I love this store! It’s so much fun for anyone who loves classic gaming and the selection is amazing. The people there are friendly and helpful. Super nice guys. Plus they pay very fairly if you have things to sell, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I absolutely adore this place! Where else can you buy a damaged box for 60 bux? All kidding aside, collectors know what that does yo a games value. Price point was right on the mark.One of the few places that has a resurfacing machine. Take full advantage of it.Staff is awesome. Never bothersome or overwhelming, bit always ready to answer a question.Prices are sometimes a little high, but always in ballpark range. Amazing selection of games from every console generation. The store is super well organized, and the staff was helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned prices which are right in line for the most part with prices on eBay, but better to support a local business!

Cool a** game store, never saw so much vintage games!while collector prices are prevalent on lots of it but current stuff can be found about at decent prices and still deals can be found!They also have collectables, stickers and consoles and cant wait to come back with some money this time 🤣

Love the collection of games. Bunch of old games for reasonable price. Theres not a lot of customer service besides the initial hello at the door. Have had a few instances where I felt ignored because one of the cashiers would spend 20-30 talking to someone and leaving the other guy to ring.

By far the BEST retro game store in New England I’ve been to. Staff is very knowledgeable, console & game selection is superb and everything is incredibly organized and clean, especially compared to other game stores in the area. Highly recommend to everyone!

Wow. I’ve been to the old location several times. Got scared when I saw the parking lot under construction. Good thing they only Went up the street.Seriously a stellar store. Such a wide collection of games from every system..EVER. I was in awe. Like the scene in Willy wonka where he opens the door to the chocolate room. Super nice staff in a busy little shop. Nice selection of new and used games. Prices are very fair and compete with the big boys. Parking sometimes tight as its a small plaza shared with a few shops.

I used to visit Matts store back in 2015, he started out with some affordable PS1 and N64 titles, they were reasonable priced at around $25-40 depending on the games of course. Im leaving a 2 star rating because its not a fun place to come and shop anymore. The atmosphere was laid back, Matt used recommend games when you purchased something, the last time I went there it was just bad vibes all around.Matt pulls the same tactics scalpers online commit, lie to you that a game is rare when a rare game doesnt exist. Neo Geo Turf Masters on eBay is not worth $1,300 and now Core gaming will try to sell older PS1 games for several hundred dollars telling you its rare.

I wish you guys would stop selling half broken things to people. It isnt hard to test things and be honest with people. Every time I have bought something from you, there is something wrong with it.

Awesome store, I was surprised by what I saw in there. I went in looking for Sony Vr games and came home with with Sony Worlds VR game for a reasonable price.

I needed the proprietary PS Vita charger, I called to see if they had it and they did for only $10.00 it came with a 10 foot wall plug in and a 3 foot USB charger. I was very satisfied. They have a nice little clean store with almost anything you could need for gaming. I highly recommend them!!!!

Staff has gone above and beyond for me several times. This is the premiere gaming place for all things classic, used or rare. I have never had an issue with a product, price, or policy. Very knowledgeable owner and staff make for a very good experience. They also have some fun novelty items and extras.

The guys that work behind the counter are cool, friendly but to be honest seem very uniterested half the time and what I mean by that is it seems like they literally are looking at the clock waiting to go home every time I go in the store. Although as far as inventory they do have some very cool stuff. The problem I have with core gaming that’s been an ongoing issue now for the last year is there pricing on funko pop trade-ins is absolutely absurd. I brought to them over $1100 in PPG value of funko pop‘s and they offered me $152 in cash or $190 in store credit and I Just took my pops and left. I have a 4000 piece exclusive Freddy Funko as Pennywise that is PPG $420 and they offered me 50 bucks for it because they found one that sold on eBay for around $200. So basically they’re trying to give less than 25% of the pops value when they offer their price for trade-ins for Funko pops. I would never bring your pops to them for trade-ins ever if I were you and I’m never going to do the same ever again, you will never get what you’re looking for as far as value goes for your Funko pops and to top it off their prices on some of their pops are fair but some are ridiculously overpriced for the condition of the pop. Still recommend checking it out as they have many varieties of games,cards, etc.

Everything a retro gamer could ask for on every square inch of wall and shelving. Drove an hour to get there and was far from disappointed! Cards, games, consoles, what have you? Everything you could need in this one stop utopia for gaming!

Prices are insulting. With all of the retro game stores in NH, you’d think they would be a bit better on their prices. And these guys talk about having rare stuff. Yeah, no. They even told me they specialize in imports, yet they have no idea what Sega SG-1000 is, Epoch Super Cassette Vision is, no idea what an FM Towns Marty is, and they had no PC Engine, Apple Bandai Pippin, Famicom or Super Famicom stuff. No Atari Jaguar CD, no Emerson Arcadia-2001, APF MP 1000 and no Bally Astrocade stuff. So basically they are a Nintendo and Sega from the NES days on type of a store with higher than eBay prices. Of what they do have, the stuff isn’t junky garbage, so I will give them that.

I stopped in for the first time today and was immediately blown away by the selection and presentation which were both excellent! They had games, consoles, and accessories you almost can’t find unless you shop online such as Turbografx 16, Virtual Boy, Jaguar, 3DO, Saturn, and much, much more! They also have a pretty cool rewards program where you get 10% back in store credit to use for future purchases. The only thing I found a little unusual was some of the pricing because some stuff was right at market value (according to Price Charting) and other stuff seemed a little high. Overall, I had a great experience though and will definitely be back!

The new location is really nice--their set up is good, similar to their old location but theres a lot more room to navigate. They have a huge selection of used games and other items so theres lots to get absorbed in. The only real complaint I have is that their pricing can range from reasonable to... Extreme. Its helpful to have your phone on hand so you can shop smart.

