Went to buy a new dryer. The only way to take it home the same day is to buy the floor model or open box. So I found a matching Samsung washer and dryer ($1,700) The employee reassured me they were brand new just had some scratches. By the time the 2 guys rammed it into the bed of my truck there was a foot ripped off and a big dent in the front corner. I tried to just be ok with it until my husband opened the dryer to find the lint trap full. The washer had hair in the filter also 😡 This is absolutely unacceptable. Also the dryer is so messed up you can hear the drum hitting the side wall when it is on.... they will be going back and someone is gonna hear it. I really like Best Buy, but Cleary the Saginaw location could care less about customers or honesty!?!?

Usually have no problem in a BB 2ith employees asking if you need help. I stood around the laptops for 20 minutes & not a single blue shirt walking by acknowledged me.I ended up researching on my own while standing there another few minutes & went elsewhere to purchase.

Came in a normal Thursday around 3-4. Just wanted an item from a display box, looked around for workers, couldnt find any. Took me 15 minutes in line to have a worker take an item out of the display glass, and took me another good 15 minutes waiting in the checkout (even though there was almost nobody in store.) Got what I wanted though, 2 stars for letting me out of the store I suppose.

I noticed items to be sold on the shelves are very organized. Floor assistance employees are very helpful and knowledgeable relating to the items you want to purchased. VERY clean restrooms and business. I enjoy shopping there, no excessive waiting in line.

I went in and was told that I had to purchase what I wanted online due to having a virtual gift card and that it would be available in two hours. I went back and they said I needed to wait until Friday. When I went back again on Friday I was told I wouldnt be able to pick it up until September 17th. They no longer had it in stock. This is the worst customer service. You dont sell an item that is already spoken for and paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When compared to other Best Buys in the state, this store falls short. Most staff are busy looking busy. Customer service desk is closed there. Forcing you wait in line with the one cashier at the front who only seems to care about making you get their credit card. Best Buy what has happened to you?!

I went into best buy to get a chromebook for my wife. I walked over to that area of the store where you would find that item. I waited for a salesperson to help me for ten minutes. All the while he was acting creepy to a female customer who he thought was pretty. When I asked for assistance I was informed that I would be put on a waiting list. He was very snarky to me and went back to being creepy towards the female customer. Basically acting like he had better things to do than to wait on me and help me. He treated me like I was bothering him and acted like he had better things to do. So, since I was such a bother to this guy, I decided that I will take my business elsewhere and spend my money at a store that will assist me and offer to help me purchase what items that I needed.

The people at this store are so knowledgeable and kind! An associate named Dylan helped me and he was super informative and excited to talk about the Nintendo Switch, which is what I had come in to ask about. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and patient. Amazing service!

Normally we have had great customer service at this location which is farther from our home. But this last time we were here was not a good experience. We spent 15 mins in the TV section. No one came to help we even walked all around the whole section but still no help. I understand help is in short supply right now but when another couple turned a sound bar on and in high they had people right there to helps them. Needless to say that really made us upset. I caught a young man that had been helping a man in an other area he explained TVs was not his area but would help if he could. We had 2 simple questions and with his help headed to the check out with a TV in less then 5 mins. Only to get a grumpy cashier. Come-on Saganaw I know this store can be better than this. 😤

Drove all the way from mount pleasant to get a gaming tower they advertised…Well no computers what so ever no VR no drones no nothing fun i could think of. Waste of time waste of a drive and i didnt spend any of the $3,000 i was committed to spend. And this is why amazon prime wins every time.

In the past: The greeter was a bit unfriendly, and they didnt have what we wanted in stock. But person who came to help us in the store polite and knowledgeable.We recently went back here and we had two best buy employees, Santana and Glory help us and both were great! Went inside to get an internal harddrive and motherboard. Only to get sent to a small corner with nothing to offer nothing was stocked there was no help. They could have easily made 300 bucks. But I guess they rather you buy a complete new system instead. I guess Ill just stick to online shopping from now on.

Went there to buy a Garmin GPS navigation but the shelves were empty and no associates to help us. Pretty sad. So I had to drive back home 42 miles both ways and look up the information myself on the internet. I really miss the one on one communication.! And the beginning my visit was very pleasant one of the workers right away see me distraught and asked if I needed help gave me good advice but when I got to the register the young lady ignored me. I asked if she was open and she looked right past me multiple times ignore my words ignoring me seem like her putting away a return package was more important than taking care of a customer. Not one time did she say excuse me for a moment as I handle or put away something she just moved about as if I was not standing in front of her asking for help. It made me feel very very uncomfortable. But other than that the young man that helped me at the door was very pleasant he made my shopping relatable gave good rating to my purchased products. If I could separate the two I will give him a 5 and her service 2

Wish you could give negative stars. Bought a tv from them online and told it was running late. Called customer service (AWFUL EXPERIENCE!) and they told me to do in store pickup. Manager assured me online order was cancelled and sold me a tv for cash. Next day, they charge me and send ANOTHER TV. Over 12 hrs on phone, and finally told i will get a refund in 30 days....or so. Day after day on the phone and no help with my $400 TV that cost $800 and countless hours. Additionally, had to wait 45 minutes in store to speak with an employee about anything.

