Exceptional customer service, until I found out the vehicle I purchased was flood damaged. Nothing but issues with the vehicle. Now it’s probably going to be sold to someone else when it should be salvaged. Buyer beware. Get your vehicle inspected by a reputable outside service center before you sign a contract.

DONT DO IT!I went through jim.Did what he could to get me off the lot.Which I thought was a good thing. Didnt realize he was also saying anything to me, to get off the lot.I had explained to him my tags were about to expire.He said no problem we can take care of that for youIts been almost a month. I called last week. He said they were in the mail with my welcome letter...Just called again and he said they didnt renew my tags. Still havnt received a welcome letter with my 2 years of free oil changes the car has an oil leak and now I get to figure out how to get in to the closed secretary of state to pay $ I dont have for tags that this place was suppose to take care of.

Jake and Amy were very welcoming! They work hard to get you in a vehicle no matter what. RightWay made sure I left happy and I recommend everyone should go to RightWay if they don’t have the best credit or even the worst credit! 10/10 service gets 5 stars baby!
