It was a good experience. Just a long one. Expected to be there a while, but ended up there for 4 hours while they changed out the parts. Glad that they had the part in stock and was able to do the service that day though. Also happy that they actually have Saturday hours. Not many shops have Saturday hours.

They told me a quote at $2700 to fix my engine. That was cool but the man told me what was wrong with it and I asked him 2 times so if you open my engine up do what you told me the car will be fine his words was yes 2 times than he call me and say I need a engine it’s going to be $7400 come on now than I had to pay $300 just to get my car back they done nothing waste of money and time I will never go back I wish I never went

Worst certified GM service ever! Waited 3 hours to get tires rotated. Asked for a shuttle service they didn’t give me. Could not connect to wifi the whole time. Coffee was just water. There was no snacks. I wish I could rate it 0 star but I can’t. They tried making up for it by not charging me the $13. I lost like 4 hours of work.

My experience was great! I scheduled service online and was able to get in, serviced, and back to work on my lunch hour. I was also offered a ride if needed while my vehicle was being serviced. All questions I asked were answered with no problem. Will definitely be back!

Got a fantastic deal at this dealership was in desperate of my first car that I own. It’s the first car i’ve ever had under my name. I got a 2006 Buick Terrazza, and the price was a steal! The people there are very helpful too. Herb was the guy that helped me get my car! Go talk to him!

We are a military family and we are always looking for a more family efficient vehicle as we are always traveling. We came to Serra and found a used Yukon Denali that was in our price range. We contacted the sales department to go about purchasing this vehicle. We were approved for the vehicle and just needed to sign the papers. To which our car sales guy came to us and said that there was other people interested in the same vehicle. Sales guy said they had a 2019 Yukon Xl that just came in and his boss would give us a good deal on it if we walked away from the Denali. So, we agreed. We got approved for the Yukon Xl and was ready to sign documents for it, to our surprise the dealership did not have the title for it so we had to wait. Here we are 4.5 months later. We received the call the title finally came in, and we needed to get approved again. No problem, no worries. Until we no longer had the same rate or monthly payments. We ultimately had no choice but to walk away, because the sales department would not work with us on our original rate and monthly payment. Horrible customer service.

I have always gone to Serra Saginaw for my oil changes and have been very happy with them. They are very professional, courteous and very friendly and take care of all my problems with my car. Very happy with Serra.

I brought my car to get fix after hitting a deer. They put it together and forgot to put something in so had to take it apart again. When I picked it up. One of my engine lights was on. My antenna was not attached. My bumper popped out when I got home. I returned my car to get fixed again. Picked up my car and noticed they missed a spot of paint. I don’t want to go back for a 3rd time. The lady at front desk with long dark hair was super nice! But the Mechanics made so many mistakes. If it wasn’t for that lady I would give them a one star. But she was super nice and it wasn’t her fault.

What can I say, except, this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I had. Chris Daniel was my salesman, and he couldnt have been more professional, and helpful. I can honestly say that Ive never had a salesman work as hard for me as Chris. A good portion of my deal was through text, and, or phone, and when I arrived at the dealership, everything went smoothly, price of my vehicle was exactly what we agreed upon, and what I received for my trade was right to the penny. Buying a car right now can be a challenge, with the shortages and all, however if youre in the market for one, I would highly recommend giving Chris Daniel, and Serra Chevrolet a call!

Salesman took advantage of an older person. Traded in a 2019 impala with under 15,000 miles with a warranty still in place and gave him an incredibly low trade in amount when used cars prices were at their highest value to date. Not impressed by them at all and would not recommend anyone shop there!

While I feel that there were things wrong with the vehicle at the point that I bought it and the mechanics at Serra should have picked up on some of the things wrong with my vehicle during its certification inspection, Serra has taken every opportunity to make it right and keep me in the loop on what’s happening with my vehicle. Melissa McNally has been very kind & knowledgeable whenever I need to get my vehicle in for service, I can count on her to expedite the process and make sure that I’m informed. Doug the service agent was fantastic. I had asked for pricing on some new running boards and he was happy to assist. When I dropped my vehicle off I had not scheduled a ride. They were happy to give me a ride home and pick me up when the service was complete.

I would like to start by saying that everyone was very professional. The waiting room was clean. With that being said, I was scheduled for an 8:30 appointment. I was told it would be 2 hours. I was more than prepared to wait the 2 hours; however I did not leave until after noon. I do understand that we are still in the midst of a Pandemic and patience is needed ; however I think that someone should have communicated with me prior to me becoming restless and asking what was the hold up. Luckily I was off the day that I was in the shop, so the delay did not cause me to miss an appointment or be late for work.I am satisfied with the work that was done on my car. My satisfaction with the work completed on my car and the professionalism is the reason I rated this as a 4; however more communication is needed for customers that are forced to wait longer.

