Mother got a bedroom set on 10/31/16, They delivered it but found that the box spring wouldnt fit down the steps to our room. They said give us a week or less to find a split box frame. Upon receiving the bedset and our entire order She gave me her old bed which she has been forced to use to this day. They have had two full weeks to date and they have not come back with the split boxframe. I, the daughter, have not had a decent nights sleep in over 2 weeks as Ive been forced to sleep on the floor. You must be joking if you think were paying the full payment! Worst experience ever.

Alotttt of people rented beds and furniture from rentacenter and I got bedbugs from here on genesee st and they dont help you either and drew is unkind rude and hes trying to make me pay for it how crucial I never rent from them ever!!!!