Stopped in just to check the place out. I was greeted by staff when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance, immediately a good sign. The store offers a very wide variety of products. The prices were all very fair. Trade in and sell prices are also alot more generous than any other local store. Overall it was a very good experience.

Excellent retro gaming store, seriously maybe the best on the northeast coast. As an avid retro gamer, this is my favorite store. Massive, exceptionally well organized inventory with everything from common games to collectors gems, accessories, peripherals and everything in between. Items from just about every console you can think of. Great, knowledgeable staff. You MUST check this place out if you like video games.

This store has a great selection, the staff are really nice, and their stock rotates very quickly. I go here once a week or so and they always have new things available. Prices are fair, and they have a fair and lenient warranty policy if you have an issue with something. Trade in prices are good as well. Best gaming store in New England I have been to.

Its awesome to have a retro gaming store in NH with such a vast selection. Unfortunately, most of the games they have are extremely common and they are ALL significantly overpriced. Im not sure how they price their games to be honest. The prices I saw were all above what youd find on an EBay Buy It Now listing. They definitely do not go by the market value or Completed listings on EBay. I would love to give this place a 5 star review, but their prices are unfortunately way above what you could find, for the same games, elsewhere.

Looking for a game that you played many years ago but do not know what it is called? Describe the game to them. 99% of a change they will know it. And may even have it. They have a loyalty card that gives you points towards future purchases the more you spend more points you earn. This will be of of those store you will call first all the time for a game you played many years ago. And of you have a old system you are looking to sell. Well they will take it off your hands and sell it to a gamer that will get many more years of gaming out of it.

Corey gaming was excellent the staff was super supremely helpful. those some of the cards could use a bit of organizing but thats just nitpicking at this point.

Been going here since they opened really nice owners and staff. Very easy going and nice environment plenty of stock to go through. Stuff for the casual gamer looking to reminisce or for the hardcore gamer looking for some rare games in original packaging. Highly recommend.

Okay so I read a lot of the comments and just have to first post about how someone 1 star’d this business because they didn’t like the traffic in the area?? Anyway to the real post... this store has a LOT of old school games, consoles, accessories, and even newer ones. They have a SUPER friendly staff and are always trying to make the customer happy. This is honestly one of the best places I’ve found in NH and if you haven’t been you’re missing out!

Great store layout. Wide inventory of games. The selection hasnt changed much the few times Ive gone though. Prices are Okay. Could be closer to market value. They should try looking prices up on pricecharting or a similar site as you check out.

I love core. Every time we go the employees are helpful, the store is clean, and the selection is huge. The new location makes it significantly easier to visit, and I have. The new loyalty program they have is baller as well. Great store great atmosphere.

Been shopping on and off for a few months there. I asked if there was a list to sign up for when a game came in I wanted. They said yes. Gave them my number name and so on. As months went by and copys of chibi robo came in they not called me to let me know when they had copies in. I thought they were going though a list of people ahead of me. Called in when a friend spotted the game on the Facebook page. Called in and asked about it to hear they sold it and not to a person on the list. The kicker is it didnt seem to care or care they lost a customer. Why offer a system that you wont follow up on.

They had a good selection and the pricing was way better here then anything I could find online. I definitely plan on going back. Hopefully theyll have more gamecube games next time I go

Great store with a huge inventory. I have gotten a lot of amazing games from here. I like this store because they separate the games based on general value. They have a bin of cheap/overstocked PS2 games but they also have a wall of the highly sought after & valuable PS2 games. Such an amazing place I dropped allot on retro games tech. This is id Say the Go To for anything gaming related if your trynna get like a game cube or somwthing old. They also sell more then just games too. They have everything i wouldnt go there unless your going to dropp allot of cash,cause youll go in there wanting everything.

My son is into retro gaming systems and he loves going here to pick up all sorts of games that you cannot buy anywhere else today. Hes also been able to trade in some of his old games and they offer a good value for them. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and well-maintained. Parking is adequate but limited.

Honestly The best gaming/retro gaming store I have even been to. The staff is very helpful and kind. The Selection of games is just amazing they have every console/game I can think of I always go to them for retro games. They also have a new imported section of Japanese/out of country games. Amazing Would Recommend just traveling to Salem, NH just to go there.

Core gaming is a fun store with a wide selection of new and used video games and accessories. Staff is friendly and courteous and maintains a high level of professionalism. Hard to find accessories and games are available for quick pickup, and they have an impressive rewards system.

If you are into retro gaming, this is the place to go. They also have a good selection of newer games and accessories. I have bought several used products here, which have worked like a dream, including a Dance Dance Revolution mat, which are known for their lack of longevity.

This dude has a great selection, with more than fair prices. He had a fleet of ducks, but apparently he had to give them up thanks to Obamacare. Its cool though, he just replaced them with more quality video games. After the retro gaming store in my town closed a few years back, I started going to Core Gaming whenever I wanted games for my older consoles (mostly Gamecube and PS2) and have been loyal to them since.Throughout the years the store has expanded and doubled in size, allowing them to offer even more of an amazing selection than before. They have games and accessories for a wide variety of retro consoles, as well as a few items for newer ones.I am always happy with my experiences there, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can trade in games and consoles for cash or store credit, and they have a cool rewards system in which you can accumulate points to use for discounts on future purchases. Definitely worth stopping in sometime if you like video games! :)

This is basically a pawn shop but JUST for video games. But unlike most pawn shops, they dont try to rip you off.

Every time I get a chance to visit, I always find something interesting. Ive been able to add some great titles to my game collection at prices that are I feel are pretty reasonable. The ever-expanding store Shaq Fu collection makes me laugh every time I see it, too!
