set on tempurpedic. I was very skeptical about spending $5,000 on a mattress. I appeased my wife on the assumption that i could return it if i didnt like it. I also asked people who had one. They all loved theirs. The ladies were great to deal with at the store even though i was difficult to deal with. I was difficult because i really had a hard time spending that kind of money on the bed and not knowing if id like it. Well a few months later im not sleeping any better and i dont like the bed. My biggest issue is its like sleeping on a glorified air mattress. Theyve done some modifications for me but im not any better off. I called to have it returned and well i guess im stuck with a $2,000 adjustable base. I will never buy a sleep number again. I will not refer anyone to sleep number. No one told us when we made the purchase that we wouldnt be able to return the base but according to the customer service rep its in the terms and conditions! Lol! You know all that small print in the booklet or sheet of paper. Nope never again.

The young lady that helped me with this great pillow was excellent in sales. I love the fact I could take 1 section out of the pillow to make it not as thick. It is worth every penny thank you sleep number

Very personable and knowledgeable sales lady. She took her time with us. Our last Sleep Number mattress was purchased in 1995 and has served us well, but we wanted the flex under the mattress. The new one hasnt been delivered yet, but if it doesnt live up to our expectations I will let them know.

Our experience at the store was exactly what we were looking for. Had we gone with the one we thought we wanted, looking on-line. We would have been sorely disappointed. It did cost us more money, in the long run, but worth every penny.

The saleslady was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products you sell. She explained the differences in the Mattress and the style of the Split and Half Split adjustable frames. When we said we were not ready to spend that amount of money right now She explained the 0% financing. That swayed us to go for it. After we decided to purchase a bed she explained the benefits of your Linens and pillows over the standard Linens and Pillows. We decided to get them also. Very happy with the Sales lady

Sales lady was great. The beds are wonderful. With that said, the prices the show everywhere are not accurate. What they fail to mention is that you need to add at least $199 to the price tag for delivery. They REQUIRE you to get it delivered. Then plan on waiting at least 2 weeks before you can get said bed you just paid $3000 for delivered. I need our bed now! Having surgery and wanted for recovery which will have me down for a couple weeks. Not happy at all with this delivery bs

Great store experience. Staff was friendly and showed us what we need with no pressure. Their beds took our pain away and we were able to get one bed that can adjust for two different people. A lot cheaper and and not pushy like Mattress Firm.

So much so we bought a new bed! Just wish it didn’t take so long to get! We are excited for it thou!

During our shopping experience we had a wonderful time. The salesperson David was not pushy and gave us lots of time to think about what we wanted before making this expensive purchase. He educated us on each bed and answered all of our questions. He informed us that the warranty does have less coverage as the bed ages. I know a couple that had their bed for at least 20 years so to me its well worth it. I just want to update that it has been 9 months since we got our bed and we still love it. We sleep amazing every night. A plus for me, is that you can adjust the bed depending on how your back feels that night.

We were treated very well, given the chance to try out the new system. We have had a Select Comfort mattress since 1994 and it needs to be replaced. Looking forward to our new Sleep Number bed

Went in to buy new sheets after the first set last us 5 years and Jennifer was great at getting me what I wanted.

Salesman was very nice. It was a relaxed shopping experience. I spent 3 hours in the store and walked out with a $10,000 bill. I was happy until I got home and did a little research online and found that the 25 year warranty (the part that made me feel comfortable spending that much money) is not a full coverage warranty. Customer has to pay 96% of repair cost after so many years. It also doesnt cover several other things. I was very upset and cancelled my order the next day. Buyer Beware of warranty.

Bought a twin mattress, one year later I need another. Have they never heard of longevity? Take my advice, but a different brand

Good salesmanship, not pushy. Items are pricey, those who spend the money usually rate them highly, Im just not convinced to make this big of splurge.

Expensive air mattress with remote and memory pad on top.