My husband and I purchase a vehicle from Florida that had damage undisclosed to the dashboard. The dealership that we purchased the van from in Florida agreed to pay the cost of an installation for a new dashboard. We purchase a dashboard from a local junk yard and my husband called your company to receive a quote. We were instructed to bring the van in so that it could be assessed by the technician that would be replacing the dashboard. I took time out of my day to run the vehicle to your facility as instructed. The service attendant told a service technician to come out and look at the van he quoted four hours of Labor. We also received an estimate from another local dealership McDonald Chevy on State Street. We submitted both estimates to the dealership in Florida and which they chose your facility, as it was the lower-cost estimate. I set the appointment for Tuesday morning and which we made arrangements to drop the vehicle off Monday night. Tuesday Morning the service attendant at your facility calls my husband to inform them that its going to be double the cost in that they sent out the wrong technician to quote the dashboard. My husband explained that had we known we would have went with the other quote in order to have the service fully covered by the dealership in Florida. He explained that we now are stuck with a dashboard that we bought that we can not have put in for the price that was quoted by your company in which I took time out of my day to ensure that it would be a fair estimate. The service attendant called my husband back and drop the price $200 more still requiring a $300 plus out of our pocket above and beyond the estimate. So now here we are stuck with a dashboard that we have to pay hundreds of dollars more to get installed due to an oversight on your companys behalf. I am very disappointed with the service that we received and unwillingness to make the situation right. We have had our oil changes done at your facility in the past and can no longer support a facility that has an oversight and expects the customer to pay for it. We are extremely dissatisfied and now have to look at a dashboard that is wrecked and a new one that we are unable to put in due to financial constraints.Update: Serra called back and offered to fix the damaged dashboard at the original price quoted. I am happy that they are trying to resolve this issue, however I cant give 5 stars due to the lack of communication and willingness to make it right when the vehicle was already there that day. I am annoyed that I have to make 2 additional trips out there for drop off and pick up but I am thankful that Serra reached out to resolve the issue.

I can’t say enough about our experience at Serra and with Ivan Miller specifically. I was recommended to go to Serra after a pretty bad experience at another dealership. After having wasted hours with the other dealership, I was fearful of having the same experience. Ivan was very reassuring and super positive throughout the whole process. Gave me plenty of options I really liked, despite lots of places not having a huge selection right now. I never felt pushed into anything or felt pressure to choose a car I didn’t like. After reading reviews of Serra quick lube I was a little skeptical as this was my first time there. I went towards the end of the day. There were several vehicles ahead of me and I waited only 25 minutes. While I was waiting I was greeted and asked if I wanted my doors lubricated. The staff was excellent and proficient. This will be where I get my future oil changes due to the service and competitive prices.

Problem not fixed. Still having the same problem with switch not going into the lock position/key stuck in the switch.Was not happy with the greasy boot prints all over the driver side sill plate either...

So it was real close to closing of the day at Serra oil change & clearly obviously that everyone wanted to go home. It was 1:40 & they close at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoons. I pulled up & sat for a second & a guy came & waived me up to a door & put a cone behind me. I am sure they have cleanup & things to do before the workers can leave & so I truly wasnt sure if they would be able to take my car, as there were 4 cars already waiting & 3 in the bins.Thank You for doing my oil change and taking alittle extra time out to get it done. I have a unexpected long travel today & I truly appreciate your willingness to get the job done and done right. Thank You Serra for going the extra mile.

I purchased my Sierra pickup from Serra Saginaw two years ago and have had minimal issues with it. I recently needed a few items fixed and Melissa in Service was very helpful and got my issues fixed the same day I stopped to schedule a service appointment. When getting these items fixed Melissa noticed I had a recall on my Sierra. She ordered the parts, notified me the next week and got me right in again to get the recall items fixed. Great Service!! We found our vehicle online and had previously contact a salesperson for more information. Brayden sent us what we requested promptly. After a week or so, we contacted Brayden again and verified the vehicle was still available, which it was. He pulled it aside first thing in the morning after we confirmed wed be coming. The vehicle was exactly as represented and the process was simple. The service provided by Brayden and Tessa was second to none!

4/17/21 Update: Turns out by vehicle needed some more work. Naturally, I took it back to Serra. I came in first-thing on a Monday morning. Leslie Lopez-Belt assisted me and genuinely cared about my situation. She was careful to write down all of the details so that nothing would be missed. She immediately searched for Marc Wallace (whom assisted me in the past) and worked on finding me a loaner car to use while my vehicle was being serviced. Leslie even asked if she could assist me with taking out my daughters car seat and stroller and putting it into the loaner! I cannot say enough kind words about Leslie and Marc. Each of them took such great care of me and Marc continued to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Again, I will continue to only go through Serra Chevrolet for all of my vehicle needs.The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Marc was flexible with my work and personal schedules when arranging pick-up and drop-off times so that I could drive a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. He even took the time to ask if I had a safe trip, remembering that I had to travel out of town. Marc was also careful to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle and how it was fixed. I would certainly recommend Serra Chevrolet and will be bringing my vehicle here for any future service it may need.
