Drove over 2 hours to purchase our 2021 Hyundai Palisade and couldnt be happier with everyone we worked with! The only negative is the price they provided on the website is not the price they gave us for the trade (trade vehicle less than 1 year old with only 7,200 miles and in excellent condition). Would have liked for them to give us the amount that they indicated on website for the trade (it was $300 difference). But the sales and financial staff were fantastic and treated us with the utmost respect 🙌. We would definitely travel 2 hours again to do business with them. Wish they were closer so we could also give them all the service work.

I have never left negative feedback before, ever. That being said, I feel it is fully justified in this situation.For starters I was referred here by my daughter, whom I trust implicitly. So I went to the same person she had a great experience with.It really was a bizarre experience. I felt the whole time like I needed to beg them to sell me a car. I told them the first meeting I was looking for a vehicle now. Next the fact I had to reach out to find out all updates including the one to find out I was approved after 5 days (8 days total, but I wouldnt count Saturday thru Monday because Im aware of the holiday) after starting all the paperwork. Then in the same phone call was told that I would have to wait another week or so because they didnt have the title to sell me the vehicle. Still kinda shocked over all that, I asked what interest rate they found me, and I was told they couldnt tell me over the phone. I could schedule an appointment the next day with the manager I had also already spoken to, to discuss it. Why would I schedule an appointment to discuss an interest rate?? Not to mention I would still be leaving again without a vehicle.So at this point Im really frustrated with the whole situation, so I emailed the salesman explaining how I felt and my frustrations professionally. Only to get a response of I needed to understand that there had been a holiday, and it isnt their fault they didnt have the title. To me the whole situation makes for very poor business practices.Lastly, I went to another Garber dealership, was approved and in my new car all in the same day.

I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them within a couple days of owning the vehicle I had clunking coming from the front end I messaged them and asked if they could help me and try to fix it or discount me for the issue. Mind you I live 2 hours away the only answer I could get is we can’t promise you that it can be fixed. I am not going to drive 2 hours to know it can’t get fixed. I said I will have some locally fix it would like to know if they would reimburse me what I have to pay for the parts and labor. Got a quick NO. Was also told that my vehicle would be detailed and cleaned on the inside and also a full tank of gas. I had less than a half tank when I took it home and with the seats dirty. Won’t be doing business with them ever again.

They will say our cars go through a 700 point inspection and Garber takes this seriously which is some BS. Once you take delivery expect support to diminish. Make sure if you request they fix something befor delivery they actually do it and not take their word. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS, DONT BE A FOOL.

Great people here and always friendly. Just disappointed to see no one wearing masks while I was there. It seems no one who works there, cares about protecting others.Even if they are screened regularly, anything short of daily leaves too much in question. Masks are a simple protective measure. Sorry to see they care so little.

My daughter, who co-owns our car, was here from Las Vegas and needed an oil change... we have two free ones due to us. Although it was close to closing, the gal in service, Katie, said they were fully booked the next day also. Never bothered to double check anything, just wanted us out of there. During a pandemic when businesses are struggling, she blew us off as if we never existed. Thanks a bunch. Firestone was happy to help us.

This place is a joke. I drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle after talking to a sales man over the phone and text, I asked if there was any damage and he said no; yet I drove 3 hours, got there and there were huge gouges in the side of the vehicle.

I’ve had my car over a year and they have had it 6months. They sold me a lemon. Every time they fix something, something else comes back broke and then they have to take the vehicle again. I’m a single mom of 3 and it’s a shame that they did this, the vehicle isn’t safe to even have my kids in because something is always happening to it.

We recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Traverse with 100,xxx miles on it. We LOVE it!! The vehicle is very clean, the staff was very friendly, & they offered extended warranties. Over all a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!!! Shop Garber on Bay Road!!

Lacking communication

Service appointment at 9:00am for oil change and recall repair. Was told it would take 20 minutes. Arrived at 8:50, was in line behind 8 other vehicles and waited 25 minutes before being checked in. Vehicle was done at 12:10pm; 3 hours and 20 minutes after I arrived.Garner Bay Road could be a great place; time needs to be spent improving the poor processes to enhance the customer experience.

I bought my Hyundai Sonata 2.0 from here in 2015. They do all my service. Recently my engine went out which was covered under warranty by Hyundai and they fixed it. The service department then called and told me that my starter was gone. Something is very fishy. My starter worked before they broke it. They refuse to rectify the situation therefore I will not be returning to this dealership. There’s no loyalty what so ever when I come to service. Katie and Todd are very nice.

Buyer beware! I purchased a new car here in 2015 and was satisfied enough to purchase another for my wife in 2016. The prices and service were ok but nothing special. I learned my lesson after buying the second car. We drove it off the lot and realized it had a major defect in the instrument panel. The dealership was closed already so we contacted the sales person the next day. He promised to order the parts and take care of it. 2 sales people, 2 managers, the general manager and a year later they still hadnt gotten it straightened out. I sent emails, letters and pics of the dash and they couldnt get their act together. Service after the sale was terrible. Once they have your money, youre just another number. Ill never return.
