Computers to go had excellent customer service, care and prices. I had an emergency issue with my work laptop. I work remote for an out of state employer and so I didnt have a local IT department to rely on. They diagnosed the issue, made sure I could pull all the relevant work data I needed and did everything they could to correct the issue right there that day. I had gotten a lot of run around at a few other stores I called or visited before trying them, including Best Buy who wouldnt even look at it for me. The issue I was facing took them a couple hours of repair time, for which they got right down to and did immediately while I waited. In the meantime, I saw them handle several other customers with a variety of issues with excellent service. In the end, they were not able to ultimately fix my issue without ordering a part, which I dont blame them for... they bent over backwards to try and make it work for me that day. After getting my data (which was the real emergency) my IT department preferred that since I have my date, I should just send the laptop in to them to swap for a newer model. If this had been my personal computer, I absolutely would have ordered the part they suggested and finalized the repair a few days later. They really had a reasonable price for parts and labor, especially considering the amount of time they took to work on it. Highly recommended.

This computer store is fantastic, located in Saginaw Mall. They have fixed my computer problems in the store on the spot. Friendly, reasonable fees and they even will come into the home if necessary to fix a computer problem. Highly recommend this business. They also have a store in Midland for convenience in that area.

If I could give them more stars; I would give them ten more! I worked with Eric first (I believe the owner) and Brenden following up with. When I first came into the store with my situation. Eric gave me some hope in possible getting information back off of my broken phone. He was understanding with my situation and it being time sensitive too. Eric helped me out to the max and was even fair in the cost for helping me get back what I thought was lost forever! Brenden went above and beyond to help me get the information back onto my new phone and even getting the phone back to me. Their work ethic was amazing and their kindness will never be forgotten. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing some repairs.

Had a problem with my fathers computer, it was sitting for 8yrs. It had bad mother board, they was able to replace it, upgrade things for me. I was very pleased with them they took excellent care of me. I will return if I need any work done on any computers and recommend them to family and friends.

I have had 2 very positive experiences with Computers to Go repairing my 2012 Mac Book Pro. First time they replaced the hinge and display (I broke two years ago). January 2021 they totally rejuvenated it with a new battery, charging port & SD card reader. In both cases, staff was very professional, fast & economical. Ready next day, like new & reasonable. With great local service like this, I am so happy with Apple products and to be completely free of Microsoft & Windows perpetual problems.

*UPDATE 9-21* The manager contacted me and offered to make things right. I appreciate the follow up.Bad communication and process. Dropped my laptop off for a cracked screen. Had some communication issues (said they had the wrong number..even though I followed up MULTIPLE times) that caused it to be there 4 days after promise date. The worker told me I didn’t owe him anything (which I still owed him $50, so that was a really nice gesture for the prior issues). Went to pick it up and was handed the tablet portion of the laptop. I asked where the keyboard was and was told I never dropped it off. I told him I 100% did because it also serves as a screen protector. He asked if I could check in my vehicle and I obliged. It wasn’t in there so I called back and he said they found it. I told him that I was also missing my charging cable and was told by him that I didn’t drop it off because he would have told me to take it. I asked him to check the video recording and if I took it with me then I’ll own up to it, but I was 99% sure that I left it all together. He started to check and then offered one of his cords (which was a nice gesture) but it wasn’t my factory cord that I left there. I get home after that debacle and notice that the screen doesn’t fit properly. There are 2 open spots on both sides of the screen that I’m certain weren’t there before. I even looked up pictures of other Surface Pro 4’s to double check. Not sure if it’s the wrong screen or if a piece of plastic broke off..but it looks bad. I’m not looking for a refund I just want you to know that I don’t think I’ll be back. You need to work on your organization skills and process.

Ive had these guys and their Midland team help me on several tech projects and they have never let me down. At the Midland location, my motherboard shorted out and after charging the initial fee for diagnostics, they didnt charge me again for testing, disassembling my computer, or getting my stuff off my SSD.The team in Saginaw has been helping me with my computer issues since i was a teenager, even when they were located in the mall, and theyve always done good work.

They are thee best! Scott and Alex are just genuine people! You get those phone guys who take extra stuff out your phone and charge you more for stuff that doesn’t make sense to you but these guys have it down pack I had been to three stores before going to them and boy did I waste my time I should’ve came here first. they tell you what’s wrong and make it understandable and affordable and that’s hard to find when you have an Apple device.

They have so much valuable information and willing to share it for free. I recommend taking your computer there! They are honest and fair, you wont be disappointed!

Fast Experience

Have a Samsung A50 with a type-c usb charger. Was a really loose connection. Scott hooked me up and cleaned out the port for me. Like new now. I invested in one of those cables with the magnetic end and now it will reside in the chartering port ensure it stays clean and dust free.

Very impressed with the speed and quality work they do. They will go the extra mile to make sure your equipment is in the best condition. I had a hard drive malfunction and needed it replaced on my laptop (which also had some cosmetic damage) and not only did they replace the hard drive (for almost half the price Geek Squad charged), they fixed the cosmetic damage as well for the same price! If there were 6 stars, I would give them six!

I have used their services few times and have always left satisfied. The staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Took computer in to have it fixed and it was ready for pickup in two days.The staff was excellent and very informative of what was wrong and got everything up and running including a second hard drive being put in which was a SSD for primary drive.would highly recommend them as a excellent place for computer repair.

I went to Computers to go to get my iPhone fixed. My phones screen fell off and broke. The service was fast and at a reasonable price. The quality of work is low. I went to get my screen fixed and not my speaker microphone doesnt work and this screen they put on my device had a broken digitizer. the screen shorts sometimes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

IF YOU LIVE IN SAGINAW GO TO COMPUTERS TO GO. Took my laptop to Best Buy to get it fixed, because Ive had them fix it before, they turned me down and said I needed to order a restore disk first, and then after I purchase the restore disk from hp they said they might be able to help me.. So I went to Computers To Go in Saginaw and they have all the restore disks they need to fix any ones computer(so I ended up not needing to buy a restore disk), they were very fast, friendly, and really knew/ and enjoyed what they were doing. The last time I took my computer to Best Buy, it took over two weeks, and they deleted all my information, and the cost was close to 300. This time when I went to Computers To Go they had my laptop done in A couple days, somehow was able to save all my information on my computer and it only costed about 70!! These people at Computers To Go really care about what they are doing, it is a small company but somehow they go the extra mile for every customer. I will never take my computer any where else besides here to get it fixed from now on, I was seriously so impressed with their service.
