I have been looking for the right Jeep for me for months. I couldn’t find one up north where I live so I randomly stopped at Garber as I was passing by to a family event, which was 300 miles away. I spotted my jeep right away. And when I say timing was everything, it was, I stopped at the perfect time! I had to get on my way to the family event, so after checking it out and asking all my questions I was on my way. I asked for a price for a more aggressive tire and he looked into that. We did all business over the phone and he even sent a driver up to me to sign papers and then had the Jeep delivered to me up north. He even took care of getting me the new tires, putting them on and adding a protective coating to the vehicle inside and out. The level of service I received was outstanding and I would highly recommend Garber, especially Matt, as he will take care of you. I have never purchased a vehicle long distance and I was skeptical at first. However, I was very impressed how they made this a smooth and easy transaction for me.

Rob and the crew were great to work with and explored all options to get a multiple lease deal done. In these times with limited vehicles available and not much help from the manufacturers they found a way to get two nice trucks in the price range we needed. Dealt with other dealers and they could not get it done Garber made it work.

I brought my truck into the service department because the air bag light came on and when I went online and researched this problem, it said to take it to the dealership immediately because there has been an issue with the certain models causing the steering wheel air bag to deploy. I was rudely told that my truck couldnt get seen until next week. I was going to just leave because I had someone there to give me a ride but then I remembered that I needed it for the weekend but wanted to make sure it was safe first. The guy rudely asked me if I wanted an appointment for next week or not. I politely told him that no, I would just take it somewhere that was at least friendly. So I left there, not knowing if it was safe to drive. Went to another dealership that put it on the scanner right away. Definitely will not be going back to Garber.

My family and I got a flat tire on our way up north for the Fourth of July weekend. The staff at Garber Chrysler Dealership went above and beyond to help us. It was a less than ideal situation being stranded on the side of the freeway with a 2 and 3 year old but the staff made the experience so much better. They played a movie for the kids, gave them snacks, and even chalk and bubbles to play with, they also let us borrow a vehicle to get lunch. Brian continued to give us timely updates and always kept us in the loop. Would highly recommend this dealership!!

Let me tell you what, I had ordered a custom Colorado from another dealership in December last year and was still waiting come May for a microchip that runs the truck, needless to say nobody had a clue when it would be installed. WARNING: SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL SCAM YOUI took my van in for a complimentary recall repair. That part was fine as far as I know, but then when I picked it up, the mechanic Larry Cook told me the the radiator had a Hefty leak. When asked if we should bring coolant to try and get it home he stated it would spill out as fast as you add it. When I arrived to pick up the van, he showed me a couple small spots of liquid on the floor, stating that they were from my van. I decided to decline the offer for radiator replacement, and drove the vehicle home. I had no problems. I checked under the hood and I could faintly smell some burning coolant, so I made an appointment with a nonbias 3rd party automotive repair company. They inspected the vehicle, and found it to be running, beautifully.

I had been car shopping for two weeks and was really getting nowhere. Eddie at Garber sent me an email with 3 vehicles; I absolutely LOVED the ‘16 Dodge Journey he sent! I went in the next day, Bill Case was my salesman. They were both very nice and friendly. The car was spotless, it got muddy on your test drive, they washed and cleaned it again and filled the tank! My family loves our new SUV and I am so happy with my decision.

My experience with Garber was fantastic. I was looking for a SUV with 3rd row seating and Garber had a very nice Chevrolet Traverse. I contacted the dealership and my first contact was with their Internet Sales department, Eddie Cox, and he was great. He answered my questions and concerns and directed me to another Sales Associate when I decided to test drive the vehicle. I was put in contact with Mark Weise and he too was also great. He was very pleasant and was not a pushy salesperson. I also want to note that the atmosphere at the dealership is one of welcoming. The associates were very nice. They even allowed me to borrow the vehicle overnight, which is nice because my fiancé was able to see it and approve of it after taking a ride in it. Because if this, I drove it back and purchased it. Their finance department was able to get me a deal that worked within my budget and provided a 2 year warranty, as well as 2 free oil changes. The finance manager even presented me with a small gift because it was my birthday when I purchased the vehicle. Overall, I will definitely be going back there for my vehicle purchasing needs and I highly recommend them to others.

Mr miller helped me get out of a vehicle that I was having issues with and was in my opinion reaching the end of its life as in repairs where in my future....got me into a new ram for the most part listened to what I wanted and overall for me pretty close to what I was looking for a few things could have been better but given my situation and the avalible inventory I dont think I could have asked for a better turn out and am very pleased with my experience and my vehicle and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to get in touch with him

2 years ago, 12-22-2018, I leased a 2019 Ram Rebel. I was driving my big rig and “BIG” Matt Miller had called. I came home off the road and He found the exact truck I wanted and lesser payment and out of the dealership today, 12-12-2020, I left with a 2021 Ram Rebel. Just a few days ago my wife and I stopped in at the Garber dealership to just look around. We parked are truck and got out. Wife walked one way and I another. A salesman come out and walked towards my wife and I thought here we go. Within seconds I knew Levi’s name by him Introducing himself to my wife, he asked her how things are going and what he could possibly do to help her out. As I walked towards them he asked if we were together and we are. He reintroduced himself to me. Asked how things were and if we were considering buying. Just looking I said. He didn’t walk away as I was expecting, we were window shoppers that day. He stayed right with us. But not that usual salesman experience you get most places. He was informative and let us have are space and I never felt smothered. I ask a question he would answer with informative answers. We ended up test driving a 1/2 ton & 3/4 ton. When done we asked for final purchase price on the 1500. Remember we’re window shopping. He treated us with respect and kindness. As we spoke I explained we were looking at Fords after we left their. No problem we don’t want you in something you don’t want. Wife and I drove to Standish and checked out the fords and rams their. But Levi and Garber had me at the moment he greeted my wife and then asked if we were together. He spoke to US not just me. Levi and the Garber family treated us like we were friends forever. This is our first new vehicle we have considered. Well today we Purchased our 2021 1500 Ram thanks to the Garber family and Levi we will be back in a few years to get another new vehicle. (Challanger HellCat) I hope. I have many grandkids and today was a great day as I felt like a kid in the candy store when we left.

Have used Garber for years for Nissan purchases and now my 3rd Dodge Ram. I own a 2017 and 2019 Dodge Ram currently. Called Larry in service department because the bolts of the exhaust manifold broke (common issue with these). Asked Larry if this was covered by my powertrain warranty. He responded probably. Got truck in. Not covered by warranty. When I asked Larry why he said it would most likely be covered by my warranty, he responded he did not know my mileage was over the powertrain warranty (12,000 miles over). Larry said said the misunderstanding is my fault for not telling him the mileage. Not that he didnt ask. Quote $1000. Found another mechanic to do it for $700. Last vehicle from Garber.