When we went today, we hoped that our experience would be better than Saturday. They were shortstaffed (and still are) and we waited for some assistance for over 20 minutes before we left. Today, Dillen more than made up for that. He was with us in a very short period of time and answered all of our questions and found the item we were looking for and set everything up for delivery and installation in no time. If only all stores could take care of us like this!! Well be back!

Drove to this location from Mt Morris. While there, we observed a salesman dragging a TV across the floor. I asked a saleswoman(Ranika) to help us, at which point she became irritated that we hadnt checked in. We said we didnt know we had to, we drove here from another city. While she walked off looking for the TV, another salesperson came to help us. We told him that the saleswoman(Ranika) was already helping us. He continued to help us and said that particular TV was probably in the warehouse, then he joined her to find the TV. The saleswoman came out the back, with an attitude, extremely rude and said, yall shouldve told me yall was already getting help, I couldve been doing something else! At which point, I said excuse me? Words were going back and forth between she and I.. We asked for a manager. While in the checkout lane the manager, Jason, approached us and told us that we had to leave. The customer service and management at this location is subpar. Ive never been to a business that allows their employees to outright be rude to their customers. The manager was more concerned with the way I responded back to his employee vs the fact that her conduct was extremely unprofessional.

I am very upset after my visit there. I understand that Black Friday is a busy time but my boyfriend and I waited two hours at the curbside pick up for my laptop. After an hour and half of waiting my boyfriend finally physically got out of the car to get a worker to help us. When this worker went to look for my laptop he came back and said he could not find it but would keep looking. When he finally found it he brought it to us and we went home with it. Upon starting up the laptop we found that the screen was flickering and not working properly. We immediately boxed it back up and took it back to the store. We were directed to the Geek Squad where we then waited another 30 mins to get help. When we finally received service they told us they ran out and I was only able to get a refund after all of that. Now if I want to purchase the same laptop I will have to pay way more than I can afford. As a student who needs to do online school this is extremely frustrating. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

Placed a quick curbside order through the Best Buy app. Process was easy and my order was ready in about 15 minutes. Parking spaces are clearly marked for pickup and instructions are clear. The sales associate brought my order to my car and I was all set.

Rudest people ever. They change policies like the wind. On four separate occasions no I’d needed for curb side. Then in between surgeries on lunch from 30 minutes away they decide to enforce id policy. Had other doc send me pic of license from my wallet in locker and not good enough. My husband and I bought a new washer to replace the broken one we currently have; bought it online and set up delivery for earliest date. We then get a call on an automated line to call Best Buy back regarding delivery, upon calling and waiting for over 30 minutes they then state delivery was never set up and the earliest day was going to be 5 days later and there was no other way to accomplish delivery on the date we had set up, which is unacceptable to me. The only options we were given were to either accept the new delivery date, or to cancel the order. So we ended up cancelling the order. Still waiting on the refund.

Ok, I like Best Buy. My time there August 30, 2020 in Saginaw, MI was horrible; this is the first time that it was this bad. Maybe ANY other section in the store would have been better; I happened to be looking for mid-level laptops. Very few blue shirts walking around, VERY few computers in store, hence the ghosting by employees? Im not as forceful as I should be, maybe, about grabbing help but if I am a Manager, my staff better effin talk to someone in under an hour.Bottom line: 1 week delivery, few deals, few products to look at....if you are looking for a computer right now...look elsewhere.

The new safety procedures that are in place make Best buy a comfortable and mostly worry-free experience. The one on one shopping experience with the staff means you can ask your questions without them being called away to help other customers. There can be a delay if the appointments ahead of you run long but you get to wait in your vehicle and they will come get you when a staff member is free to help with your shopping needs.

How a business can get away without answering their phones is beyond me. I drove an hour each way to pick up a new laptop. Got home, opened the box and its the WRONG LAPTOP. I believe the laptop displayed next to the information is incorrect and I cant even get someone at the store to answer the phone so it can be right for the next poor unfortunate soul. The customer service in store was nice and helpful. But come on. You cant just ignore your phones! I let it ring for 40 minutes and hung up. Ive ordered a replacement online and it will be there tomorrow. Wish I had just done this from the beginning. And people wonder about the death of retail. This is why.

Went in to purchase smart tv and check out appliances. Found the perfect washer and dryer combo to fit my space. The salespeople in the store are very helpful and know their products. Have purchased a couple of routers, one for home and one for my rental units, and I know absolutely nothing about them. The salesman was so knowledgeable about the products and made sure that I had the right one for each home.

Checked out a washer on their website and had questions, so I called the store. The woman who answered said she had no idea about washers and was in a call center. I asked to be transferred to the store appliance department. After an hour wait I hung up. I purchased a washer on the website and set delivery for the next available date (7 days later). The delivery time was an 8 hour window, so I had to take the day off work. 3 days later they call me on an automated line and tell me to call them regarding my delivery. After over an hour on hold they tell me I can’t get my washer for another 5 days. I tell them I can’t take another day off and I need this done on the date they quoted me. They tell me there is nothing they can do and if I don’t like I can cancel my order or email their corporate office. (This was a supervisor) I cancelled my order and purchased the same product at Home Depot. I will never shop with Best Buy again.

Staff was greatly helpful, when they didnt have it in stock at the store they quickly and easily ordered my Gaming PC for me. The PC was beyond what I couldve asked for at the given time as all the parts I had wanted that were individually out of stock or scalped to hell and back were conveniently all in this PC.
